    This paper presents efficient mining algorithm for discovering patterns from text collection and search for useful and interesting patterns. For extracting useful information we used pattern based model containing frequent sequential patterns and pruned the meaningless patterns. Here an innovative and effective technique is used for pattern discovery which includes SPM & FP growth algorithms for pattern mining and applies the processes of pattern deploying, pattern evolving, to improve the effectiveness of using and updating discovered patterns for finding relevant and interesting information

    Diversified farming systems for changing climate and consumerism

    When we think about environmental degradation and climate change, the first things that come to our mind are cars and factories, but not how we grow, consume and dispose of. If we collectively put these things together, we account for nearly one-third of the human-induced climate change. That certainly put agriculture at the crossroads of system-level transformation towards healthy food, people, and the planet. Such food-system transformation requires a paradigm shift towards nature-friendly nutrition-rich diverse fruits and vegetables, and it should constitute at least 30-50% of our food plate from the current average of less than 10%. The only way left for us is to return to an ecological intensification with feedback loops that inter-links vital elements of complex agroecological transition within the planetary boundary limits. Farming in harmony with nature, carbon-neutral, enrich micro-hydrology and restore biodiversity to co-benefits the people and the planet. The context-specific regenerative agriculture practices that are ecologically sustainable and economically viable found to be best fit models for smallholder farmers and home gardeners. It is based on the sound ecological philosophy of production follows structure, composition and functions, and where ecosystem services and well being become default returns on their own. The recent advances in digital augmentation with ICTs enabled citizen science to provide powerful tools to aid the integration of frontier technology with indigenous knowledge.     Dynamic and Channel Adaptive Error Control Scheme in Wireless Sensor Networks

    The application of wireless technology is increasingly influencing the deployment of sensor networks at low cost and maintainance in all walks of life. Poor channel conditions, severe power constraints, fading, interference and the low power communication requirements magnify the need for energy efficient and preferably cross layer error control schemes in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs). The main goal of error control mechanisms in WSNs is to reduce the energy expenditure while taking care of reliable and fast delivery of the sensed data. In this paper, we propose a FFFD;Dynamic and Channel Adaptive Error Control Scheme in Wireless Sensor NetworksFFFD; (DCAECS) that estimates the channel errors and controls errors dynamically based on channel characteristics and noise power observed at the receiver. This motivates the error control strategy to vary as the channel conditions change in terms of noise level. In this paper, we have come up with the models for both the error and channel estimation. Analysis and simulation results for various message sizes and error conditions show that there is an improvement in terms of throughput, BER and the probability of retransmission as compared to FFFD;ARQ Scheme With Adaptive Error ControlFFFD; (ASAEC)

    Effect of Plant Growth Regulators on Leaf Biochemical Characters and Fruit Yield Components of Bittergourd (Momordica charantia L.) Cvs. MHBI-15 and Chaman Plus

    Effect of plant growth regulators on leaf biochemical parameters (chlorophyll pigments, sugars, nitrate reductase activity, total phenols) and fruit yield bitter gourd (Momordica charantia L.) was studied. The experiment consisted of foliar treatment with three plant growth regulators, GA3 (20, 40 and 60ppm), NAA (50ppm) and CCC (100 and 200ppm) in two bittergourd varieties, MHBI-15 and Chaman Plus at 45 days after sowing (DAS). Results revealed significant difference between treatments on chlorophyll, sugar, total phenol content as also on nitrate reductase activity. Foliar application of CCC (200ppm) recorded maximum amount of total sugars (18.03% over Control), total phenol content (10.93%) as also nitrate reductase activity (16.12%). Among the treatments, application of GA3 (20ppm) recorded maximum chlorophyll content (18.03% over Control). Highest increase in mean fruit yield over Control was recorded with application of GA3 (20ppm) (39.88%), followed by CCC (200ppm) (34.15%) in both the cultivars

    Wireless sensor network (WSN) has applications in military, health care, environmental monitoring, infrastructure, industrial and commercial applications. The WSN is expected to maintain data integrity in all its network operations. However, due to the nature of wireless connectivity, WSN is prone to various attacks that alter or steal the data exchanged between the nodes. These attacks can disrupt the network processes and also the accuracy of its results. In this survey paper, we have reviewed various attacks available in the literature till date. We have also listed existing methods that focus on data aggregation based security mechanisms in WSN to counter the attacks. We have classified and compared these methods owing to their encryption techniques. This paper intends to support researchers to understand the basic attacks prevalent in WSN and schemes to counter such attacks

    Breast milk is the best nutrition a mother can give to her child. Feeding the child is the most fulfilling and gratifying experience for a mother. The child should be breastfed exclusively for first six months after birth. But when amount of breast milk decreases or is inadequate, it becomes very worrying. Ayurveda describes decreased breast milk as ‘Stanya Kshaya’. Adequate lactation is being defined as secretion of 300 ml daily by 5th day and 480 ml by 10th day, if this amount are not achieved, a baby of normal weight will not be adequately fed and such a situation is termed clinically as ‘Agalactia’ or ‘Agalactorrhoea’. In Asian and tropical countries like India, prevalence of lactational deficiency may be 30 - 40%. Hence a clinical study has been designed to evaluate the Stanya Janana action of Jeevanti based on the principle of Samanyam Vruddhi Karanam. Randomized single blind standard controlled clinical study was conducted in 60 patients attending OPD of Department of Prasuti & Stree Roga, BLDEA’s AVS Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya Hospital & Research Centre, Vijayapur, Karnataka, and grouped into two. Group A patients were administered with Jeevanti Churna 6 gms bd orally with Ushna Jala for 30 days and Group B patients were administered with Shatavari Churna 6 gms bd orally with Ushna Jala for 30 days. The patients were followed up for 15 days, 51 patients had completed the treatment and no adverse effects were reported during the treatment. Both groups had improved in the clinical symptoms and overall statistical significance was observed
