    This Research aim to observe about : 1) The planning of Total Quality Management (TQM) and the Education Quality Assurance at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Klaten Kabupaten Klaten, 2) the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) and the Education Quality Assurance at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Klaten Kabupaten Klaten, 3) The obstacles found in the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) and the Education Quality Assurance at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Klaten Kabupaten Klaten. This research is using the qualitative study method.This method is applying the interactive mode analysis which consisting of 3 basic components namely the reduction of the data, the exposure of the data and the conclusion. Data sources of this research is the informants and the documents. This research uses the ethnography approach. This research applies the involved observation, interview, and documentation to collect the data. While to examine the validity of the data, this research is considering some important things including the participation, earnestness observation, triangulation, peer examination through dialogue and discussion, the sufficiency references, a case report negative and checks on internal customers. Based on the data analysis and the discussion that has been writer done, it can be conclude, as the follows: 1) The planning of Total Quality Management (TQM) and the Education Quality Assurance at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Klaten Kabupaten Klaten by taking some steps as follows: a) formed a team to formulate both the model and the systems which will be developed for the implementation Total Quality Management (TQM) and the Education Quality Assurance, b) the service improving, c) identifying and improving the functions of the quality of schools management by considering on the minimum service standard based on the national education standards (SNP) in order to maintain the quality of the school, 2) the implementation of Total Quality Management TQM and the Education Quality Assurance at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Klaten Kabupaten Klaten is using the bottom up system and open management of school. The education quality assurace at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Klaten Kabupaten Klaten have met with the service standards in accordance with the government regulation PP no.19, 2005, the pattern of quality assurance which developed is hand in hand with PDCA cycle approach includes the Plan, Do, Check, and Action, 3) the obstacles found in the implementation of the Total Quality Management (TQM) and the Education Quality Assurance at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Klaten Kabupaten Klaten are: a) the competition in recruitment of students, b) the awareness of some of the teachers and the staff forward in understanding about quality management are weak, c) the management which is applied at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Klaten Kabupaten Klaten can not be accepted by all the part of the management yet, d) the documentation system on the quality assurance done by the team of the school quality assurance is still weak.     This paper aims at illustrating clinical supervision within learning process in elementary school. this study employed descriptive qualitative design. The instrument of this study is interview guide and direct practice of the reseracher. The data was obtained through interview, observation, and documentation. The data obtained, then, were analyzed descriptively using interactive analysis model with the steps of collecting data, reducing data, exposing data, and drawing conclusion. The result of this study showed that clinical supervision could improve teacher\u27s performance in elementary school.Tujuan penelitian ini menggambarkan pelaksanaan supervisi klinis dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Instrumennya menggunakan panduan wawancara dan praktik langsung dari peneliti. Teknik Pengumpulan data dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokomentasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan model analisis interaktif dengn langkah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.     The rapid development of information and communication technology has had a significant impact on various aspects of life. This development had an impact especially in terms of public complaints. Researchers want to develop a public complaint system for the continuous improvement of public facilities and infrastructure in the East Besusu sub-district environment and to find out the situation and conditions that occur in the East Besusu sub-district. The system was developed using the Waterfall model, the design uses UML and MySQL database. The result of the research is a web-based information system that facilitates the community in reporting and complaints about public facilities and infrastructure in the East Besusu sub-district.Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi memberi dampak yang cukup besar terhadap berbagai aspek dalam kehidupan. Perkembangan ini membawa dampak khususnya dalam hal pengaduan masyarakat. Peneliti ingin mengembangkan sistem pengaduan masyarakat untuk keberlangsungan perbaikan sarana dan prasarana publik di lingkungan kelurahan Besusu Timur dan untuk mengetahui situasi dan kondisi yang terjadi di kelurahan Besusu Timur. Sistem dikembangkan dengan model Waterfall, perancangannya menggunakan UML dan basis data MySQL.     The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of clinical supervision in the Islamic primary school. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. The data collection used observation interviews, and documentation The analysis used a single data with the steps of collecting, presenting and conclusion. The results showed (1) Clinical Supervision in the Islamic primary school did with the stages of pre-conference, the revised contract, classroom observation, and post-conference; (2) The problem of teachers resolved through persuasive approach, opened and communicate well; (3) The obstacles of the implementation of clinical supervision came from the bustle of the principal, the teacher's perception and factors from the students.Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan supervisi klinis di Sekolah Dasar Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentesi. Menggunakan analisis data tunggal dengan langkah mengumpulkan, menyajikan dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasilnya menunjukkan (1) supervisi klinis di SD Islam dilakukan dengan tahapan pre-conference, revisi kontrak, clasroom observation, dan post-conference; (2) permasalahan guru teratasi melalui pendekatan persuasif, terbuka dan berkomunikasi dengan baik; (3) kendala pelaksanaan supervisi klinis dari kesibukan kepala sekolah, persepsi guru dan faktor siswa

    This study aimed to investigate the improvement of the teachers\u27 ability and find out the barriers and solutions in clinical supervision activities. The study used the descriptive qualitative approach with a single data analysis. The collection of data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The instruments used in the form of interview guidelines and checklist. The results showed (1) The improvement could be seen in the ability of the teachers in lesson planning; (2) Clinical Supervision ran with three stages, an initial meeting, observations and gathering feedback; (3) The obstacle was not maximal in the use of media and classroom management in the learning process and for the solutions, teachers should use media that attract and manage students\u27 class in the form of small groups. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan guru dan mengetahui hambatan serta solusi dalam kegiatan supervisi klinis. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kutatif deskriptif dengan ansis data tunggal. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa pedoman wawancara dan chek-list. Hasilnya menunjukkan (1) peningkatan kemampuan guru terasa dalam perencanaan pembelajaran; (2) supervisi klinis berjalan dengan tiga tahap, pertemuan awal, observasi, dan pertemuan Balikan; (3) hambatannya adalah belum maksimalnya penggunaan media dan pengelolaan kelas dalam proses pembelajaran serta solusinya, guru mesti menggunakan media yang menarik dan mengelola kelas siswa dalam bentuk kelompok kecil

    This research aimed to help teachers reinforce their teaching skills in the classroom. This study was a qualitative research with case study design, it also uses the supervision instrument. Data collection was done using observation, interviews, and documentary study with used descriptive data analysis. The results showed that the implementation of clinical supervision in three cycles to improve the teaching quality runs well and affects greatly to the quality of teacher teaching and learning in the classroom.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu guru dalam meningkatkan keterampilan mengajarnya di kelas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus menggunakan instrumen supervisi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi supervisi klinis melalui tiga siklus dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran guru di sekolah dasar telah berjalan dengan baik dan sangat memengaruhi kualitas pembelajaran guru saat kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas

    Keterlaksanaan Kpl dan Pembinaan Dosen Muda Berbasis Lesson Study

    This study aims at assessing the accomplishment of Lecture and Practice Field (KPL) which its implementation is integrated with young lecturer training based on Lesson Study. This research employed a qualitative methodology. The data collection of this study was using documentation and observation sheet. The data analysis technique in qualitative descriptive study resulted in a description of the implementation of lesson study. The results showed that (1) the time and place of lectures is categorized good, (2) providing students KPL and young lecturers with excellent category, (3) the implementation of Lesson study is categorized excellent, (4) the performance of young lecturers and students of the MPA in learning is categorized excellent, and (5) evaluation conducted is categorized excellent.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji keterlaksanaan Kuliah dan Praktik Lapangan (KPL) yang perlaksanakannya diintergrasikan dengan pembinaan dosen muda berbasis Lesson Study. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan lembar observasi. Teknik analisis data secara deskriptif kualitatif menghasilkan deskripsi tentang kajian pelaksanaan lesson study. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) waktu dan tempat perkuliahan dengan kategori baik, (2) membekali mahasiswa KPL dan dosen muda dengan kategori sangat baik, (3) pelaksanaan Lesson study dengan kategori sangat baik, (4) kinerja dosen muda dan mahasiswa KPL dalam pembelajaran dengan kategori sangat baik, dan (5) evaluasi yang dilakukan dengan kategori sangat baik

    The communication network helps provide the direction and policies of the Quick Response Team (TRC) Program "Saribattang" focus on addressing Social Welfare Problems (PMKS), especially street children, beggars, and sprawl. Rapid Response Team (TRC) "Saribattang" was formed in order to conduct patrol of Social Welfare Persons (PMKS) of Makassar City Social Service. So in the end, reduce PMKS in Makassar City. The research problem is how the operational characteristics and actions, evaluation and sustainability of Saribattang Quick Reaction Team Program for street children and communication network model for sustainability of Saribattang Rapid Response Team Program for street children development in Makassar City. The objectives and targets to be achieved are to understand and describe the characteristics of operational acts and determine the communication activities of street children in the communication network for evaluation and sustainability of the Saribattang Quick Reaction Team Program in the development of street children in Makassar and to find, describe and analyze the model of communication network network) for sustainability of street children development program in Makassar City. For the achievement of objectives and targets are used research methods Mixed-Method research (mixed method research). Methods for obtaining different but complementary data to understand the communication networks formed within the group of street children. The results showed that the non operational street children in Makassar is a complex social problem phenomenon. This phenomenon occurs in the community due to disruption of social functions, said to be disturbed because the child should be in a home situation, school or play environment in which there are interactions that support the child's development, whether physical, motor, social, psychological and moral. Such conditions can not be met by street children. They are required to work on the streets, the operational act they do it refers to the search for extra money, help parents and asked the family. Consideration of policies and strategies of "Innovation Desensitization" (acts of innovation through the development of communication and information) on the target group or individual street children through the communication network leader utilization approach among them. The role of opinion leaders to solve various problems of street children in their group communication networks. Especially in support of Fast Response Team (TRC) ā€œSaribattangā€ in coaching street children in Makassar City. Establish interpersonal communication approach in integrated communication network. Aiming at the Social Service through Quick Response Team (TRC) Saribattang and street children in Makassar together open themselves in evaluating the successful implementation of programs directly. Model of communication network formation in order to facilitate information dissemination process or program of Quick Reaction Team (TRC) Saribattang in coaching street children in Makassar City.     Preferensi Risiko Petani Padi di Daerah Aliran Sungai Bengawan Solo, Kabupaten Bojonegoro, Provinsi Jawa Timur

    Kabupaten Bojonegoro merupakan salah satu wilayah lumbung pangan dan energi serta sentra produksi padi tertinggi ke 4 di provinsi Jawa Timur merupakan wilayah yang paling rentan terhadap bencana banjir sungai Bengawan Solo. Fluktuasi produksi selama enam tahun terakhir menunjukan adanya risiko produksi di Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor ā€“ faktor yang memengaruhi produksi dan risiko produksi dan menganalisis preferensi risiko petani padi padi di Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dari hasil penelitian Pusat Studi Bencana IPB tahun 2016 yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret - April 2016 di Desa Kegungprimpen, Kecamatan Kanor, Kabupaten Bojonegoro dengan sampel yang digunakan, yaitu 50 petani padi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan absolute risk averse (AR). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel luas lahan, pestisida, dan banjir merupakan faktor peningkat risiko (risk increasing factors), sedangkan tenaga kerja, pupuk kimia dan pupuk organik merupakan faktor pengurang risiko (risk reducing factors). Preferensi risiko petani secara keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa seluruh petani padi yang ada di Desa Kedungprimpen bersifat risk taker. Perlu adanya pendampingan penggunaan input pestisida dan asuransi pertanian yang dapat memberikan perlindungan kepada petani padi sebagai antisipasi terhadap risiko produks
