This paper analyses the relationships between urban climate, environmental comfort and urban planning, from the point of view of the concepts and fundamental ideas evolution, from the basic methodological contributions and from recent year’s reviews, especially in the topic of the environmental comfort indexes. The paper gives a review with highlights in the more recent contributions.En este trabajo se analizan las relaciones entre clima urbano, confort ambiental y planificación urbana desde el punto de vista de la evolución de los conceptos e ideas fundamentales, de las aportaciones metodológicas básicas realizadas y de las aplicaciones y revisiones de los últimos años, en particular en el campo de los índices de confort. Modelo basado en procesos y reglas con enfoque BPM para la clasificación de clientes potenciales de Prisma Intelligence Consulting

El presente estudio se trata de una investigación no experimental, que permite el diseño de un modelo basado en procesos y reglas con enfoque BPM para la clasificación de clientes potenciales de Prisma Intelligence Consulting en la ciudad de Trujillo. Para esta investigación se utilizó la metodología utilizada por Camunda para el análisis y diseño del proceso y reglas de negocio utilizando el estándar de modelamiento de procesos BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) y para las reglas DMN (Decision Model and Notation). Como resultado se obtuvo el diseño de un modelo y se validó con simulación para los procesos y reglas, utilizando software open source. Como conclusión se logró la clasificación de clientes potenciales basado en procesos y reglas reduciendo el tiempo de las tareas hasta en un 89% demostrando de esa manera la eficiencia del modelo propuesto.The present study is non-experimental research, which allows the design of a processes and rules-based model with a BPM approach for the classification of potential clients of Prisma Intelligence Consulting in Trujillo city. The methodology used by Camunda was used for the analysis and design of the process and business rules using the BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) process modeling standard and DMN (Decision Model and Notation) for the rules. As a result, the design of a model was obtained and it was validated with simulation for the processes and rules, using open-source software. As a conclusion the classification of potential clients based on processes and rules was achieved, reducing the time of the tasks down to 89%, thus demonstrating the efficiency of the proposed model.Tesi

Effect of in vitro digestion-fermentation on green and roasted coffee bioactivity: the role of the gut microbiota

Coffee is one of the most consumed beverages and has been linked to health in different studies. However, green and roasted coffees have different chemical composition and therefore their health properties might differ as well. Here, we study the effect of in vitro digestion-fermentation on the antioxidant capacity, phenolic profile, production of short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs), and gut microbiota community structure of green and roasted coffee brews. Roasted coffees showed higher antioxidant capacity than green coffees, with the highest level achieved in fermented samples. Polyphenol profile was similar between green and roasted coffees in regular coffee brews and the digested fraction, but very different after fermentation. Production of SCFAs was higher after fermentation of green coffee brews. Fermentation of coffee brews by human gut microbiota led to different community structure between green and roasted coffees. All these data suggests that green and roasted coffees behave as different types of food
