Efficiency of use of national games of Yakut people in studies of physical training in a higher education institution
The purpose of the present research is to demonstrate experimentally the positive effect of the Yakut national games on the formation of the basic physical qualities of the students of the university. The students of NEFU participated in research. In studies of experimental groups Yakut national games with objects and without objects were included. Traditional games of Yakut people in the lessons on physical education, served as means of dynamic development of physical qualities such as strength, speed, flexibility, endurance and agility

The paper deals with an expressive logic language LF and its calculus. Formulas of
this language consist of some large-block structural elements, such as type quantiΒ―ers.
The language LF contains only two logic symbols for any and is, which form the set of logic
connectives of the language. A logic calculus JF and complete strategy for automated
proof search based on a single unary rule of inference are considered. This calculus has a
number of other features that lead to the reduction of combinatorial complexity of Β―nding
the deductions in comparison with the known systems for automated theorem proving
as the resolution method and Genzen calculus. Problems of effective implementation of JF as a program system for automated theorem proving are considered.Π Π°ΡΡΠΌΠ°ΡΡΠΈΠ²Π°Π΅ΡΡΡ Π²ΡΡΠ°Π·ΠΈΡΠ΅Π»ΡΠ½ΡΠΉ Π»ΠΎΠ³ΠΈΡΠ΅ΡΠΊΠΈΠΉ ΡΠ·ΡΠΊ LF ΠΈ ΠΎΡΠ½ΠΎΠ²Π°Π½Π½ΠΎΠ΅ Π½Π° Π½Π΅ΠΌ ΠΈΡΡΠΈΡΠ»Π΅Π½ΠΈΠ΅. Initial observations of fine plasma structures at the flank magnetopause with the complex plasma analyzer SCA-1 onboard the Interball Tail Probe
International audienceThe fast plasma analyzer EU-1 of the SCA-1 complex plasma spectrometer is installed onboard the Interball Tail Probe (Interball-1). It provides fast three-dimensional measurements of the ion distribution function on the low-spin-rate Prognoz satellite (about 2min). The EU-1 ion spectrometer with virtual aperture consists of two detectors with 16 E/Q narrow-angle analyzers and electrostatic scanners. This configuration allows one to measure the ion distribution function in three dimensions (over 15 energy steps in 50 eV/Q?5.0 keV/Q energy range in 64 directions) in 7.5 s, which makes it independent of the slow rotation speed of the satellite. A description of the instrument and its capabilities is given. We present here the preliminary results of measurements of ions for two cases of the dawn low- and mid-latitude magnetopause crossings. The properties of observed ion structures and their tentative explanation are presented. The 12 September 1995 pass at low latitude at about 90Β° solar-zenith angle on the dawn side of the magnetosphere is considered in more detail. Dispersive ions are seen at the edge of the magnetopause and at the edges of subsequently observed plasma structures. Changes in ion velocity distribution in plasma structures observed after the first magnetopause crossing suggest that what resembles multiple magnetopause crossings may be plasma blobs penetrating the magnetosphere. Observed variations of plasma parameters near magnetopause structures suggest nonstationary reconnection as the most probable mechanism for observed structures
Empagliflozin in patients hospitalized for acute decompensated heart failure: an expert resolution on the discussion of the EMPULSE trial
An online expert meeting held on November 17, 2021 reviewed the results of the randomized, double-blind, multinational, parallel-group EMPULSE trial, evaluating the clinical benefit and safety of the sodium-glucose co-transporter-2 inhibitor (SGLT2i) empagliflozin compared with placebo in patients hospitalized with acute decompensated heart failure (ADHF). Patients were included in the study regardless of ejection fraction (EF) and the presence of diabetes and randomized during hospitalization after stabilization. In addition, the EMPULSE trial used a composite result analyzed using a stratified benefit ratio β Win Ratio analysis. There is evidence of clinical benefit of empagliflozin in hospitalized patients with preserved and reduced LVEF, as well as in patients with newly diagnosed ADHF or with acute decompensation of chronic heart failure (CHF) compared with placebo, regardless of type 2 diabetes presence. The importance of the favorable results of the EMPULSE trial and its significance for clinical practice, which implies the early administration of empagliflozin for inpatients, is noted. A number of proposals have been adopted to accelerate the introduction of empagliflozin into clinical practice for patients with ADHF

CARDIOCYTOPROTECTION PERSPECTIVES WITH ISCHEMIC PRECONDITIONING: HYPOXIA-INDUCED FACTOR 1 β POSSIBLE MOLECULAR MECHANISM AND TARGET FOR PHARMACOTHERAPY
The article is focused on the analysis of modern fundamental studies of the preconditioning/preintervention phenomenon in coronary heart disease and heart failure. Brief prerequisites are given for the phenomenon assessment. Molecular and genetic base of the phenomenon presented, as the results of modern experimental works in the area of fundamental medicine and clinical observations of the patients with various cardiovascular diseases. Hypoxia-induced factor 1 β main pathogenetic adaptation factor for hypoxia β plays critical protection role in pathophysiology of coronary heart disease and heart failure, controlling and determining the supply and utilization of oxygen, regulating angiogenesis and vascular remodelling, glucose metabolism and redox exchange. Personalized medicine technology, based on the pharmacogenomics, pharmacoproteomics, makes it to implement fundamental discoveries in medicine to clinical practice
