DERECHO Y GLOBALIZACIÓN: SIETE PUNTOS DE CONTACTO

This document aims at exploring seven points of contact between law and globalization, in order to trace some of the impacts of this phenomenon on legal science. Concepts such as the constitutional state, the restructuring of the legal field, the concept of sovereignty, control societies, judicial activism and some neoliberal dynamics are analyzed.El presente documento tiene como objetivo general explorar siete puntos de contacto entre el derecho y la globalización, para rastrear algunos impactos de este fenómeno en la ciencia jurídica. Se analizan entonces, conceptos como estado constitucional, la reestructuración del campo jurídico, el concepto de soberanía, sociedades de control, activismo judicial y algunas dinámicas neoliberales. Expectations about specific training in physical activities in natural environment in the bachelor's degree in primary school teaching

This work shows the opinion on the specific training in physical activities in natural environment of the Teaching in Primary Education Students of the Faculty of Education (University of Zaragoza). 208 students were surveyed voluntarily during the 2019/20 academic year. They were students of the two subjects whose contents were object of the survey. The questionnaire used contained a 5-point likert scale. The students answered about the influence of these activities on the acquisition of personal, prosocial and training competencies. The highest scores in transversal competencies corresponded to student involvement (4.41 ±.744), teamwork (4.38 ±.758) and research on the practice itself (4.22 ±.761). Furthermore, respect (4.59 ±.638) and cooperation (4.56 ±.603) were the most valued personal competencies. These issues should serve to guide teachers to redirect a better methodology in their subjects. This work can be extrapolated to any university institution with specific teaching on physical activities in natural environment

Estudios constitucionales post-91 en América Latina (casos Colombia, Bolivia y Ecuador): paradigmas, problemáticas e itinerarios teóricos

La presente tesis de investigación tiene como objetivo principal identificar las principales perspectivas de análisis desde los cuales son elaborados losestudios constitucionales en América Latina, en especial Colombia, a partir de 1991, y Bolivia y Ecuador, a partir de 2008. El trabajo se divide en dos capítulos: el primero presenta una radiografía de las lecturas constitucionales en los dos campos de estudios señalados. Mostrando las dispersión y escaso diálogo en la que estos se encuentran. Posteriormente, en el segundo capítulo, se presentan 6 perspectivas en los estudios constitucionales post-91 en Colombia: Tres cercanas a la idea de neoconstitucionalismo: la de teoría jurídica, sociología del derecho y estudios multiculturales; y otras tres desde una visión crítica: desde la filosofía, e marxismo, el tradicionalismo y el análisis económico del derecho. En la siguiente parte, se analiza el denominado constitucionalismo andino; allí se rastrean 6 perspectivas constitucionales: las tipologías, análisis desde el poder, la decolonialidad, el poder constituyente, análisis críticos y el giro biocéntrico. Inmediatamente se contrastan estos dos campos de estudios, estableciendo sus diferencias y similitudes. AL final el documento cierra con unas conclusiones y recomendaciones. (texto tomado de la fuente)The present investigation thesis takes as a main target to identify the main perspectives of analyses from which the constitutional studies are prepared in Latin America, especially Colombia, from 1991, and Bolivia and Ecuador, from 2008. The work splits into two chapters: the first one presents a radiography of the constitutional readings in two fields of special studies. Showing the dispersion and scarce dialogue in that these are. Later, in the second chapter, 6 perspectives appear in the constitutional studies post-91 in Colombia: Three near ones to the idea of neoconstitucionalismo: that of juridical theory, sociology of the right and multicultural studies; and other three from a critical vision: from the philosophy, and Marxism, the traditionalism and the economic analysis of the right. In the following part, the so called Andean constitutionalism is analyzed; there 6 constitutional perspectives are traced: the typology, analysis from the power, the decolonialidad, the constituent power, critical analyses and the biocentral draft. Immediately these two studies fields are confirmed, establishing its differences and similarities. El triatlón en la escuela. Proyecto extraescolar para tercer ciclo de primaria.

El presente trabajo de fin de grado se centra en el diseño de una actividad física extraescolar relacionada con el triatlón y destinada a tercer ciclo de primaria.Con este proyecto se abordan las competencias clave del currículo además de contar con un alto contenido de educación en valores trabajándose varios de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible de la Agenda 2030. Igualmente se quiere dar visibilidad a un deporte como el triatlón que es desconocido por muchos escolares, explicando los beneficios que tiene la práctica de actividad física en estas edades, y promoviéndose unos hábitos de vida saludables sensible de perdurar en la vida adulta.Está planteado para llevarse a la práctica en el curso 2021-2022, siendo adaptable a cualquier centro educativo.<br /

Analysis of the spatial distribution of the serve and the type of serve-return in elite table tennis. Sex differences

Serve and return of the serve are among the most critical technical-tactical factors influencing performance in table tennis (TT). The present study aimed to analyse sex differences in the spatial distribution of serve and serve-return in elite TT players. A total of 48 elite TT players (men: n = 24; women: n = 24) participated in the investigation. A total of 24 matches were recorded and examined, analysing 1,177 plays and 5,319 strokes in the men’s competition and 950 games and 5,097 strokes in the women’s competition. Technical actions were analysed using an observation tool validated by two expert TT coach with a high level of agreement (K &amp;gt; 0.80). Men distributed their serves over zones 1 and 2 of the table, while women more frequently selected zone 5 (p &amp;lt; 0.05). In men, 30.1% of the serves were near the net, 63.6% in the middle zone of the table and 6.2% in the end zone of the table, while in women, these values were 10.9%, 67.2%, and 21.8%, respectively. As for the technique of the serve-return depending on the zone of the service, in men the action of the cut from zone 1 and 2 predominated, while in women this technique was more frequent from zone 5 (p &amp;lt; 0.05). On the other hand, the serve-return with the flip technique in zone 1, 3 and 4 was more frequent in men (p &amp;lt; 0.05). As for the return of the serve with the topspin technique, there were differences in zone 3, being more frequent in men (p &amp;lt; 0.05). Finally, the serve return with cut and defensive serve-return techniques in zones 3, 4, 5, and 6 were more frequent in women (p &amp;lt; 0.05). 768-km Multi-Stage Ultra-Trail Case Study-Muscle Damage, Biochemical Alterations and Strength Loss on Lower Limbs

A series of case studies aimed to evaluate muscular fatigue in running a 768-km ultra-trail race in 11 days. Four non-professional athletes (four males) were enrolled. Muscle damage blood biomarkers (creatine kinase (CK), lactodeshydrogenase (LDH), aspartate transaminase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and lower limb strength were evaluated by using Bosco jumps test; squat jump (SJ), countermovement jump (CMJ) and Abalakov jump (ABA) were assessed before (pre), after the race (post) and for two and nine days during the recovery period (rec2 and rec9), respectively. Results showed: pre-post SJ = −28%, CMJ = −36% and ABA = −21%. Values returned to basal during rec9: SJ = −1%, CMJ = −2% or even exceeded pre-values ABA = +3%. On the contrary, muscle damage blood biomarkers values increased at post; CK = +888%, LDH = +172%, AST = +167% and ALT = +159% and the values returned gradually to baseline at rec9 except for AST = +226% and ALT = +103% which remained higher. Nonparametric bivariate Spearman’s test showed strong correlations (Rs ≥ 0.8) between some jumps and muscle damage biomarkers at post (SJ-LDH Rs = 0.80, SJ-AST Rs = 0.8, ABA-LD H Rs = 0.80 and ABA-AST Rs = 0.80), at rec2 (SJ-CK Rs = 0.80 and SJ-ALT Rs = 0.80) and even during rec9 (ABA-CK). Similarly, some parameters such as accumulated elevation and training volume showed a strong correlation with LDH values after finishing the ultra-trail race. The alteration induced by completing an ultra-trail event in the muscle affects lower limb strength and may in some circumstances result in serious medical conditions including post- exertional rhabdomyolysis

Emancipación, hegemonía y autonomía relativa del derecho.

El presente artículo tiene como objetivo general rastrear el estado del arte sobre el concepto de emancipación desde el constitucionalismo. Está delimitado al caso colombiano, aunque toma en varios puntos teorías foráneas. Para lograr ese objetivo, como estrategia metodológica se ha optado por dividir el texto en tres partes: la primera indaga sobre la categoría de emancipación desde el liberalismo, el marxismo y desde una tercera opción mixta. La segunda parte, responde la pregunta sobre la capacidad de emancipación social en la jurisprudencia constitucional. Finalmente, la tercera parte rastrea los límites de la emancipación desde cuatro lecturas: una cercana al marxismo, desde la teoría jurídica, el análisis económico del derecho y una cuarta opción radical. Al final, se ofrecen unas conclusiones generales

Metodología estadística para estudios de Disponibilidad a Pagar (DAP) aplicada a un proyecto de Abastecimiento de Agua

Los estudios de DAP han sido implementados en el sector de Agua potable y saneamiento (AAS), como una herramienta que ayuda a determinar con mayor acierto la viabilidad financiera ex-ante de proyectos de abastecimiento de agua y saneamiento básico, y en un sentido más amplio promover un mejor nivel de recuperación de costos y la sostenibilidad de los sistemas a construir. En este sentido a nivel internacional y nacional se ha creado un especial interés en la forma en que estos estudios son aplicados y específicamente en la metodología estadística utilizada para la planeación y ejecución de los estudios. La DAP es obtenida, a través de la aplicación de una encuesta a los usuarios potenciales del proyecto, donde la DAP se indaga utilizando alguno de los formatos de pregunta disponibles para este fin. Algunos de estos formatos son el formato referéndum, múltiple, subasta y abierto, sin embrago aún no hay un acuerdo sobre cual es el formato óptimo, en que condiciones se debe aplicar y cual es el modelo estadístico apropiado para estimar de manera confiable la DAP. Este articulo presenta una metodología estadística basada en la revisión de los formatos de pregunta y los modelos estadísticos apropiados para estimar la DAP. Se presenta además, un caso de estudio donde se estima la Disponibilidad a Pagar por el mejoramiento del servicio de agua para el municipio de Jamundi ,Valle; utilizando el formato referéndum..contingent valuation, willingness to pay, project benefits, environmental valuation, statistics
