The peculiarity of this system isthat it is using a heater and an active cooler which are controlled by pulse width modulation. The basis of such asystem is taken from the thermostatic scheme of the inclinometer IGN 100-100 / 60-A. However, this scheme hasserious drawback - conducted interference. These disturbances affect the operation of a downhole power supply, and therefore the entire electronic inclinometer instrumentation. This article briefly describes the principle of thetemperature control system. Furthermore, reasons for this interference are discussed in detail, calculated the valueof failures in the selection of power, the graphs clearly show the changes in the signal. The problematic elements ofthe scheme, affecting the appearance of interference, are identified. The possible solutions to eliminate thisinterference are analyzed, stating the shortcomings of each of the solutions

A 2.1 Solar Mass Pulsar Measured by Relativistic Orbital Decay
PSR J0751+1807 is a millisecond pulsar in a circular 6 hr binary system with
a helium white dwarf secondary. Through high precision pulse timing
measurements with the Arecibo and Effelsberg radio telescopes, we have detected
the decay of its orbit due to emission of gravitational radiation. This is the
first detection of the relativistic orbital decay of a low-mass, circular
binary pulsar system. The measured rate of change in orbital period, corrected
for acceleration biases, is dP_b/dt=(-6.4+-0.9)x10^-14. Interpreted in the
context of general relativity, and combined with measurement of Shapiro delay,
it implies a pulsar mass of 2.1+-0.2 solar masses, the most massive pulsar
measured. This adds to the emerging trend toward relatively high neutron star
masses in neutron star--white dwarf binaries. Additionally, there is some
evidence for an inverse correlation between pulsar mass and orbital period in
these systems. We consider alternatives to the general relativistic analysis of
the data, and we use the pulsar timing data to place limits on violations of
the strong equivalence principle.Comment: 9 pages, Submitted to Ap
Influence of information technology on homeland security
The modern world is a complexly organized system, a space of global information technologies (IT). Information today is the main determinant of society, and the rapid development of IT, which penetrate into all spheres of our life, opens up completely new opportunities for social progress, as well as certain problems and challenges. Since information technologies are widely used in business, politics, and national development, they have become an attractive target for hacker attacks; as well as a very powerful tool which can threaten state's national security. This paper examines the issue of information technology and its role in homeland security protection, as well as the key problems associated with increasing their influence in the world

Distinguishing Parkinson's disease from atypical parkinsonian syndromes using PET data and a computer system based on support vector machines and Bayesian networks
Differentiating between Parkinson's disease (PD) and atypical parkinsonian syndromes (APS) is still a challenge, specially at early stages when the patients show similar symptoms. During last years, several computer systems have been proposed in order to improve the diagnosis of PD, but their accuracy is still limited. In this work we demonstrate a full automatic computer system to assist the diagnosis of PD using 18F-DMFP PET data. First, a few regions of interest are selected by means of a two-sample t-test. The accuracy of the selected regions to separate PD from APS patients is then computed using a support vector machine classifier. The accuracy values are finally used to train a Bayesian network that can be used to predict the class of new unseen data. This methodology was evaluated using a database with 87 neuroimages, achieving accuracy rates over 78%. A fair comparison with other similar approaches is also provided. This work is part of a project approved by the AndalucΓa Talent Hub Program launched by the Andalusian Knowledge Agency, co-funded by the European Union's Seventh Framework Program, Marie Sklodowska-Curie actions (COFUND Grant Agreement no 291780) and the Ministry of Economy, Innovation, Science and Employment of the Junta de AndalucΓa.
