Analisis Pengaruh Harga, Word Of Mouth Dan Kualitas Produk Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Pada Restoran Seafood Syurga Medan

This research aims to find out the relationship of price variables, word of mouth and product quality to consumer purchasing decisions at Restaurant Seafood Syurga Medan. The purchase decision is a consideration made by the consumer before deciding to buy or consume a good or service in a certain place. In this study, it analyzes about the price, word of mouth and quality of the product that is supposed to affect consumer purchase decisions. The research uses descriptive analysis methods, classical assumption tests, double linear regression tests, partial tests (T-tests), simultaneous significance tests (F-testes) and determination coefficients (R2) with the help of Software Statistical Program of Social Science (SPSS) version 26 for Windows. The objects of the study are 90 people consumer. The results of the analysis show that simultaneously price, word of mouth and product quality influence consumer decisions on seafood dining house of Syurga city of Medan. Results of the determination coefficient testing showed the influence of price variables, Word of Mouth and quality of products on consumer purchasing decisions with an influence contribution of 53% and the remaining 47% are influenced by other variables outside the research such as promotional factors, customer service, appearance, road access and so on. The diffusion of broadband telecommunications: the role of competition

This paper addresses the determinants of diffusion of broadband infrastructure by looking at the U.S. Federal States. It tries to identify in particular to what extent intra- and inter -platform competition contribute to accelerating the speed of diffusion. Panel data analysis results indicate that both types of competition significantly affect the rate of diffusion, although with different effect. Intra-platform competition seems to have a positive impact only initially on the rate of diffusion but then dissipates. For the longer term, inter -platform has a much more important role in driving the rate of diffusion. The study takes account of the impact of other variables measuring competition in the telecommunications sector as well.Broadband; Technological diffusion; Regulation and competition

New evidence on the relationship beetween crude oil and petroleum product prices

The present study aims at providing new evidence on the price re- lationships between crude oil and petroleum products. We employ single-equation error correction models (ECM) in which both changes in crude oil price and deviations from the long-run equilibrium are used to explain product price dynamics. A GARCH structure is applied to models' residuals to account for the time-varying volatility. Our key piece of innovation is the introduction of re¯ning margin e®ects to the analysis of the asymmetric products price movements. Results suggest that the overall balance in the re¯nery sector plays an important part in the adjustment to crude price shocks.Oil prices; Market integration; Cointegration; Error correction models;

In creating an information system for cash receipts and disbursements in cooperatives at Imelda Workers Hospital in Medan, the first thing to do is analyze the system related to the title of the research conducted and then design the system. The design method used is flowchart, DFD and screen display. The results of the research are poured into a cash receipts and disbursement information system which is expected to provide convenience in processing data and making reports that can facilitate the cooperative part in analyzing and making decisions. The purpose of this final project is to make an application for cash receipts and disbursements information systems at cooperatives at Imelda Workers Indonesia Hospital Medan in order to facilitate cooperatives in providing reports on cash receipts and disbursements to cooperatives by using a computerized application system that is effective, efficient, and structured so that it can help the cooperative in reducing errors

Branch is a service company that is engaged in the toll road service provider. Every transaction data enters tolls and income that goes into the company's treasury is still processed using the system computerized, namely with Microsoft Excel. This makes the parties less companies can work more effectively and efficiently so that they can disrupt the work process and result in the reporting process so late. In order to solve this common problem, the author designed a Reporting Accounting Information System Accounting-based E-Toll revenue using Microsoft Visual Basic.Net and the database used is MySQL. With the existence of this system design, the company leadership can accept more accurate and timely income data reports. Besides that with this system also helps admin work much more effectively and efficient.

Perancangan Sistem Informasi Peserta Keluarga Berencana di Perwakilan BKKBN Sumatera Utara Berbasis Visual Basic (VB) Net

The Family Planning and Reproductive Health Program is implemented to regulate the number of children, the spacing of children's births according to the wishes and without elements from any party. Thus, a healthy, prosperous and quality family will be realized. Services in this unit aim to ensure the smooth running and satisfaction of family planning participants at the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) Representative. The BKKBN is in charge of carrying out government duties in the field of family planning and prosperous families. The BKKBN used to have a slogan that two children are enough, boys and girls are the same. Manual data management has many weaknesses besides taking a long time, its accuracy is not acceptable because it allows errors to occur. With these problems, a system was created to facilitate the process of storing data on family planning participants. Problems that are often encountered are registration that is quite long for family planning participants who still use the manual system and the ineffectiveness of family planning data management at the North Sumatra BKKBN Representative. Pengaruh Metode Latihan dan VO2 Max terhadap Keterampilan Dasar Sepakbola. (Studi Eksperimen di SSB Bengkulu dan SSB Bina Muda Bahari Kota Bengkulu Kelompok Usia 11-12 Tahun)

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan pengaruh antara metode latihan sirkuit dengan bola dan metode latihan ball feeling terhadap keterampilan dasar sepakbola siswa Sekolah Sepakbola (SSB) Kelompok Usia (KU) 11-12 tahun; (2) perbedaan pengaruh tinggi rendah VO2 Max terhadap keterampilan dasar sepakbola siswa SSB KU 11-12 tahun; dan (3) interaksi antara metode latihan dan kemampuan VO2 Max terhadap keterampilan dasar sepakbola siswa SSB KU 11-12 tahun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain faktorial 2 x 2, menggunakan tes awal (pretest) dan tes akhir (postest) dengan dua kelompok yang diberi perlakuan berbeda. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa SSB Bengkulu dan SSB Bina Muda Bahari Kota Bengkulu kelompok usia 11-12 tahun yang berjumlah 60 orang. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 32 atlet yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan pengukuran yang dilakukan sebelum (pretest) dan sesudah (posttest) perlakuan. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah tes dan pengukuran keterampilan dasar sepakbola David Lee dan Multistage Fitness Test (MFT). Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Varian dua jalur ANAVA desain faktorial dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Uji prasyarat analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas Kolmogorov Smirnov Test dengan taraf signifikansi 5% dan uji homogenitas varians Levene Test dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode sirkuit dengan bola dan metode ball feeling terhadap peningkatan keterampilan dasar sepakbola siswa SSB Bengkulu dan SSB Bina Muda Bahari Kota Bengkulu kelompok usia 11-12 tahun, dengan signifikansi (P = 0.031 0.05)

Students’ perception of English as a Medium of instruction in teaching English at senior high schools in Palangka Raya

This research was aim to uncover what extent of students’ expectation of English as a Medium of Instruction used by the English teacher in teaching English at Senior High Schools in Palangka Raya. It is descriptive research of which the approach is a survey in totally 4 senior high schools namely, MAN Model (Islamic senior high school), MAS Muslimat–N.U (Islamic senior high school), SMA Negeri 4 and SMK Negeri 2 which the samples consist of 134 second grade students taken from one class each of those schools. It was using the cluster random sampling technique to establish the samples. And questionnaire as the main instrument used to collect the data which consist of 10 items of factual, behavioral and attitudinal of English as a medium of instruction. The result showed that mostly students agree of English as a medium of instruction applied dominantly by the English teacher in teaching the English subject in the class. The students’ also agreed that it could be increase their standard of English and motivate them to learn English, improve their confidence to speak up, and helps them to understand more of English textbook or article and international culture. It could be seen from the percentage score of the data result that 50 % (67) students ‘agree’ and 25 % (34) students ‘strongly agree’. Mode and median also show positive frequently stated the same value 3. Thus, the use of English as a medium of instruction in teaching English at senior high schools in Palangka Raya, can be implemented by the English teachers as the main provider of English as the target language, students’ motivated and get confidence of English. ABSTRAK Riset ini dimaksud untuk mengungkap seberapa jauh ekspektasi siswa terhadap Bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa pengantar oleh guru bahasa Inggris dalam mengajarkan bahasa Inggris di SMA/MA/SMK di Kota Palangka Raya. Ini adalah penelitian deskripsi dengan pendekatan survey dengan total 4 sekolah yaitu, MAN Model, MAS Muslimat N.U, SMA Negeri 4 dan SMK Negeri 2 dengan jumlah sampel 134 siswa kelas sebelas diambil dari 1 kelas ditiap-tiap sekolah tersebut. Untuk menentukan sampel ini menggunakan teknik pengelompokan sampel acak. Dan angket sebagai instrument utama digunakan dalam pengambilan data yang terdiri dari 10 item tentang, faktual, kebiasaan dan tingkah laku tentang bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa pengantar. Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa kebanyakan siswa setuju dengan bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa pengantar di terapkan secara dominan oleh guru bahasa Inggris dalam mengajar di kelas bahasa Inggris. Siswa juga setuju bahwa bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa pengantar yang digunakan dominan dapat meningkatkan standarisasi bahasa Inggris siswa, siswa termotivasi belajar bahasa Inggris, meningkatkan kepercayaan diri untuk berbicara bahasa Inggris, membantu siswa memahami lebih tentang buku-buku atau artikel berbahasa Inggris dan budaya Internasional. Dapat dilihat pada hasil data presentasinya menunjukan 50% (67) siswa ‘setuju’ dan 25% (34) siswa ‘sangat setuju’. Mean dan median juga menunjukan frekuensi positif yaitu nilai 3. Dengan demikian, penggunaan Bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa pengantar dalam mengajarkan mata pelajaran bahasa Inggris di SMA/MA/SMK di Kota Palangkaraya dapat di terapkan oleh guru bahasa Inggris sebagai provider utama bahasa Inggris sebagai target bahasa.
