A sub-representação do futebol praticado por mulheres no Brasil: ressaltar o protagonismo para visibilizar a modalidade

Este texto tematiza alguns aspectos relacionados à história das mulheres no futebol brasileiro. Analisa a inserção da modalidade no país e a oficialização de sua proibição, cuja vigência de mais de 40 anos reverberou de modo indelével na estruturação e desenvolvimento do futebol praticado por mulheres. Aborda ainda questões relativas à escassez de campeonatos, a pouca visibilidade midiática e a ausência de equipes nos principais clubes. Por fim ressalta que, na “Pátria de Chuteiras”, há uma miopia prevalente quando se fala em futebol de mulheres.This text discusses some aspects related to the history of women in Brazilian soccer. It analyses the introduction of the sport in the country and the veto on women playing soccer, which lasted over 40 years and deeply impacted the structuring and development of women's soccer. It also addresses issues related to scant tournaments, low media visibility and lack of women's teams from major sport clubs. Also, it highlights the "Soccer Shoe Country" is still short-sighted as regards women's soccer

Além do masculino/feminino: gênero, sexualidade, tecnologia e performance no esporte sob perspectiva crítica

A partir de experiências etnográficas no mundo esportivo, este texto articula dados empíricos e reflexão teórica em busca da compreensão das implicações para o esporte mainstream da existência de corpos não normativos/dissonantes, participantes em diferentes competições do sistema esportivo global. Questionamos não apenas as normatividades instituídas e presentes no meio esportivo, mas também as masculinidades/feminilidades como ficções políticas em vigor nas arenas esportivas. Dessa forma, propomos refletir sobre a alteridade presente no campo esportivo, a partir de corpos que sofrem/sofreram diferentes processos de transformação corporal ou que usam fármacos e outras substâncias. Gênero, sexualidade e deficiência são categorias que nos ajudarão a problematizar a construção de saberes e a gestão política dos usos dos corpos em performances de alto rendimento atlético.From ethnographic experiences in the sports world, this paper articulates empirical data and theoretical reflections in order to understand the implications to mainstream sport with the presence of non-normative/dissonant bodies that participate in different competitions of the global sports system. We question not only the established normativities in sport, but also the political fictions of masculinity/femininity in its spaces. Thus, we reflect on the otherness present in the sports field up from bodies that suffer/suffered body modification processes or that use drugs and other substances. Gender, sexuality and disability are categories that help us to problematize the construction of knowledges and the political management of the use of bodies in high level athletic performances

Uniformes esportivos de mulheres no futebol: convenções, subversões e distinções no vestuário

Based on the analysis of data collected in an ethnographic research conducted in Rio Grande do Sul between 2011 and 2012, as well as the use of other media cultural artefacts, this article discusses the use of sportswear by female soccer players from Brazil. Throughout the article, it will be asked how the uniforms of women in soccer raise dilemmas regarding the attractiveness and practicality of clothing, as well as to understand how uniforms influence the distinctions between the categories “posh girls” and “humble women”, which reveal not only class distinctions but also race/ethnicity in soccer (mainly in Porto Alegre, RS). In order to address gender issues in sport, the work of Brazilian Silvana Goellner is an important reference. Regarding gender issues and postcoloniality, Australian Raewyn Connell will be essential. To address race/ethnicity, we chose Americans bell hooks and Kimberlé Crenshaw. It is possible to understand that clothing works as a form of expression that is influenced by parameters related to consumption, which still promotes the exclusion of some social groups, such as the “humble women” in Porto Alegre’s women’s soccer.A partir da análise de dados coletados em pesquisa etnográfica realizada no Rio Grande do Sul entre 2011 e 2012, bem como a utilização de outros artefatos culturais midiáticos, o presente artigo aborda o uso de roupas esportivas por jogadoras de futebol no Brasil. Ao longo do artigo, interrogar-se-á de que forma os uniformes esportivos de mulheres no futebol suscitam dilemas relacionados à atratividade e à praticidade do vestuário, bem como pretende-se entender como o uniforme influencia nas distinções presentes entre “patricinhas” e “humildes”, categorias êmicas que revelam não apenas diferenças de classe, mas também de raça/etnia, principalmente no futebol porto-alegrense. Para abordar as questões de gênero no esporte, tem-se como referencial o trabalho da brasileira Silvana Goellner. Em relação às questões de gênero e pós-colonialidade, a australiana Raewyn Connell. Para abordar raça/etnia, as estadunidenses bell hooks e Kimberlé Crenshaw. Conclui-se que o vestuário serve como forma de expressão que sofre influência de parâmetros ligados ao consumo, do qual estão ainda excluídos alguns grupos sociais, como o das “humildes” no futebol de mulheres porto-alegrense

Simmel, Love and the Foreigner: Is Love Between Borders a Love Without Limits?

In this article, we reflect on the importance of the work of the German sociologist and philosopher Georg Simmel (1858-1918). We focus on reflections about love in certain mobility processes. Starting from a theoretical discussion about love in the Simmelian work, we unfold it to think about love in contexts of broader mobility. The Simmelian love, therefore, serves as an analytical basis that articulates the experiences of people in different geographical areas. Starting from the idea of frontier and limitation, we situate this analytical reflection in the contemporary pandemic context, when mobility and the lack of it also became more complex. Reflecting on love, in the midst of this sanitary crisis context, this discussion becomes extremely necessary and, in this aspect, Simmel proves to be a revealing author when it comes to the existing possibilities. His work contributes to the understanding of certain processes of interaction and mobility. In addition, we aim to review the notion of foreigner developed by Simmel, and think, to what extent, it is applicable to understand the dynamics inherent in the crossings between love and mobility. In the scenario of contemporary affective relationships, it is emphasized how much Simmel’s work is still fertile to comprehend certain feelings, emotions and perspectives. In the transnational context, in which time and spaces are constantly resized through access to new information, communication technologies and possibilities for creating and maintaining diverse bonds, the Simmelian perspective can very much lead us to a better interpretive notion of love in a context of mobility and immobility

Gênero e Sexualidade, Saberes e Intervenções

The north-westward direction of distribution of the Pb-Zn deposits in North Macedonia, Serbia and Greece corresponds to the trend of the average density and temperature of the upper mantle. A similar direction is also noted in the structure of the Moho. The thickness of the sedimentary layer of the upper crust varies from 7.8 km in the areas of Dinaridе complexes and Serbo-Macedonian massif down to 100 m in the Vardar Zone. At the same time, the smallest thicknes is observed in the places of the densest distribution of Pb-Zn deposits. Blocks of the forming tectonic melange in the Vardar suture zone were squeezed up and eroded, which was possibly due to a decrease in the thickness of upper crust sedimentary layer and the lithosphere as a whole, as well as due to the high eclogitization of the lower ophiolite blocks. During the same period the deposits (Cu-Ni, SEDEX) previously formed due to ophiolites and rifts were exhumed as a result of uplifting and erosion processes and the new Cu-porphyry, skarn and / or vein (PbZn) deposits were formed during the magmatic arcs formation. Thus, the local area of the Besna Kobyla–Osogovo metallogenic zone containing the Sasa and Toranica deposits is the most eroded. Based on this conclusion, the southern direction of the zone seems to be prospective for new Pb-Zn deposits under the surface.
