Philosofy as an element of national culture

The report focuses on the role of philosophy in public culture, as well as the analysis of philosophy of the Soviet period. Shows directed evolution of nature and society, indicating the presence of self-regulatory processes. Identified the lack of understanding of self-management within the framework of dialectical materialism and the fallacy of the materialist conception of history is subjective laws of historical materialism. Materialistic delusions of historical materialism overcome in the concept of a regulatory mechanism for the development of society. It is established that the mind of man and society are the subjects of management, the surrounding Genesis - control object. The limitations of dialectical materialism, as well as the mistakes and errors of historical materialism mean the loss of their scientific value. The necessity of development of the common materialistic regulatory dialectic philosophy, which is based on materialism associated with the understanding of the primacy of matter and secondary consciousness, self-governing nature of the interaction of the elements of nature and society, as well as the system of laws of dialectics, which will provide scientific philosophical understanding of the development of life.Доклад посвящён роли философии в общественной культуре, а также анализу философии советского периода. Показано направленное развитие природы и общества, свидетельствующее о наличие самоуправляемых процессов. Выявлено отсутствие понимания самоуправляемости в рамках диалектического материализма и ошибочность материалистического понимания истории – субъективной закономерности истмата. Материалистические заблуждения истмата преодолены в концепции регулятивного механизма развития общества. Установлено, что сознание человека и общества являются субъектами управления, окружающее бытие – объектом управления. Ограниченность диамата, а также ошибки и заблуждения истмата означают потерю ими научного значения. Показана необходимость развития единой материалистической регулятивно – диалектической философии, в которой основой является материализм, связанный с пониманием первичности материи и вторичности сознания, самоуправляемый характер взаимодействия элементов природы и общества, а также системные закономерности диалектики, что обеспечит научность философского осмысления развития бытия

Some problems oh international relations

Доклад посвящён анализу межнациональных отношений. Рассмотрены основные понятия: патриотизм, национализм, шовинизм. Выявлена роль захватнических войн, а также волн людских перемещений в межнациональных отношениях. Отмечено значение осознанного выбора управленческих решений в межнациональных отношениях. К миграционным процессам отнесены процессы колонизации, источником которых являлись государства Европы, а также Россия. Главными причинами межнационального противостояния являются материальные, религиозные и социально-экономические – идеологические разногласия, выраженные в политическом интересе взаимодействующих государств. Представлен положительный пример развития интернациональных отношений в Советском Союзе. Показана роль регулятивного механизма общественного развития в межнациональных процессах, а также возможность воспитания интернациональных отношений, путём изменения менталитета общества, возможного при некапиталистическом пути развития. Обоснована необходимость благожелательного отношения к гастарбайтерам, приезжающим в РФ.The report is devoted to the analysis of international relations. Double-spiral magnetic structure of the Fe/Cr multilayer revealed by nuclear resonance scattering

We have studied the magnetization depth profiles in a [57Fe(dFe)/Cr(dCr)]x30 multilayer with ultrathin Fe layers and nominal thickness of the chromium spacers dCr 2.0 nm using nuclear resonance scattering of synchrotron radiation. The presence of a broad pure-magnetic half-order (1/2) Bragg reflection has been detected at zero external field. The joint fit of the reflectivity curves and Mossbauer spectra of reflectivity measured near the critical angle and at the "magnetic" peak reveals that the magnetic structure of the multilayer is formed by two spirals, one in the odd and another one in the even iron layers, with the opposite signs of rotation. The double-spiral structure starts from the surface with the almost antiferromagnetic alignment of the adjacent Fe layers. The rotation of the two spirals leads to nearly ferromagnetic alignment of the two magnetic subsystems at some depth, where the sudden turn of the magnetic vectors by ~180 deg (spin-flop) appears, and both spirals start to rotate in opposite directions. The observation of this unusual double-spiral magnetic structure suggests that the unique properties of giant magneto-resistance devices can be further tailored using ultrathin magnetic layers.Comment: 9 pages, 3 figure

Cavity Dynamical Casimir Effect in the presence of a three-level atom

We consider the scenario in which a damped three-level atom in the ladder or V configurations is coupled to a single cavity mode whose vacuum state is amplified by dint of the dynamical Casimir effect. We obtain approximate analytical expressions and exact numerical results for the time-dependent probabilities, demonstrating that the presence of the third level modifies the photon statistics and its population can serve as a witness of photon generation from vacuum.Comment: 7 pages, 4 figure

Density of Phonon States in Superconducting FeSe as a Function of Temperature and Pressure

The temperature and pressure dependence of the partial density of phonon states of iron atoms in superconducting Fe1.01Se was studied by 57Fe nuclear inelastic scattering (NIS). The high energy resolution allows for a detailed observation of spectral properties. A sharpening of the optical phonon modes and shift of all spectral features towards higher energies by ~4% with decreasing temperature from 296 K to 10 K was found. However, no detectable change at the tetragonal - orthorhombic phase transition around 100 K was observed. Application of a pressure of 6.7 GPa, connected with an increase of the superconducting temperature from 8 K to 34 K, results in an increase of the optical phonon mode energies at 296 K by ~12%, and an even more pronounced increase for the lowest-lying transversal acoustic mode. Despite these strong pressure-induced modifications of the phonon-DOS we conclude that the pronounced increase of Tc in Fe1.01Se with pressure cannot be described in the framework of classical electron-phonon coupling. This result suggests the importance of spin fluctuations to the observed superconductivity

Magnetic Phase Separation and Magnetic Moment Alignment in Ordered Alloys FE 65

The structure and the magnetic state of ordered Fe65Al35-xMx (Mx = Ga, B; x = 0; 5 at.%) alloys are investigated using X-ray diffraction, Mössbauer spectroscopy, and magnetic measurements. The behavior of the magnetic characteristics and Mössbauer spectra of the binary alloy Fe65Al35 and the ternary alloy with gallium addition Fe65Al30Ga5 is explained in terms of the phase separation into two magnetic phases: a ferromagnetic one and a spin density wave. It is shown that the addition of boron to the initial binary alloy Fe65Al35 results in the ferromagnetic behavior of the ternary alloy

Polymorphism of gene of IL-8 cytokine in acute pancreatitis complicated with peritonitis

This study has assessed the possible association of IL-8 (-251А/Т) polymorphism with clinical course of pancreatogenic peritonitis and suggests that the identification of genetic polymorphism of IL-8 (-251A/T) may be informative and serve as an additional criterion to predict both the clinical course and outcome of pancreatogenic peritonitis.Te studium zostało przeprowadzone w celu określenia możliwego związku miedzy genetycznym polimorfem cytokiny IL-8 (-251А/Т), a jego wpływu na warianty klinicznego przebiegu ostrego zapalenia trzustki, skomplikowanego zapaleniem otrzewnej i może dostarczać informacyji i służyć jak dodatkowe kryterium prognozowania
