    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Sport Team Involvement, Sport Team Trust, Sport Team Self-Expression, dan Sport Team Attachment terhadap Sport Team Loyalty fans basket profesional Indonesia. Penggemar adalah salah satu aspek paling penting dalam perkembangan dunia perbasketan Indonesia. Tanpa penggemar, kompetisi basket Indonesia akan mati. Dan tanpa penggemar, sebuah tim olahraga akan sangat sulit untuk berkembang dan bersaing dengan tim lainnya. Maka dari itu penelitian ini sangat menarik untuk dilakukan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan purposive sampling, dimana sampel berupa responden yang memiliki pengalaman menonton pertandingan basket dalam satu tahun terakhir dan menjadi penggemar salah satu tim yang berlaga di NBL Indonesia. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 200 orang. Analisis dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan model SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dan diolah menggunakan software SPSS versi 22.0 for Windows serta Amos 16.0 untuk pengujian Model Measurement dan Structural. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Sport Team Trust dan Sport Attachment memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada Sport Team Loyalty. Lalu Sport Team Involvemet dan Sport Team Self-Expression berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Sport Team Attachment.     Landslide, one of the important geomorphological processes, is essentially a natural phenomenon that is often exacerbated by human-induced activities. A stable sloping terrain will tend to collapse when it is subjected to forces that tend to destabilise it. Slope instability is one of the main factors leading to disasters that might be catastrophic to the environment and human life. Since the beginning of the year 2000 only, thousands of fatalities annually occurred globally due to landslides. With its predominantly sloping topography, the landslide is also a frequent natural disaster in Indonesia. BNPB data stated that between 2013 and 2022, there were 7,297 recorded cases of landslides in the country with more than 100 casualties on one occasion. To mitigate the impact of this disaster, measures such as reinforcing slopes or implementing retaining walls in vulnerable areas are urgently required. In recent decades, bio-engineering techniques gain more attention in slope reinforcement by combining the mechanical and hydrological abilities of vegetation in erosion control and slope stabilisation. Vetiver grass is one of the vegetation species used in bioengineering techniques due to its low cost and more sustainable solutions in many infrastructure projects.     ISOLASI DAN IDENTIFIKASI SENYAWA YANG BERSIFAT ANTIBAKTERI DAN TOKSIK DALAM TUMBUHAN ILER {Coleiis scutellarioides [L.] Benth)

    The isolation and identification of antibacterial and toxic compound on Coleiis scutellarioides [L.] Benth. has been conducted. The extraction applied was maceration method using ethanol 85  %.  The ethanol extract then partitioned using three kinds of solvents namely n-hexane, chloroform, ethyl acetate respectively. The most toxic and active antibacterial extraction was separated by chromatography column with n-hexane: chloroform as the mobile phase. Identification of the active isolate was conducted by gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy with the aim of'Wiley 229.L database. Toxic test and antibacterial activity test showed that FB2 was proved to be the most toxic and active antibacterial one. The most toxic and active antibacterial fraction of FB2 showed a retardation area of 66,98 mm2 to Micrococcus luteus and 54,43 mm2 to Escherichia coli, and LC50 at 90,72 ppm. Gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy data show that the FB2 fraction contains 4 compounds namely palmitate acid (24,41%); stearate acid (19,53%); 9-oktadekenamida (22,95%); and Esther dioctyl hexadioat (33,11 %»)

    Salah satu faktor penyebab jerawat adalah bakteri Propionibacterium acnes yang merupakan bakteri Gram positif dan anaerob yang hidup normal dalam saluran philosebaseae. Antibiotik sering digunakan untuk mengatasi jerawat dan penyakit lain yang disebabkan oleh bakteri. Padahal, selain mahal, pemakaian antibiotik terus menerus dapat memicu resistensi. Di Bali, banyak tumbuhan lokal yang bersifat antibakteri yang digunakan secara tradisional dan sudah tercatat dengan baik dalam lontar usadha Taru Premana. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui potensi antibakteri campuran ekstrak daun pegagan, daun paspasan, dan daun teh hijau sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai kandidat obat jerawat. Percobaan yang dilakukan adalah persiapan simplisia dengan pengeringan dan penepungan, ekstraksi dengan etanol, evaporasi untuk mendapatkan ekstrak kental etanol. Pengujian aktivitas antibakteri dilakukan dengan metode agar tuang dengan menggunakan bakteri uji Escherichia coli (Gram negatif) dan Micrococcus luteus (Gram positif). Didapatkan hasil bahwa paspasan dan pegagan bersifat bakteriostatik terhadap E.coli dan bakterisidal terhadap M.luteus dengan diameter daerah hambat terbesar adalah 2,5 cm. Ditemukan juga bahwa penambahan ekstrak teh hijau tidak mempengaruhi aktivitas antibakteri kedua simplisia. Disimpulkan bahwa ekstrak etanol pegagan dan paspasan berpotensi digunakan sebagai bahan obat jerawat

    Seepage in soil from the difference of water viscosity using Geo-studio SEEP/W program

    The soil is an important material for human life. The problem that is often encountered with soil is soil contamination due to the discharge of leachate into the soil. This research aims to observe the influence of leachate viscosity on seepage using Geo-Studio SEEP/W Program. The samples of leachate were taken from ceramic industry and from Suwung landfill site. Soil samples were silty sandy taken from Ida Bagus Oka street, Denpasar, Bali. Seepage modeling in Geo-Studio SEEP/W was conducted on silty sand condition using pure water (without leachate), leachate from ceramic industry, and leachate from Suwung Disposal Site. Seepage modeling on Geo-Studio was conducted on saturated/unsaturated condition. It was found that the leachate viscosity was different each other. The viscosity of leachate from ceramic industry was 0.01366741 N s/m2 and 0.002061309 N s/m2 from Suwung Disposal Site. Due to mixed with leachate, soil hydraulic conductivity decreased from 0.001949 cm/s to 0.0001029 cm/s. The largest discharge and velocity of seepage on silty sand material from Ida Bagus Oka street, Denpasar, obtained by using Geo-Studio SEEP/W Modeling was produced by pure water (without leachate), whereas, the smallest one produced by leachate from Suwung landfill site
