Konstitusionalitas Dan Model Pendidikan Karakter Bangsa Pasca Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi

Constitutional Court Decision No. 100/PUU-XI/2013 stated that Pancasila as a basic state declared in the the 1945 preamble can not be equated with the 1945 Constitution, Unity in Diversity, and the Unitary State of Indonesia declared as the pillars of the nation and state as cited in the Article 34 paragraph (3b) letter a. Considering the benefits of the nation's effort to build a character, the Constitutional Court declared constitutional effort of political parties and other state agencies that carry out political education through the dissemination of Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, Unity in Diversity. The Court sets a model of character education necessary to be developed which is not limited in the for pillars but it includes some other aspects such as the state of law, sovereignty, an insight of archipelago, national defense, and so forth. The government basically hold the primary responsibility for implementing character education for its citizens. Thus, the government needs to consider of alternatives to establish a special agency to formulate and implement effective national character education

The Tenure Arrangement of Primary Constitutional Organ Leaders in Indonesian Constitutional System

The tenure arrangement of primary constitutional organ leaders is required as the implementation of power limitation principle and the manifestation of political equality principle as the characteristic of democratic state. The tenure arrangements of primary constitutional organ leaders in Indonesia have four models: tenure arrangement through the 1945 Constitution, tenure arrangement through Law, tenure arrangement which is not regulated by law but regulated in the constitutional organs' internal regulation, and tenure arrangement which is not regulated by law as well as internal regulation. The problem in this paper is: First, how is the arrangement of leadership tenure in the constitutional organs according to the Indonesian legislation system. Second, how to adjust the arrangement of constitutional organ leader in order to provide legal certainty and prevent conflict that can disrupt organs' performance. The arrangement through the Constitution is the most powerful model in term of legal certainty regarding that the Constitution is in the highest national legal order and materials related to the structure and organization of primary constitutional organs constitute the Constitution's substance. The model not regulated in law but regulated in internal regulation prone to cause conflict because every member of the constitutional organs which meets the requirements may change the internal regulation at any time. To avoid this conflict, this paper concludes that it requires the change of regulation regulating the tenure of constitutional organ leaders so that it is no longer regulated in the constitutional organs' internal regulations, but it is set in the 1945 Constitution or at least in the Law in order to have a better legal certainty

Semakin banyaknya event organizer dan Perusahaan yang bermunculan untuk memasarkan iklan, membuat banyak event organizer ataupun Perusahaan yang harus bersaing untuk mendapatkan perhatian untuk iklan mereka, oleh karena itu maka diperlukan media untuk memasang iklan dan pemesan sebuah event untuk membantu para pemilik acara untuk mempromosikan iklan ataupun acara mereka.Dengan tujuan agar memudahkan pemilik acara ataupun pemasang iklan untuk promosikan acara dan iklan mereka. Dan dengan mudah melakukan pemesanan langsung melalui website yang tersedia sehingga pembeli tidak perlu mengantri panjang untuk mendaptkan tempat di event tersebut. From 2010 until now, the application for dispute resolution increasing local elections, as the Announcement of the election by the Election Commission and the resolution of the dispute by the Constitutional Court. Mulai tahun 2010 hingga sekarang, permohonan penyelesaian sengketa pemilihan kepala daerah semakin meningkat, seiring Pengumuman Hasil Pilkada oleh KPUD dan penyelesaian sengketanya oleh mahkamah Konstitusi. Menarik, ternyata diantara putusan Mahkamah konstitusi selain ada yang ditolak, dikabulkan sebagian, namun ada pula yang mengharuskan dilaksanakannya Pemilihan umum kepala Daerah Ulang. Penelitian ini bersifat yuridis normatif yang berorientasi pada analisa hukum terhadap Kenyataan penerapan norma hukum dalam yang termuat pada berbagai Perundangan-undangan tentang pemilu dalam putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi tentang penyelesaian PHPU Pilkada tahun 2010 dan 2011 yang putusannya mengharuskan Pemilihan Ulang. Sumber bahan hukum mendasarkan pada bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder. Bahan Hukum primer berupa berbagai putusan mahkamah konstitusi dan bahan hukum sekunder dari penelusuran literatur maupun peraturan Perundang-undangan, jurnal hukum dan jurnal hukum Tata Negarta/ Administrasi Negara, hasil penelitian, makalah artikel, berita, maupun dokumen lain yang terkait dengan penelitian ini. Local wisdom about Lapindo mudflow incident is the folklore about the events in the past that can be used as a lesson on the present and future, that fairy tales Tawangalun Temple and fairy tale Golden Cucumber. Regardless whether it's a fairy tale ever happened empirically or just reality-fiction, its presence can be used as a foothold for understanding the events (disasters) from the perspective of the present culture. Insights Geo-Culture and Geo-Mythology in Lapindo folklore can be an alternative contextual teaching materials based on local wisdom in learning Indonesian for foreign speakers because contextuality and substance of the values contained in it very interesting. Practice learning Indonesian for foreign speakers in Australia is known that oral tradition story but the story only as a complement to the oral tradition is just as important as knowledge of grammar, even with the introduction of the oral tradition of story, BIPA learners will know the culture of Indonesia

Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Two Stay Two Stray Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Teknologi Mekanik Kelas X Teknik Pemesinan Smk Negeri 3 Surabaya

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Teknologi Mekanik. Selain itu, tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui aktivitas siswa dan respon siswa terhadap model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray pada mata pelajaran Teknologi Mekanik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif, rancangan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experimental design karena dalam desain ini untuk kelas eksperimental dan kelas kontrol telah ditentukan. Hasil belajar siswa pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray memiliki kemampuan positif sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran Teknologi Mekanik dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran langsung. Aktivitas siswa pada pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray memiliki hasil yang baik dan dapat dikategorikan siswa aktif dalam pembelajaran. Respon siswa pada pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray memiliki respon yang sangat baik. Kata kunci: Pembelajaran Kooperatif, Two Stay Two Stray, Aktivitas, Respon, dan Hasil Belaja

Cellphone with Dial and Call Feature Design Prototype for Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a term that used to explain neurological problems which affect mind, perception and concentration. The unfortunate condition of children with ASD lead more difficult to do long-distance communication, not only because of the lack of device that can be used exclusively by children with ASD (the physical as well as its interface), but also because of their general habits tends to destroy something in this case is a commercial cellphone. Identification of ASD children’s habit will be conducted by distributing questionnaires and interviews of the parties which are well acquainted with their daily activities such as parents and school teachers. To validate the questionnaire, has also been conducted ethnographic video capture. The design of cell phone’s prototype and dial & call software/application interface in it is done using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method as the results have been obtained from the collection of data on the habits of ASD children. Penjejakan Posisi Bola Pada Modul Phycore IMX31 Menggunakan Embedded OpenCV

Saat ini perkembangan perangkat prosesor sangat pesat, terutama prosesor ARM.. Prosesor ARM memiliki kecepatan yang menyamai prosesor komputer. Karena memiliki mobilitas dan kecepatan yang tinggi maka banyak peneliti yang mencoba megembangkan untuk berbagai kegunaan. Para peneliti umumnya menggunakan prosesor ARM untuk penelitian dibidang robotika dan computer vision. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut peneliti mencoba mengembangkan kemampuan yang ada pada prosesor ARM. Peneliti mencoba menggunakan prosesor ARM pada modul phycore imx31 untuk ditanami embedded OpenCV. Aplikasi berbasis embeded OpenCV digunakan untuk penjejakan posisi bola pada sebuah gambar. Proses penjejakan bola menggunakan euclidean distace dan metode integral proyeksi. Gambar diambil melalui kamera digital. Gambar bola yang digunakan dalam proses pengujian memiliki beberapa bacgound antara lain: hitam, putih, biru dan hijau. Tampilan aplikasi embedded opencv akan ditampilkan pada LCD touchscreen yang ada pada modul phycore imx31. Pada pengujian aplikasi opencv untuk penjejakan posisi bola pada gambar bergerak secara periodik yang ditanamkan pada phycore imx31 mempunyai tingkat keberhasilan mencapai 100% pada background putih, 2.02% pada background biru, 47.47% pada background hijau dan 0% pada background hitam. Berdasarkan pengujian tingkat keberhasilan pendeteksian menggunakan euclidean distance dan metode integral poyeksi tergantung pada background dari gambar. Pada pengujian untuk membandingkan kecepatan dalam mendeteksi bola didapat bahwa phycore imx31 lebih cepat dalam mendeteksi objek dibanding dengan netbook Intel Atom
