The embedding structure of unitary N=2 minimal models
We derive the embedding structure of unitary N=2 minimal models and show as a
result that these representations have a degeneration of uncharged singular
states. This corrects some earlier mistakes made in the literature. We discuss
the connexion to the N=2 character formulae and finally give a proof for the
embedding diagrams.Comment: Latex, 16 page
Transmutations between Singular and Subsingular Vectors of the N=2 Superconformal Algebras
We present subsingular vectors of the N=2 superconformal algebras other than
the ones which become singular in chiral Verma modules, reported recently by
Gato-Rivera and Rosado. We show that two large classes of singular vectors of
the Topological algebra become subsingular vectors of the Antiperiodic NS
algebra under the topological untwistings. These classes consist of BRST-
invariant singular vectors with relative charges and zero conformal
weight, and no-label singular vectors with . In turn the resulting NS
subsingular vectors are transformed by the spectral flows into subsingular and
singular vectors of the Periodic R algebra. We write down these singular and
subsingular vectors starting from the topological singular vectors at levels 1
and 2.Comment: 21 pages, Latex. Minor improvements. Very similar to the version

The Adapted Ordering Method for Lie Algebras and Superalgebras and their Generalizations
In 1998 the Adapted Ordering Method was developed for the representation
theory of the superconformal algebras in two dimensions. It allows: to
determine maximal dimensions for a given type of space of singular vectors, to
identify all singular vectors by only a few coefficients, to spot subsingular
vectors and to set the basis for constructing embedding diagrams. In this
article we present the Adapted Ordering Method for general Lie algebras and
superalgebras, and their generalizations, provided they can be triangulated. We
also review briefly the results obtained for the Virasoro algebra and for the
N=2 and Ramond N=1 superconformal algebras.Comment: Many improvements in the redaction for pedagogical purposes. Latex,

Superconformal Primary Fields on a Graded Riemann Sphere
Primary superfields for a two dimensional Euclidean superconformal field
theory are constructed as sections of a sheaf over a graded Riemann sphere. The
construction is then applied to the N=3 Neveu-Schwarz case. Various quantities
in the N=3 theory are calculated and discussed, such as formal elements of the
super-Mobius group, and the two-point function.Comment: LaTeX2e, 23 pages; fixed typos, sorted references, modified

Analytic Expressions for Singular Vectors of the Superconformal Algebra
Using explicit expressions for a class of singular vectors of the
(untwisted) algebra and following the approach of Malikov-Feigin-Fuchs and
Kent, we show that the analytically extended Verma modules contain two linearly
independent neutral singular vectors at the same grade. We construct this two
dimensional space and we identify the singular vectors of the original Verma
modules. We show that in some Verma modules these expressions lead to two
linearly independent singular vectors which are at the same grade and have the
same charge.Comment: 35 pages, LATE
Stochastic evolutions in superspace and superconformal field theory
Some stochastic evolutions of conformal maps can be described by SLE and may
be linked to conformal field theory via stochastic differential equations and
singular vectors in highest-weight modules of the Virasoro algebra. Here we
discuss how this may be extended to superconformal maps of N=1 superspace with
links to superconformal field theory and singular vectors of the N=1
superconformal algebra in the Neveu-Schwarz sector.Comment: 13 pages, LaTe
Urban Emotions and Cycling Experience – Enriching Traffic Planning for Cyclists with Human Sensor Data
Even though much research has been conducted on the safety of cycling infrastructures, most previous approaches only make use of traditional and proven methods based upon datasets such as accident statistics, road infrastructure data, or questionnaires. Apart from typical surveys, which are known to face numerous limitations from a psychological and sociological viewpoints, the question of how perceived safety can best be assessed is still widely unexplored. Thus, this paper presents an approach for bio-physiological sensing to identify places in urban environments which are perceived as unsafe by cyclists. Specifically, a number of physiological parameters like ECG, skin conductance, skin temperature and heart rate variability are analysed to identify moments of stress. Together with data gathered through a People as Sensors app, these stress levels can be mapped to specific emotions. This method was tested in a pilot study in Cambridge, MA (USA), which is presented in this paper. Our findings show that our method can identify places with emotional peaks, particularly fear and anger. Although our results can be qualitatively interpreted and used in urban planning, more research is necessary to quantitatively and automatically generate recommendations from the measurements for urban planners
