    Developing Mathematics Student-Teachers\u27 Problem Solving Competence and Belief Through a Collaborative Learning Strategy. This study aimed to analyze the implementation of a collaborative problem-based learning strategy in developing mathematics student-teachers\u27 problem solving competence and belief in mathematics learning. It was a quasi-experimental study employing a 2 × 2 factorial design with two dependent variables. The subjects were 83 students of Mathematics Education Study Program, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Yogyakarta State University, who took the Discrete Mathematics course in the semester of September - December 2009. The instruments were a test on problem-solving competence, a psychological scale to measure the students\u27 belief, observation sheets, and interview guides. The data were analyzed using two-way MANOVA at a significance level of α = 0.05. The results show that the collaborative problem-based learning strategy is superior to the conventional learning strategy to develop students\u27 problem solving competence and belief in mathematics learning

    This study focused on the analysis of aspects relating to the readiness of UPI management in implementing the curriculum. This study used qualitative and quantitative research approaches involving university, faculty, and department leaders as the samples. Methodologically, this study combined descriptive-analytic research with an action research, through the stages of diagnostic and revision phases. The results achieved show that management policy assistances are needed at the faculty and department levels, while the readiness of the department management is needed to strengthen through an effective communication formula. The study concluded that there is no correlation between the organizational readinesses of UPI management with the organizational behavior; however, the leadership roles of the departments should be improved

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kinerja Lembaga Amil Zakat (LAZ) dalamperspektif Balanced Scorecard (BSC) menganalisis kekuatan,kelemahan, peluang danhambatan serta permasalahan yang dialami LAZ dalam mengelola dana ZIS.. Penelitianini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara,kuisioner dan studi pustaka.Berdasarkan analisis disimpulkan bahwa 1) kinerja LAZ dalam perspektifkeuangan sudah baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari pengumpulan dan penyaluran danaZakat Infak dan Shodaqoh (ZIS) yang terus mengalami kenaikan. Dalam perspektiflearning and growth, sudah baik, dilihat dari tingkat kepuasan karyawan LAZ. 2)Adapun dalam kinerja dalam perspektif customer, belum baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat daricustomer yang belum puas akan pelayanan LAZ. Yang menjadi kendala dalamperspektif ini adalah indicator reliability (keandalan), empati dan tangible. 3)Permasalah yang dialami oleh LAZ adalah keterbatasan SDM dan status legalitas LAZ.Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi Hendaknya Bazda melaksanakan perencanaanstrategis secara komprehensif dan koheren dengan mengubahpola perencanaan jangkapendek dan jangka panjang, sebaiknya pengurus (pengelola) LAZ adalah profesionalyang tanpa dibebani tugas lain di luar LAZ, hendaknya LAZ lebih memperhatikankepentingan karyawan (full timer) dalamhal pemberian kompensasi, dan kepemimpinan,hendaknya LAZ lebih memperhatikan kepentingan customer dalam hal keandalan,empati dan dalam penyediaan fasilitas

    The study aims to know the influence of the domestic investment capital or Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PDMN), the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), and Anggaran Pengeluaran Belanja Daerah (APBD), and the labor toward the economic growth in 5 regions/cities in DIY between 2006-2012. The data that is used in this study is the secondary data, with the time series model (2006-2012) and the cross section model (5 regions in DIY). The result shows that the PDMN has positive influence and is significant; the increasing number of PDMN around 1% will make the economic growth increases 0, 10 in each region in DIY. The APBD also has positive influence and significant; the increasing number of APBD around 1% will make the economic growth increases 0, 10. The labor has negative impact and significant; the increasing number of labor around 1% will make the economic growth decreases -0,67 in each region in DIY, it shows that the marginal utility of labor will increase the marginal utility of production. The marginal utility production will keep increasing if the labor keeps adding until maximum. When the production reaches maximum the increasing number of total labor will decrease the total production (TP) that will make the production negative. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN), Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA), Anggaran Pengeluaran Belanja Daerah (APBD), dan Tenaga Kerja terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di 5 kabupaten/kota di DIY pada tahun 2006-2012. Data yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah data sekunder, dalam bentuk time series (2006-2012) dan cross section (5 kabupaten/kota di DIY. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah data panel dengan bantuan eviews 6. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa PMDN berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, peningkatan PMDN sebesar satu persen maka pertumbuhan ekonomi di setiap kabupaten/kota di DIY mengalami kenaikan sebesar 0,10. APBD berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, peningkatan APBD sebesar satu persen maka pertumbuhan ekonomi di setiap kabupaten/kota di DIY mengalami kenaikan sebesar 0,10. tenaga kerja berpengaruh negative dan signifikan. Peningkatan tenaga kerja sebesar satu persen maka pertumbuhan ekonomi di setiap kabupaten/kota di DIY mengalami penurunan sebesar -0,67, hal ini dikarenakan dimana peningkatan marginal jumlah tenaga kerja akan meningkatkan marginal produksi. Peningkatan marginal produksi akan terus bertambah jika jumlah tenaga kerja terus ditambah hingga mencapai jumlah produksi maksimal. Pada saat jumlah produksi maksimal penambahan jumlah tenaga kerja akan menurunkan jumlah produksi (TP) sehingga produksi akan bernilai negati

    The spread of the COVID-19 outbreak has had a big impact on the lives of Indonesian, especially in sector education. The process of teaching and learning activities in Indonesia has to be carried out on a limited basis or remotely in accordance with the policy issued by the Minister of Education and Culture Number 4 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Education in the Covid-19 Emergency Period. This study aims to determine student interest in learning and the factors that influence student interest in learning social studies on the subject history of national events during the colonial period in 5th grade SDN Purwamekar, Kab. Purwakarta, Prov. West Java. This research is a case study research type with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The subjects of this study were 5th grade students and 1 teacher at SDN Purwamekar. The results showed that students' interest in social studies learning material history of national events during the colonial period was still quite sufficient because when learning it students did not feel happy, the materials was difficult to memorize and learning models and methods used by teachers were less attractive. The percentage results for the four subjects were : the largest percentage was obtained by 88% in the very good category, for the smallestpercentage obtained by 40% with the less category. good criteria with a percentage of 66% and a percentage of 62% with a good category. Factors that influence student learning interest are lack of enthusiasm for learning, different intelligence, the role of parents in educating and guiding children.

    PENGARUH MODEL COOPERATIVE LEARNING TIPE EXAMPLE NON EXAMPLE TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS IV DALAM PEMBELAJARAN IPAS

      This research was motivated by the discovery of student learning outcomes in elementary schools which were allegedly still low. Students are less involed in the application of learning models that cause students difficulties in understanding learning, especially in learning Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS). Based on this, the purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the Cooperative Learning Model Type Example Non Example  on student learning outcomes, find out the initial volue and final grade of students as a whole on IPAS learning, and understand the extent to which the example non example model has an influence on students who obtain the treatment model and students who obtain conventional models. The type of research used is a quasy experiment with a non-equivalent control group design. This design provides the initial test ability (Pretest) and the final ability test after treatment is given (Posttest) in both predetermined classes. The population of this study is grade IV students is one of the elementary schools in Purwakarta District. The samples that were the subjects in this study were an experimental class of 27 students and a control class of 28 students. The results of the experimental class n-gain data obtained showed an average score of 0.71 which was in the high category and the control class n-gain of 0.59 was in the medium category. The results of the data test correlate the example non example model with student learning outcomes that have a strong relationship, namely R=0.412. The R Square value of 0.170, if in percent form equal to 0.17%, means that it has the influence of the model example non example on the learning outcomes of grade IV elementary school students.

    Pengaruh Model Discovery Learning Berbantuan Komik Digital Flip Book dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar IPS di Sekolah Dasar

    This research is motivated by the learning process which demands active participation from the learner, but in reality the learning process still tends to reduce the role and participation of students. This study intends to see how much influence the digital comic-assisted discovery learning model flip book has in efforts to improve social studies learning outcomes for fifth grade students in the 2022/2023 academic year to find out whether the digital comic-assisted discovery learning model is more effective than the digital flip book learning model. conventional. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a nonequivalent control group pre-test and post-test design. This research was conducted at SDN 1 Cibening with 25 students in class VA and 24 students in class VB as research samples. The instrument used in this study is a test. Based on the research findings, it shows that the discovery learning model assisted by digital flip book comics has an effect on student learning outcomes with an effect of 79.4%. The discovery learning model assisted by digital flip book comics is more effective than the conventional learning model with the difference in the pretest and posttest average scores, in the experimental class being greater than the control class. Overall, the increase in student learning outcomes in the experimental class belongs to the quite effective category, while the control class belongs to the less effective category. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the comic digital flip book-assisted discovery learning model has an effect on efforts to improve social studies learning outcomes for fifth grade students in elementary schools and the digital flip book-assisted discovery learning model is more effective

    Project Based Learning Untuk Meningkatkan Berpikir Kreatifsiswa SD Pada Materi Makanan Dan Kesehatan

    Kenyataan menunjukkan pembelajaran IPA masih berfokus pada buku teks dan jarang menggunakan model pembelajaran yang bervariatif sehingga kreativitas dan penguasaan konsep siswa menjadi terbatas. Tujuan penelitian penerapan model PBL untuk meningkatkan penguasaan konsep peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuasi eksperimen. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Swasta Kartika Siliwangi XIX-3 Kabupaten Garut, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 66 siswa yang terdiri dari kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol berjumlah 33 siswa. Analisis penelitian menggunakan N-Gain dan pengujian hipotesis rumus t-test dengan menggunanakan software SPSS 17. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis proyek dapat meningkatkan kreativitas siswa lebih tinggi secara signifikan dibandingkan dengan kelas ekspositori dengan perbandingan di kelas eksperimen N-Gain 0,472 kategori sedang dan kelas kontrol N-Gain 0,223 kategori rendah.Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan t-test hasinya dengan nilai sig 0.009< α yaitu 0,025 artinya ditolak maka terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kreatif antara kelas kontrol dengan kelas eksperimen
