La actividad que se expone va dirigida a la formación de las futuras Educadoras y Educadores Sociales. Se establece que se hace necesario el desarrollo de competencias personales y profesionales, haciendo más activo el papel del alumnado y desarrollando la capacidad de analizar las habilidades directivas y conductas de liderazgo como instrumento de reflexión. La actividad se centra en un aspecto de la Educación Social, las organizaciones socioeducativas, y dentro de ellas, el estudio de las habilidades directivas y conductas de liderazgo. La formación en las habilidades directivas y conductas de liderazgo desde el propio trabajo de campo del alumnado a través de entrevistas supone iniciarse tanto en el ámbito investigativo como prepararse para el desarrollo de la actividad profesional. Acceptance and tolerance of sexism among students of Education Sciences, Psychology and Sports Sciences

La desigualdad entre hombres y mujeres continúa percibiéndose en la actualidad, lo que queda reflejado en el contexto universitario estableciendo diferentes creencias en el alumnado sobre sexismo. El objetivo principal de la presente investigación es analizar la estructura factorial de la Escala de Detección de Sexismo en Adolescentes (DSA) aplicado a una muestra de alumnado universitario. Para ello, se lleva a cabo un estudio de encuesta centrado en un diseño cuantitativo, transversal, descriptivo y explicativo. La muestra seleccionada asciende a un total de 286estudiantedos. La recogida de datos se llevó a cabo mediante la aplicación de la DSA. Los resultados principales permiten encontrar diferencias significativas que apuntan a la percepción del alumnado sobre las capacidades que tienen las mujeres asociadas culturalmente al género femenino, como es la sensibilidad, complacer a los demás, soportar defectos y la tolerancia. Se concluye identificando una estructura factorial conformada por cuatro factores, diferentes de los propuestos por los autores del instrumento que agrupaban sus ítems en torno a dos dimensiones de sexismo, hostil y benévolo.Inequality between men and women currently continues to be perceived, as reflected in the university context, where different student beliefs regarding sexism are established. The main aim of this research is to analyze the factorial structure of the ASD (Adolescent Sexism Detection) scale applied to a sample of university students. To this end, a quantitative study was carried out using a questionnaire as a tool and applying a Likert scale, following a transversal, descriptive and explanatory design. The sample comprises total of 286 university students. Data gathering was carried out by applying the Adolescent Sexism Detection (ASD) scale. The main outcomes reveal significant differences that point to the students’ perception of the abilities that women have that are culturally associated with the female gender, such as sensitivity, pleasing others, putting up with defects, and tolerance. We conclude by identifying a factorial structure consisting of four factors, different from those proposed by the authors of the ASD instrument, who grouped their items around two dimensions of sexism: hostile and benevolent
