Miocardiopatia de Takotsubo e suas variáveis: uma revisão integrativa

In post-modern society, changes in people's lifestyle have triggered both professional and personal problems. In this context, encouraging the biopsychosocial look at the patient, there is a concern to research more about Takotsubo Cardiomyopathy. The objective of this research is to identify studies that address the factors that can trigger Takotsubo myocardiopathy. This is an integrative literature review. The evidence found through the retrieved articles indicates the association of CMT with stressors, this being the most likely variable, it is an underdiagnosed pathology because its findings are confused with Acute Coronary Syndrome. The results of the present study demonstrate the association of stressors with the development of Takotsubo Cardiomyopathy, clarifying possible relationships between them.Na sociedade pós-moderna, as mudanças no estilo de vida das pessoas desencadearam problemas tanto profissionais, quanto pessoais. Nesse contexto, incentivando o olhar biopsicossocial para o paciente, surge a inquietação de se pesquisar mais sobre a Cardiomiopatia de Takotsubo. O objetivo dessa pesquisa é identificar estudos que abordem os fatores que podem desencadear a mio cardiopatia de Takotsubo. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura.  As evidências encontradas através dos artigos recuperados indicam a associação da CMT com fatores estressores, sendo essa a variável mais provável, é uma patologia sub diagnosticada pois seus achados se confundem com a Síndrome Coronariana Aguda. UMA ANÁLISE SOBRE AS PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES AGROPECUÁRIAS E SUA ESPACIALIDADE NO MUNICÍPIO DE PALMEIRA DOS ÍNDIOS – AL

Dentre as regiões brasileiras o Nordeste passou a desenvolver suas atividades ligadas ao cultivo da cana-de-açúcar e paralelamente a isso as atividades de pecuária, um pequeno grupo começa a acumular terras formando os grandes latifúndios do país. Logo, havia grandes distâncias entre o litoral e o sertão, e a agricultura familiar passaram a ocupar espaços em interstícios territoriais, a partir de pequenas áreas para produzir produtos de subsistência. O município de Palmeira dos Índios - AL localiza-se na Mesorregião do Agreste Alagoano, justamente nessa área de transição entre o litoral e o sertão. Portanto, a sua produção agropecuária é diversificada, predominando a policultura e a pecuária de diversos portes. O referido trabalho tem o objetivo de analisar as principais atividades agropecuárias e suas espacialidades dentro do município de Palmeira dos Índios - AL, bem como seu nível de produção e comercialização, que mais se destacam e sua influência na economia local e regional. Para isso, necessitou-se realizar trabalho de campo com aplicação de questionário, e entrevistas, visitas a órgãos públicos bem como da fundamentação teórica a, como ANDRADE 2005, PRADO JUNIOR 2004, FRANÇA 2011, dentre outros que trabalham na linha do contexto agrário

Female athlete health domains:A supplement to the International Olympic Committee consensus statement on methods for recording and reporting epidemiological data on injury and illness in sport

The IOC made recommendations for recording and reporting epidemiological data on injuries and illness in sports in 2020, but with little, if any, focus on female athletes. Therefore, the aims of this supplement to the IOC consensus statement are to (i) propose a taxonomy for categorisation of female athlete health problems across the lifespan; (ii) make recommendations for data capture to inform consistent recording and reporting of symptoms, injuries, illnesses and other health outcomes in sports injury epidemiology and (iii) make recommendations for specifications when applying the Strengthening the Reporting of Observational Studies in Epidemiology-Sport Injury and Illness Surveillance (STROBE-SIIS) to female athlete health data. In May 2021, five researchers and clinicians with expertise in sports medicine, epidemiology and female athlete health convened to form a consensus working group, which identified key themes. Twenty additional experts were invited and an iterative process involving all authors was then used to extend the IOC consensus statement, to include issues which affect female athletes. Ten domains of female health for categorising health problems according to biological, life stage or environmental factors that affect females in sport were identified: menstrual and gynaecological health; preconception and assisted reproduction; pregnancy; postpartum; menopause; breast health; pelvic floor health; breast feeding, parenting and caregiving; mental health and sport environments. This paper extends the IOC consensus statement to include 10 domains of female health, which may affect female athletes across the lifespan, from adolescence through young adulthood, to mid-age and older age. Our recommendations for data capture relating to female athlete population characteristics, and injuries, illnesses and other health consequences, will improve the quality of epidemiological studies, to inform better injury and illness prevention strategies
