La creación de un género: surgimiento del indie en España

A comienzos de los años noventa, cuando la Movida daba sus últimos coletazos, comenzó a germinar en España algo musicalmente nuevo. Un público joven, que vivía la crisis económica, social y política posterior a los eventos de 1992, anhelaba un producto alternativo al mainstream que sirviese como expresión identitaria y diferenciación generacional. Lo que confluyó en aquel nuevo y ecléctico género musical, que integraba elementos del post-punk, grunge y Britpop en español, superó las barreras de lo sonoro y pasó a significar una forma de vida, una manera de expresarse, de actuar, de moverse en el mercado discográfico. La industria musical no se mantuvo indiferente ante el nuevo fenómeno que estaba emergiendo, y se interesó pronto por esa nueva manifestación desarrollada en nuevos espacios, vinculada a nuevas formas de consumo. En pocos años, se alió con público y medios para hacer de la etiqueta “independiente” una paradoja marcada por grupos que copan carteles de festivales y que atraen a adeptos incondicionales en masa, vigente hoy en día. Una nueva propuesta de análisis modal de los madrigales a cinco voces de "Il primo libro di Madrigali di Mateo Flecha, el joven".

Pese a la existencia de dos ediciones modernas de Il primo libro de madrigali de Mateo Flecha, se ha detectado la necesidad de realizar un análisis adaptado a este tipo de repertorio y su posterior comentario. Se ha trabajado sobre las dos ediciones: la realizada por Mª Carmen Gómez Muntané (1985) y la realizada por Mariano Lambea Castro (1988). La primera edición carece de un análisis de los madrigales que contiene, mientras que la de Lambea es una edición crítica que contiene un breve análisis pero resulta insuficiente y, en algunas ocasiones erróneo. El trabajo de análisis realizado en este trabajo consta de dos partes. La primera, el análisis modal de los madrigales, siguiendo las pautas establecidas por Bernard Meier en The modes of the classical vocal polyphony described according to the sources (1988) para este tipo de repertorio y, la segunda, el comentario de cada uno de los análisis teniendo en cuenta las tablas obtenidas en la primera parte y las partituras existentes en las dos ediciones modernas. Real-life data from standardized preanalytical coding (SPREC) in tissue biobanking and its dual use for sample characterization and process optimization.

The standardized preanalytical code (SPREC) aggregates warm ischemia (WIT), cold ischemia (CIT), and fixation times (FIT) in a precise format. Despite its growing importance underpinned by the European in vitro diagnostics regulation or broad preanalytical programs by the National Institutes of Health, little is known about its empirical occurrence in biobanked surgical specimen. In several steps, the Tissue Bank Bern achieved a fully informative SPREC code with insights from 10,555 CIT, 4,740 WIT, and 3,121 FIT values. During process optimization according to LEAN six sigma principles, we identified a dual role of the SPREC code as a sample characteristic and a traceable process parameter. With this preanalytical study, we outlined real-life data in a variety of organs with specific differences in WIT, CIT, and FIT values. Furthermore, our FIT data indicate the potential to adapt the SPREC fixation toward concrete paraffin-embedding time points and to extend its categories beyond 72 h due to weekend delays. Additionally, we identified dependencies of preanalytical variables from workload, daytime, and clinics that were actionable with LEAN process management. Thus, streamlined biobanking workflows during the day were significantly resilient to workload peaks, diminishing the turnaround times of native tissue processing (i.e. CIT) from 74.6 to 46.1 min under heavily stressed conditions. In conclusion, there are surgery-specific preanalytics that are surgico-pathologically limited even under process optimization, which might affect biomarker transfer from one entity to another. Beyond sample characteristics, SPREC coding is highly beneficial for tissue banks and Institutes of Pathology to track WIT, CIT, and FIT for process optimization and monitoring measurements

Influencia del clima organizacional en el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores del Hotel El Chico de la ciudad de Estelí, en el segundo semestre del año 2021

La presente investigación, cuyo objeto de estudio es Hotel El Chico de la ciudad de Estelí, tiene como intención analizar la influencia del clima organizacional. La metodología utilizada para este trabajo es mixta pues implica la recolección, análisis e interpretación de los datos y cuantitativa porque se hace uso de un instrumento encuestas estructuradas con preguntas cerradas. El universo y censo de este trabajo de investigación son los 8 colaboradores de Hotel El Chico de la ciudad de Estelí, en donde se obtuvo información que servirá para llevar a cabo la investigación, es transversal se centra en el estudio y análisis relacionada a la incidencia del clima organizacional en el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores, descriptiva porque tiene un enfoque cualitativo por el tipo de investigación y porque permite el análisis de variable de forma inductiva, exploratoria se realiza en base a un tema u objeto de estudio desconocido o poco estudiado, por lo que sus resultados constituirán una visión aproximada de dicho objeto. Basados en los resultados de la investigación, la calidad del trabajo se refiere al bienestar general de los trabajadores en el desempeño de sus tareas, es decir, que los factores del desempeño laboral

La Muralla de la Alhambra, 1870-2020: 150 años de gestión y tutela patrimonial

Desde que en el año 1870 fuera declarada Monumento Nacional, la Alhambra, así como el territorio que la circunda, han experimentado numerosas y diversas actuaciones que la han convertido en lo que es hoy. Este importante evento va a sentar las bases sobre las cuales analizaremos las transformaciones acaecidas en el recinto alhambreño. Transcurridos 150 años desde este momento, se han logrado desarrollar las herramientas y procedimientos de gestión patrimonial que hacen de la Alhambra un ejemplo para el resto del mundo. La admiración que despierta la antigua ciudadela nazarí es obvia; sin embargo, a pesar de la excepcional presencia paisajística de la muralla en la ciudad de Granada, una vez que nos adentramos en su interior, olvidamos el perímetro que la ampara. Este trabajo va a girar en torno al estudio de las transformaciones producidas en las torres y puertas y los paños de la muralla desde su construcción, haciendo hincapié en lo que ha supuesto la gestión patrimonial del Monumento para este elemento. A través de estas líneas ponemos de manifiesto la relevancia de la muralla para comprender la integridad de la Alhambra -tanto como la de los alcázares nazaríes, el palacio de Carlos V, la medina, la Alcazaba o los jardines-. Por lo tanto, nuestra mirada se va a dirigir hacia la muralla con la intención de conocer sus particularidades y poder entender su importancia patrimonial dentro del Conjunto Monumental. Nuestro principal objetivo es crear una propuesta que muestre el perímetro amurallado en su totalidad, mediante un proyecto que permita comprenderlo de manera global, ayudándonos de algunos aspectos como el paisaje, los accesos a la muralla desde la ciudad y por supuesto, la relación directa que tiene tanto para la Alhambra como para la ciudad de Granada.Since 1870 Alhambra and his territory were propose as National Spanish Monument. It has experienced more and different operations that it has changed the image of the place. That important date is going to be the base of our investigation about changes the place have lived through. Go by 150 years since this date, it manage develope many analytic tools and methods of cultural affairs, that set the Alhambra an example to the entire world. Admiration that ancient Nazarí fortress shows is obvius, however, even the inimitable landscape that offers the city, when we go into the heart of the monument, we lost in the place and we dont appreciate the interior area. Therefore, this study is going to turn about the experience changes in the rampart, towers and doors, and walls. Through this lines we show how important is the Rampart. To understand the whole of the Alhambra territory, is neccesary know the others spaces as well as the Rampart: the Alcázares Nazaríes, the Carlos V palace, the Medina and the Alcazaba and gardens. For that reason, our way of looking go to the rampart. The intention is about recognise the whole special features and follow the significance about the patrimonial ensembles. Our mainly intention is desing a plan to understand the totality of the fortress. Heisenberg and Entropic Uncertainty Measures for Large-Dimensional Harmonic Systems

The D-dimensional harmonic system (i.e., a particle moving under the action of a quadratic potential) is, together with the hydrogenic system, the main prototype of the physics of multidimensional quantum systems. In this work, we rigorously determine the leading term of the Heisenberg-like and entropy-like uncertainty measures of this system as given by the radial expectation values and the Rényi entropies, respectively, at the limit of large D. The associated multidimensional position-momentum uncertainty relations are discussed, showing that they saturate the corresponding general ones. A conjecture about the Shannon-like uncertainty relation is given, and an interesting phenomenon is observed: the Heisenberg-like and Rényi-entropy-based equality-type uncertainty relations for all of the D-dimensional harmonic oscillator states in the pseudoclassical ( D → ∞ ) limit are the same as the corresponding ones for the hydrogenic systems, despite the so different character of the oscillator and Coulomb potentials.This work has been partially supported by the projects FQM-7276 and FQM-207 of the Junta de Andalucía and the MINECO (Ministerio de Economia y Competitividad)-FEDER (European Regional Development Fund) Grants FIS2014- 54497P and FIS2014-59311-P. Comparison of the Influence of Oxygen Groups Introduced by Graphene Oxide on the Activity of Carbon Felt in Vanadium and Anthraquinone Flow Batteries

An increasing number of studies focus on organic flow batteries (OFBs) as possible substitutes for the vanadium flow battery (VFB), featuring anthraquinone derivatives, such as anthraquinone-2,7-disulfonic acid (2,7-AQDS). VFBs have been postulated as a promising energy storage technology. However, the fluctuating cost of vanadium minerals and risky supply chains have hampered their implementation, while OFBs could be prepared from renewable raw materials. A critical component of flow batteries is the electrode material, which can determine the power density and energy efficiency. Yet, and in contrast to VFBs, studies on electrodes tailored for OFBs are scarce. Hence, in this work, we propose the modification of commercial carbon felts with reduced graphene oxide (rGO) and poly(ethylene glycol) for the 2,7-AQDS redox couple and to preliminarily assess its effects on the efficiency of a 2,7-AQDS/ferrocyanide flow battery. Results are compared to those of a VFB to evaluate if the benefits of the modification are transferable to OFBs. The modification of carbon felts with surface oxygen groups introduced by the presence of rGO enhanced both its hydrophilicity and surface area, favoring the catalytic activity toward VFB and OFB reactions. The results are promising, given the improved behavior of the modified electrodes. Impact of Employment Training on the Quality of Life of Young People with Intellectual Disabilities

The CAMPVS program from A LA PAR Fundation is an employment-oriented training resource for young people with intellectual disabilities. This paper aims to study the influence of the training project on the quality of life of its students, as well as on each of the dimensions which make up this construct. A pre-post study has been conducted with sixty-one participants. As a main result, it is worth noting that the quality of life of the students is significantly higher after having studied at CAMPVS, both in the total quality of life index and in each of its dimensions. Changes in different variables are discussed.El programa CAMPVS de la Fundación A LA PAR es un recurso formativo orientado al empleo para jóvenes con discapacidad intelectual. En el presente trabajo se analiza la influencia del proyecto formativo en la calidad de vida de su alumnado, así como sobre cada una de las dimensiones que conforman dicho constructo. Se ha realizado un estudio pre-post con sesenta y un participantes. Como resultado principal cabe destacar que la calidad de vida de los estudiantes es significativamente mejor después de haber estudiado en CAMPVS, tanto en el índice total de calidad de vida como en cada una de sus dimensiones.
