    The purpose of this thesis final project for developing interactive learning media on subjects pneumatic and determine the level of feasibility Developing interactive learning media on subjects pneumatic class student XI Electronic Industry Skills Competency SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan. The research method used in this study is a type of research and development. Research Procedures memalui five stages of development, namely: analysis, design, development, implementation and assessment. The fifth stage is called Multimedia System Development Life Cycle in Education. The development of instructional media is using Macromedia Flash 8. Determining the feasibility of interactive learning media pneumatic based on expert validation test media by media expert lecturers of the Faculty of Engineering UNY, subject teachers pneumatic Electronics Industry Skills Competency SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan and students' opinions through questionnaires. The results of the feasibility study the development of instructional media specialist pneumatic testing revealed through media, material experts and students' opinions. Percentage of assessment by the media expert instructional media expert lecturers of the Faculty of Engineering UNY by 80%, so it can be interpreted that the development of instructional media in the category of pneumatic fit for use as a medium of learning. The percentage of assessments that matter experts pneumatic subject teachers at SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan 89.23%. These results can be interpreted that the material in the development of instructional media in the category Pneumatic very decent. Students' opinions as the user reaches 79.07%, so that in the category of worth. Students can understand the material and are interested in the use of interactive learning media pneumatic.     Tujuan dari tugas akhir skripsi ini untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif pada mata pelajaran pneumatic dan mengetahui tingkat kelayakan pengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif pada mata pelajaran pneumatic siswa kelas XI Kompetensi Keahlian Elektronika Industri SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan (research and development). Prosedur Penelitian memalui lima tahap pengembangan, yaitu: analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi dan penilaian. Kelima tahap tersebut disebut Daur Hidup Pengembangan Sistem Multimedia dalam Pendidikan. Pengembangan media pembelajaran ini menggunakan Macromedia Flash 8. Penentuan tingkat kelayakan media pembelajaran interaktif pneumatic berdasarkan pada uji validasi ahli media oleh dosen ahli media Fakultas Teknik UNY, guru mata pelajaran pneumatic Kompetensi Keahlian Elektronika Industri SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan dan pendapat siswa melaui angket. Hasil penelitian tingkat kelayakan pengembangan media pembelajaran pneumatic dinyatakan melalui pengujian ahli media, ahli materi dan pendapat siswa. Presentase penilaian yang dilakukan oleh ahli media yaitu dosen ahli media pembelajaran Fakultas Teknik UNY sebesar 80%, sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa pengembangan media pembelajaran pneumatic masuk dalam kategori layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Presentase penilaian ahli materi yaitu guru mata pelajaran pneumatic SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan sebesar 89,23%. Hasil tersebut dapat diartikan bahwa materi dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran pneumatic masuk dalam kategori sangat layak.     The Effectiveness ofThink Talk WriteModel to Increase Students’Learning Motivation at Junior High School

    This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Think Talk Write model in increasing learning motivation at Junior High School Muhammadiyah 1 Malang. Researchers used a quantitative approach with 23 research subjects in class VIII students of Junior High School Muhammadiyah 1 Malang. In this study researchers use Quasi Experiments because researchers use control classes and experimental classes. Methods of data collection include questionnaires and tests. This study's data analysis used a sort of comparative analysis, namely, a comparison of pre- and post-test values (sample t-test related). This study found a significant difference between pre- and post-test scores, with a sig value of 0.000 less than 0.05 (0.000 0.05) indicating a difference between pre- and post-test learning outcomes, and an N-Gain test indicating a moderate increase in scores (0.62). Based on the data analysis that has been conducted, there is an improvement in students' learning motivation after using the Think Talk Write model, thus the Think Talk Write learning model can be considered as an alternative in the learning process

    The existence of environmental problems due to the company's operations, and the demands of several parties who ask that the company can be responsible for each company's operations, from where the accounting clean up and start applying green accounting. This study aims to see how the influence of the adoption of green accounting in accordance with PSAK 57 and environmental performance on profitability. The companies sampled in this study are mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that have implemented green accounting in accordance with PSAK 57 and who have been registered in the PROPER environmental performance assessment program by analyzing the annual report for the period 2014 - 2018. The method in this study uses the SPSS program 21. The results of this study indicate that the application of green accounting in accordance with PSAK 57 and environmental performance significantly influence the profitability of companies with an influence of 48.6%.Keywords: Environmental Problems, Green Accounting, PSAK 57, Environmental Performanc

    The main objective of this service activity is to organize workshops for MIM PK Tegalampel teachers in developing teaching modules for the Merdeka Curriculum. Explicitly, the results of this community service activity are expected to increase teachers' insights and skills related to developing teaching modules for the Merdeka Curriculum. Additional outputs of this program include the publication of community service articles in community service journals. There are five main stages in this community service activity, from planning to publication. In addition to the agenda, the meeting proposed the formation of a group of workshop presenters consisting of lecturers and students, with students acting as co-presenters. The results of the meeting were then communicated to the partners. The workshop will be organized by a team consisting of 1 lecturer and 3 students, with 13 teachers and 1 principal as participants. The workshop is conducted offline, with face-to-face activities during the briefing. The briefing material is delivered through PowerPoint, followed by the practice of making teaching modules. Evaluation of the success of this activity is based on the tasks done. The task of making Teaching Modules is assessed based on the suitability of its component

    Susu RTD (Ready to drink) merupakan salah satu produk pangan bernutrisi yang dewasa ini semakin banyak diminati konsumen untuk pemenuhan gizi harian. kepraktisan penyajian merupakan salah satu alasan meningkatnya minat masyarakat akan produk tersebut. Disamping hal tersebut, susu RTD lebih mudah dipadukan dengan bahan lain untuk menghasilkan produk pangan olahan baru, terutama sektor UMKM yang dewasa ini semakin berkembang pesat. Politeknik Negeri Jember (Polije) melihat pelung bisnis tersebut dan mendirikan teaching factory (Tefa) Pengolahan susu. Produk yang dihasilkan Tefa Pengolahan susu adalah Susu RTD yang dikemas dalam kemasan botol dengan berat bersih 200mL per kemasan. Peningkatan nilai tambah produk dilakukan melalui penambahan kandidat prebiotik xilosa ke dalam produk sehingga menjadi susu RTD kandidat prebiotik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan finansial perencanaan produksi susu RTD kandidat prebiotik yang akan dilakukan oleh Teaching factory Pengolahan Susu di Politeknik Negeri Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis biaya investasi dan produksi, harga pokok penjualan, Break Even Point (BEP), Net Present Value (NPV), Payback Period (PP), tingkat Pengembalian Tambahan dan Rasio R/C. Hasil kelayakan finansial adalah BEP dengan menjual 2.320 botol susu atau Rp 185.620.915 per produksi. NPV senilai Rp 16.420.603.868 Payback Period di Tahun ke 0,22 IRR senilai 51,4% dan B/C rasio 1,34.RTD (Ready to drink) milk is one of the nutritious food products that consumers are increasingly interested in fulfilling daily nutrition. the practicality of presentation is one of the reasons for increasing public interest in these products. Besides this, RTD milk is more easily combined with other ingredients to produce new processed food products, especially in the MSME sector which is currently growing rapidly. Politeknik Negeri Jember (Polije) saw this business opportunity and established a teaching factory (Tefa) milk processing. The product produced by Tefa Milk Processing is RTD Milk which is packaged in bottles with a net weight of 200mL per pack. The added value of the product is increased by adding the prebiotic xylose candidate to the product so that it becomes an RTD prebiotic candidate milk. This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility of milk production planning for the variance of RTD prebiotic candidate milk to be carried out by the Milk Processing Teaching Factory at Polije. This study uses the analysis investment method which calculates production costs, cost of goods sold, Break Even Point (BEP), Net Present Value (NPV), Payback Period (PP), Additional Returns, and R/C Ratio. The result of financial feasibility is BEP by selling 2,320 bottles of milk or should selling 185,620,915 IDR/production. NPV of 16,420,603,868 IDR, Payback Period in 0.22 Year, 51.4% IRR, and 1.34 B/C ratio.
