Aula invertida en el aprendizaje autorregulado en estudiantes de una universidad de Lima, 2021

El aprendizaje autorregulado es una competencia muy importante en los profesionales actuales y por lo tanto su desarrollo es necesario en los estudiantes universitarios. El objetivo de la investigación es analizar si las estrategias del programa del aula invertida mejoran el aprendizaje autorregulado de los estudiantes en una universidad pública. En cuanto a la metodología el enfoque es cuantitativo, de diseño cuasiexperimental y se empleó el Inventario de Aprendizaje Autorregulado (SRLI), cuestionario de 60 preguntas de Lindner, Harris y Gordon de 1992. La confiabilidad del instrumento fue de 0.919 interpretándose como alta fiabilidad. Los resultados mostraron que en el pretest y post test del grupo control presentaron resultados similares, mientras que, en el pretest del grupo experimental, el 90.4% evidenció nivel inadecuado, el 9.6% en nivel regular y el post test de este, el 1.9% se encontró en nivel inadecuado, el 57.7% en nivel regular y el 40.4% logró un nivel adecuado. Se concluyó que el aula invertida influye significativamente en el aprendizaje autorregulado de los estudiantes de una universidad pública de Lima, debido a U-Mann-Whitney: 1298,000 y z= -8,752, con una ρ = 0.00 (ρ < 0.05)

La satisfacción laboral de los empleados del área de publicidad de la gerencia de personas jurídicas de la SUNARP, zona registral IX - Sede Lima, 2014

La investigación titulada "La Satisfacción Laboral de los empleados del Área de Publicidad de la Gerencia de Personas Jurídicas de la SUNARP, Zona Registral IX-sede Lima, 2014”, tuvo como objetivo general determinar el nivel de satisfacción laboral de dichos empleados, en relación a cuatro factores predeterminados por el instrumento empleado. El tipo de investigación es básica, el nivel de investigación es descriptivo y el diseño de la investigación es descriptivo y el enfoque es cuantitativo. La muestra es censal ya que se trabajó con la totalidad de empleados, los 21 empleados del área de publicidad de la Gerencia de Personas Jurídicas. El instrumento empleado para dicho análisis fue la Escala de Opiniones SL-SPC (2005), la cual se estandariza en una muestra de 1058 trabajadores de Lima Metropolitana y describe el nivel general de satisfacción hacia el trabajo y niveles específicos de satisfacción. Este instrumento ha sido validado en el Perú y empleado en múltiples investigaciones, tanto nacionales como extranjeras. Al concluir la investigación, los resultados evidenciaron que los empleados en general se encuentran en el nivel promedio de satisfacción laboral, de igual manera se observa el mismo nivel cuando se realiza el estudio a través de género, es decir, hombres y mujeres. Este nivel indica que no existe una plena satisfacción o insatisfacción de los trabajadores, lo cual nos indica que el Estado como empleador puede mejorar los factores positivos que eleven dicho nivel, y por ende elevar su productividad, la cual redunda en la satisfacción del ciudadano o en beneficio de la sociedad

Effects of a program for the development of emotional skills in university students

The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of the program I discover my potentialities in a group of first cycle university students; the study design was preexperimental, it worked with a sample of 382 students from the business, engineering and humanities areas, of both sexes and from national and private schools; BarOn's ICE emotional intelligence inventory was used for pre and post measurement. Significant differences were found between the pre and post after applying the PRODPE, which shows that the program achieved the development of emotional skills

Inverted Classroom in Self-regulated Learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic in University Students

The year 2020, the Peruvian authorities decreed the development of virtual learning in universities, due to the appearance of the pandemic that originated the COVID.19, in order to avoid the increase of contagions, it is this context that the higher housesof study should, implemented strategies to improve the performance academice of the students, being one of them the use of the inverted classroom, the objective of this study was to demonstrate that the use of the Inverted Classroom significantly influences the self-regulated learning during the pandemic of the COVID-19. The method used was quantitative, basic, with a quasi-experimental design, applying a program to second cycle students of a public university. From the statistical processing it was possible to conclude that the inverted classroom significantly influences self-regulated learning

Neuropsychological maturity in pre-school children

The purpose of the research was to improve neuropsychological maturity in preschool children; to achieve this; a program of strategies that reinforced the levels of neuropsychological maturity was carried out. The research had a quantitative approach, hypothetical-deductive method and quasi-experimental design; a pre-test and post-test of the Cumanin questionnaire, a valid and reliable instrument, was applied to a sample of 450 students of the initial level. The research found differences between the levels of neuropsychological maturity in pre-school children before and after the application of the program. In this sense, it should be pointed out that before the application of the program, 13.1% were at the beginning level, 72.2% were in process and 14.7% were at the achieved level; after the application of the program, 6.2% of the children were at the beginning level, 72.2% were in process and 21.6% were at the achieved level, which means that the children were at the beginning level, 72.2% were in process and 21.6% were at the achieved level. Therefore, it was concluded that the program generates a positive effect on psychomotor skills in preschool children, since highly significant differences were evidenced (z=-16.065; p<0.000)

Impact of emotional style on academic goals in pandemic times

The objective of the present study was to determine the incidence of university students’ emotional style on the dimensions of academic goals (academic goals, learning goals, achievement goals and social reinforcement goals). For this study, 780 students of the fifth and sixth cycle of the Health Sciences School at a private university in Lima were chosen. In this quantitative study, of a substantive type, and a causal correlational cross-sectional non-experimental design, The Emotional Style Questionnaire (ESQ) was administered and for academic goals the questionnaire of the same name (CMA). The results evidenced the significant incidence of emotional style in the academic goals of university students with 72.1%; because the reason of plausibility of the logistic model (p<0.05) fits well with the data (Deviation with p<0.05)

Personal constraints’ impact on cognitive distortions in persons deprived of liberty

The objective of the research was to determine the incidence of personal conditions on the cognitive distortions of persons deprived of liberty for crimes of violence against women via the hypothetical deductive method. The results showed the incidence of personal conditioning on the cognitive distortions of these individuals sanctioned for acts of violence against women. In conclusion, for the treatment of persons who have committed acts of violence against women in prisons, following investigations and the results of the studies carried out by the Ministry of Justice, the prison system must be adapted to the needs of the prison population.El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la incidencia de afecciones personales en las distorsiones cognitivas de las personas privadas de libertad por delitos de violencia contra la mujer a través del hipotético método deductivo. Los resultados mostraron la incidencia del condicionamiento personal en las distorsiones cognitivas de estos individuos sancionados por actos de violencia contra las mujeres. En conclusión, para el tratamiento de personas que han cometido actos de violencia contra la mujer en las cárceles, después de las investigaciones y los resultados de los estudios realizados por el Ministerio de Justicia, el sistema penitenciario debe adaptarse a las necesidades de la población penitenciaria

Personal factors associated with satisfaction with tutoring in engineering students

The tutoring of university students is very relevant for the achievement of engineering learning and personal factors are associated with satisfaction, establishing that the knowledge of these factors makes it possible to take measures that contribute to improve tutoring actions. The objective of the research was to establish the association of personal factors to satisfaction with tutoring in engineering students. A quantitative approach was chosen, the design was non-experimental and the association of personal factors with satisfaction with university tutoring. The population consisted of 800 engineering students and by means of probabilistic sampling with a 3% margin of error, the sample consisted of 458 students. The results showed that satisfaction with the university tutor is associated with the factors sex, age and college of origin, obtaining the Chi-square value x2 = 189.618a, 157.728a and 118.106a (p < 0.05); satisfaction with the university tutor associated with factors of sex, age and school of origin, obtained a Chi-square x2 = 189.618a, 157.728a and 118.106a (p < 0.05) and satisfaction with the organization and contents of the tutoring was associated with factors of sex, age and school of origin obtained a Chi-square x2 = 8.876a, 23.189a and 17.327a (p < 0.05). It is concluded that personal conditions are associated with satisfaction with tutoring, with the university tutor and with the organization and contents of tutoring in engineering students

Análisis del perfil profesional en la empleabilidad de estudiantes de Enfermería de un Instituto Superior Tecnológico Público

The purpose of carrying out this research work is to analyze the professional profile in the employability of technical nursing at the Institute of Public Technological Higher Education. The study is of qualitative approach and hermeneutic phenomenological design and the population consisted of 14 people, including managers, teachers, students, nursing graduates and technical nursing professionals who work in the educational institution and in health services. The instrument used was the semi-structured interview, obtaining as a result that employability exists; however, it is not evident in the labor productive sector and those responsible do not respond to the requirements to meet the profile of the nursing student. It is propitious that managers and teachers must plan and organize teamwork to monitor graduates, and it was found that teachers gave more theoretical training than practice, lacking the demand and responsibility expected of teachers; action that does not correspond to vocational training with a profile that meets current needs; such as comprehensive training with values, knowledge of languages or dialects and the use of ICTs, in addition to soft skills, knowing the code of ethics. In this current training, the nursing technician must consider creatively in the sessions of the different services and levels; in such a way that they can achieve personal goals and those of the institution where they work, in order to satisfy individual and collective needs.La finalidad de realizar este trabajo de Investigación es analizar el Perfil profesional en la empleabilidad de enfermería técnica en el Instituto de educación superior tecnológico Publico. El estudio es de enfoque cualitativo y diseño fenomenológico hermenéutico y la población estuvo constituida por 14 personas, entre directivos, docentes, estudiantes, egresados de enfermería y los profesionales técnicos de Enfermería que laboran en la institución educativa y en servicios de salud. El instrumento utilizado fue la entrevista semi- estructurada, obteniendo como resultado que la empleabilidad existe; sin embargo, no se ve evidenciado en el sector productivo laboral y los responsables no responde a las exigencias para llegar a cumplir con el perfil del estudiante de enfermería. Es propicio que los directivos y docentes deben planificar y organizar el trabajo en equipo para seguimiento de egresados y se encontró que los docentes dieron una formación más teórica que practica, falta la exigencia y responsabilidad que se espera de los docentes; acción que no corresponde a la formación profesional con un perfil que responda a las necesidades actuales; tales como formación integral con valores, conocimientos de idiomas o dialectos y el uso de las Tics, además de habilidades blandas, conocer el código de ética. En esta formación actual el técnico de enfermería debe considerar en las sesiones de los diferentes servicios y niveles, con creatividad; de tal manera que puedan alcanzar metas personales y de la institución donde se labore, en función de satisfacer la necesidad individual y colectiva
