Teatro e ocupação: possíveis diálogos com as práticas de Teatro e Comunidade

O presente trabalho busca apontar possíveis diálogos entre o campo de pesquisa Teatro e Comunidade e as ocupações secundaristas que ocorreram durante o primeiro semestre de 2016 na Rede Estadual de Ensino do Rio de Janeiro. Dentro dos espaços ocupados foi possível perceber que os estudantes ressignificaram a ideia de escola construindo práticas cotidianas a partir de seus próprios interesses. Nesse momento, o teatro passou a ser um aliado e muitos professores, artistas e simpatizantes das artes foram convidados pelos estudantes para propor encontros teatrais, como oficinas e apresentações de seus espetáculos. Perguntei-me qual pedagogia teatral um professor poderia propor dentro de um contexto tão específico para contribuir de alguma maneira à luta dos estudantes. Encontrei como resposta os estudos de Augusto Boal, Paulo Freire e pesquisadores do Teatro e Comunidade, que nortearam tanto as práticas teatrais desenvolvidas dentro das ocupações que pude visitar quanto a elaboração desse artigo

Perspectiva dos graduandos de Ciências Contábeis sobre contribuir para previdência privada aberta

This research sought to analyze the perception of undergraduate students in accounting at the Federal University of Paraíba on the contribution to open supplementary pension, in addition to verifying the pretensions and reasons for adherence or not, especially considering the profile of the student in relation to the specificities of this regime. In the methodology, foundations of descriptive and quantitative research were used, collecting data through electronic questionnaire with 14 questions and divided into 3 parts. The results showed that 57% of the students contribute to the EAPC aiming to supplement retirement. Parallel to this, 76.3% intend to start contributing. In general, the interviewed public has a youthful profile, between the ages of 21 and 30, in the final stage of graduation, with little knowledge about Complementary Pension and income of no more than 3 minimum salaries. In addition, financial conditions are the main reason for non-adherence to the plans. However, the lack of information and personal income may be related to non-adherence to this scheme, since 93% of respondents do not contribute to Supplementary Pension Plans. However, all graduates consider the contribution of supplementary pensions to be important at different levels.NenhumaEssa pesquisa buscou analisar a percepção dos graduandos em contabilidade da Universidade Federal da Paraíba sobre a contribuição com a Previdência Complementar Aberta, além de verificar as pretensões e motivos quanto a adesão ou não, sobretudo considerando o perfil do aluno em relação as especificidades desse regime. Além disso, condições financeiras são o principal motivo para não adesão aos planos. Não obstante, a falta de informação e a renda pessoal podem relacionar-se a não adesão a esse regime, visto que 93% dos entrevistados não contribuem com a Previdência Complementar. How to Reduce Motorcycle Theft in Parking at a Manaus Shopping?

According to a survey conducted by the Brazilian Association of Shopping Centers in 2016, every nine days, a mall is robbed in Brazil. Faced with this scenario, shopping malls are increasingly concerned with customer safety, as they sell to consumers the idea of safety, convenience and comfort. In mall X, located in one of the busiest Manaus (Amazon capital in Brazil) city avenues, it was found that expenses with robberies and theft reimbursement in parking areas increased considerably in 2015. Thus, this article aims to propose low cost actions to reduce robberies and theft in the parking areas of this mall with the highest incidence of claims. Data were collected through spreadsheets and reports from the Customer Service System (CSS) and the outsourced contractor to operate the parking service. After data collection and analysis, it was concluded that motorcycle parking is the part of parking most affected by the problem, and possible solutions such as control by labels and helmet locks are suggested, and it is up to the mall managers to choose which of the improvement proposals are more feasible

Busca-se refletir acerca da análise de políticas públicas como forma de acesso à assistência farmacêutica em confronto com a sua juridicialização e o reflexo orçamentário sob a viés crítico das teorias de Biopolítica e do Homo Sacer. Por meio do método dedutivo, apresentar-se-á a assistência farmacêutica como direito fundamental; e, posteriormente, a análise das políticas públicas em confronto com a judicialização e o reflexo nos cofres públicos. Por fim, buscar-se-á a crítica em contraponto, utilizando Foucault e Agamben e suas teorias de controle dos corpos como meio de manutenção do poder

A reflexão sobre a questão da transparentalidade como reconhecimento do indivíduo transexual e de toda a família como direito fundamental a partir da desconstrução da heterocisnormatividade é o objeto deste trabalho. Problematizamos acerca do reconhecimento jurídico às famílias com indivíduos transexuais. Por meio do método dedutivo, refletimos acerca da construção político-social de gênero afirmada pela heterocisnormatividade; no segundo momento; estudamos acerca do reconhecimento à identidade de gênero para posteriormente discutir a transparentalidade como direito fundamental aos membros da família e a necessidade de ruptura de paradigmas excludentes em prol do direito humano e fundamental à identidade e à personalidade

EFFECTS OF WATER MANAGEMENT AND COMPOSTED SEWAGE SLUDGE SUBSTRATES ON THE GROWTH AND QUALITY OF CLONAL EUCALYPTUS SEEDLINGS

This study aimed to evaluate the effect of substrates made of composted sewage sludge and irrigation depths on the growth and quality of E. grandis x E. urophylla cuttings to optimize water management for each substrate. The substrates were obtained from sewage sludge composted with sugarcane bagasse or Eucalyptus bark, namely: composted sewage sludge with sugarcane bagasse (1:3 v:v); sewage sludge composted with Eucalyptus bark (1:3 v:v) and a mixture of both substrates in a volumetric proportion 2:1 (v:v). Commercial substrate composed of Sphagnum peat, vermiculite and rice husk (3:1:1 v:v: v) was used as a control. The irrigation depths tested were 11, 14 and 17 mm, applied in two daily applications. The substrates were physically and chemically characterized and height, stem diameter, shoot, root and total dry mass, Dickson quality index and root system conformation were measured to determine the growth and quality of seedlings. The substrates obtained through the composting of sewage sludge with sugarcane bagasse or Eucalyptus bark are fit for producing Eucalyptus cuttings, however, the water specificity of each substrate must be considered. Although an 11mm irrigation depth is indicted for the mixture of both substrates (2:1 v:v), a 17mm irrigation depth is needed for the sewage sludge composted with sugarcane bagasse (1:3 v:v) substrate
