DEFINITION OF “PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL MATURITY” WITHIN PSYCHOLOGICAL RESEARCH

Наведено результати дослідження дефініції особистісно-професійної зрілості у працях вітчизняних та зарубіжних учених. Визначено, що зрілість є найбільш тривалим періодом онтогенезу, який характеризується тенденцією до досягнення найвищого розвитку духовних, інтелектуальних і фізичних здібностей людської особистості. Указано, що особистісно-професійна зрілість є інтегративним, багатоскладовим психічним утворенням, яке визначає саморозвиток і самодетер­мінацію особистості у професійній та особистісній сферах власної життєдіяльності. Наголошено, що основними принципами психолого-педагогічної діяльності щодо формування особистісно-професійної зрілості майбутнього фахівця є результативність, ефективність, об’єктна орієнтованість змісту педагогічної дії, особистісна орієнтованість, рефлективність і гармонійність.The author has provided the results of the research on the definition of personal and professional maturity in the works of domestic and foreign scholars. It has been noted that a number of researchers consider the definition of “maturity” as a state of complete development of a personality, complete readiness for something in terms of adult education, formed readiness for the highest development of spiritual, intellectual and physical abilities; the state of the organism that has reached full development; the state to which the body comes at the end of the development period; high development of physiological, intellectual, volitional, moral and social parameters of a person. Other researchers consider maturity as the most prolonged period of ontogenesis, characterized by the tendency to achieve the highest development of the spiritual, intellectual and physical abilities of a human being; deep psychological growth of personality and social maturity. The concept of “personal maturity” is defined by different authors as a characteristic of the state of personality’s development, which manifests itself in a high degree of personal constructive activity and personal functional performance of a person; internal readiness for the implementation of the corresponding act in the life sense of an individual; mastering the meaning of life by a man; the adequacy of self-perception of the I-concept, which reflects the level of self-actualization of an individual; ego-integration, which is achieved by a man in the apogee of his personal development. It has been indicated that personal and professional maturity is an integrative, multidisciplinary mental entity that determines the self-development and self-determination of an individual in the professional and personal spheres of his own life. It has been stressed that the main principles of psychological and pedagogical activity regarding the formation of personal and professional maturity of the future specialist are effectiveness, efficiency, object orientation of the content of pedagogical action, personal orientation, reflectivity and harmony

The experience of radiofrequency ablation of atrial tachycardia focus with the use of high-density myocardial mapping

The article presents a case of successful treatment of focal atrial tachycardia by radiofrequency ablation using high-density myocardial mapping. The aim of the work was to evaluate the possibilities of high-resolution myocardial mapping by EnsitePrecision® navigation system in the treatment of complex arrhythmias. The analysis of clinical data and results of electrophysiological examination of a 29-year-old patient with continuous recurrent focal atrial tachycardia was carried out. The patient was admitted with complaints of heart rate disorders and frequent short attacks of palpitations. According to electrocardiography, frequent short paroxysms of focal atrial tachycardia were revealed. The patient was taken for electrophysiological examination and radiofrequency ablation of the focus of atrial tachycardia. The focus of atrial tachycardia was located in the anterior septal part of the left atrium, which is a rare localization. After radiofrequency ablation tachycardia was terminated, no complications and recurrences were registered. The patient was discharged with the sinus rhythm. Navigation system EnsitePrecision® enables conducting high-density myocardial mapping, which helps to accurately determine the localization of the source of tachycardia. The radiation load on the patient and ablation time are reduced, which reduces the frequency of complications from the procedure

Initial observations of fine plasma structures at the flank magnetopause with the complex plasma analyzer SCA-1 onboard the Interball Tail Probe

International audienceThe fast plasma analyzer EU-1 of the SCA-1 complex plasma spectrometer is installed onboard the Interball Tail Probe (Interball-1). It provides fast three-dimensional measurements of the ion distribution function on the low-spin-rate Prognoz satellite (about 2min). The EU-1 ion spectrometer with virtual aperture consists of two detectors with 16 E/Q narrow-angle analyzers and electrostatic scanners. This configuration allows one to measure the ion distribution function in three dimensions (over 15 energy steps in 50 eV/Q?5.0 keV/Q energy range in 64 directions) in 7.5 s, which makes it independent of the slow rotation speed of the satellite. A description of the instrument and its capabilities is given. We present here the preliminary results of measurements of ions for two cases of the dawn low- and mid-latitude magnetopause crossings. The properties of observed ion structures and their tentative explanation are presented. The 12 September 1995 pass at low latitude at about 90° solar-zenith angle on the dawn side of the magnetosphere is considered in more detail. Dispersive ions are seen at the edge of the magnetopause and at the edges of subsequently observed plasma structures. Changes in ion velocity distribution in plasma structures observed after the first magnetopause crossing suggest that what resembles multiple magnetopause crossings may be plasma blobs penetrating the magnetosphere. Observed variations of plasma parameters near magnetopause structures suggest nonstationary reconnection as the most probable mechanism for observed structures
