ОЦІНКА СТАНУ БЮДЖЕТНОЇ БЕЗПЕКИ УКРАЇНИ

Tht article presents estimate of indicators of budget safety of Ukraine for 2008-2016 years. These indicators were calculated: the ratio of deficit of the state budget to GDP; the deficit of budgets and off-budgets funds of sector of general government; the level of GDP redistribution through the consolidated budget; the ratio of total payments of service and repayment of public debt to the budget receipts. Total level of budget safety of Ukraine is calculated. During the 2012-2016 years level of budget safety of Ukraine was in the range from 55.3% to 44.9%, that means unsatisfactory state, in addition, there is a distinct trend fall in fiscal security. The main budget threat is too large share of total payments of service and repayment of public debt to the budget receipts. The effective debt policy, which will improve the budget safety, will help reduce the budgeted deficit  is needed to stabilize the public finances.В статье проведена оценка индикаторов бюджетной безопасности Украины за период 2008-2016 гг. Рассчитан общий уровень бюджетной безопасности. Определены угрозы бюджетной безопасности. Предложены меры по стабилизации системы государственных финансов в современных экономических условиях.У статті проведено оцінку індикаторів бюджетної безпеки України за період 2008-2016 рр. Differentiation of Romashkino crude oils according to biomarker hydrocarbon parameters

The trends in composition of higher biomarker hydrocarbons (steranes and tri-, tetra-, and pentacyclic terpanes) in crude oils from diachronous producing complexes of deposits of the Romashkino oil field, which occurs in the central part of the South Tatarian arch, were studied. On the basis of variations in molecular biomarker parameters that reflect the type of source organic matter and the facies conditions of its accumulation and early diagenesis, the oils are classified with three groups. © Nauka/Interperiodica 2006
