Медико-біологічні аспекти відновлення, збереження, зміцнення і формування здоров’я людини  51  особливостей менструального циклу (МЦ) і варіантів його порушень, вдалося отримати такі показники: в групі важкоатлеток (n=11) час настання менархе склав 12,26±0,63 років. Це трохи нижче середнього показника настання менархе у дівчат на Україні, що становить 12,52±0,52 років. Тривалість МЦ у всій групі склала 18,14±0,53 дня, що не відповідає загальноприйнятій міжнародній нормі в 21-35 днів. Встановлено, що у 5 (45,46%) спортсменок мають  менструації в терміни від 60 до 120 і більше днів, що розцінюється як вторинна аменорея, а у 6 (54,55%) – нестійка кількість днів менструальної кровотечі, від 1-2-х, з мізерними виділеннями, що характерно для оліго- опсоменореї. У даній групі мають місце прояви гіпоменструального синдрому та альгодисменореї. Що стосується спортсменок, що займаються пауерліфтингом (n=16), то в цій групі час настання менархе склало 12,13±0,17 років. Це також нижче середнього показника настання менархе у дівчат на Україні. Тривалість МЦ у всій групі склала 18,1±0,32 дня. У цій групі у 13 (81,25%) виражений передменструальний синдром (ПМС). Тривалість МК в групі склала 2,23±0,14 дня, що також не відповідає фізіологічній нормі. В обох досліджуваних групах, у 6 (54,55%) важкоатлеток та у 11 (68,75%) спортсменок, що займаються пауерліфтингом, виявлені різні, часто комбіновані, порушення МЦ і явища дисморфії, зі схильністю до андро- і мезоморфії – у 10 (90,91%) важкоатлеток та у 11 (91,67%) пауерліфтерш. This study has assessed the possible association of IL-8 (-251А/Т) polymorphism with clinical course and outcome of pancreatogenic peritonitis. Methods. Data for the study were DNA samples, received from the leucocytes of 143 humans: 83 patients with pancreatogenic peritonitis, 60 healthy blood donors served as controls. IL-8 (-251А/Т) polymorphism detection was made with polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). Results. By analysis of frequency of IL-8 (-251А/Т) polymorphism, we found that genotype A/T was the dominant variant (45%) among healthy blood donors. Distribution of IL-8 (-251А/Т) polymorphism among patients with pancreatogenic peritonitis without and after surgical treatment is characterized by dominance of genotype T/T in group after surgical treatment (р<0.05). This may indicate association of genotype T/T and unfavorable clinical course of pancreatogenic peritonitis (OR>1). Among patients after surgical treatment genotype A/T was less often met in comparison with the group without it (p<0.05). This may indicate association of genotype A/T and favorable clinical course of pancreatogenic peritonitis (OR<1). Genotype A/A was rarely registered, which may be due to regional peculiarities of the patient's genotype. Conclusions. This preliminary study suggests that the identification of genetic polymorphism of IL-8 (-251A/T) may be informative and serve as an additional criterion to predict both the clinical course and outcome of pancreatogenic peritonitis; it may also specify indications for surgical treatment. However, the possible role of IL-8 (-251A/T) cytokine polymorphism in the outcome of pancreatogenic peritonitis requires further investigations.
