Ambraaltica baltica new genus and new species (Chrysomelidae: Galerucinae: Alticini) is described from Upper Eocene Baltic amber. It is illustrated and compared to recent flea beetle genera and genera known from fossil resins

A new genus of the tribe Ceutorhynchini (Coleoptera: Curculionidae) in Baltic amber

A new genus, Baltocoeliodes gen. n. (type species: B. sontagae sp. n.) is described and illustrated from Eocene Baltic amber. Baltocoeliodes is close to Coeliodinus Dieckmann, 1972 but differs by having the femora with a large tooth, robust elytra, and elytral intervals with rasp-like granules. It differs from the genus Brevicoeliodes Korotyaev, 1997 by the short apical comb of setae on the protibiae, the long and curved rostrum, femora with a large tooth, and elytral intervals with rasp-like granules

A new species of the genus Archaeocallirhopalus Legalov (Coleoptera: Curculionidae, Entiminae) in Baltic amber

Archaeocallirhopalus alekseevi sp. n. is described and illustrated from the Baltic amber of Kaliningrad Region, Russia. The new species is similar to A. larssoni Legalov, 2013 but differs in the smaller body, forehead without strong tubercles over the eyes and a narrower scape. The genus Archaeocallirhopalus Legalov,2013, placem. n. is transferred from tribe Cneorhinini to the tribe Trachyphloeini

A new species of the genus Dorytomus Germar, 1817 (Coleoptera: Curculionidae) from Baltic amber

A new species, Dorytomus groehni Bukejs & Legalov sp. n. is described and illustrated from Eocene Baltic amber. The new species differs from D. nudus Legalov, 2016 primarily in longer and wider body size, narrower and longer rostrum, slightly convex interstriae distinctly wider than elytral striae and finely punctate pronotum with semierect setae

First record of the tribe Naupactini (Coleoptera: Curculionidae) in Rovno amber

A new weevil, Arostropsis perkovskyi Bukejs and Legalov, sp. nov. (urn:lsid:zoobank.org:act:408ECE71-B191-4381-AA39-C27A3A1DA082; Coleoptera: Curculionidae: Entiminae), is described from Late Eocene Rovno amber. The new species differs from Arostropsis groehni Yunakov et Kirejtshuk, 2011 from Baltic amber in the pronotum lacking a distinct lateral ridge, it has a shorter rostrum, antennomere 2 is subequal to antennomere 3, it has wider elytra with weaker convex humeral calli and the pronotum is wider than it is long. It is the first record of the tribe Naupactini in Rovno amber and the second finding of Arostropsis in Eocene ambers

The first record of Rhynchitidae (Coleoptera) from Rovno amber

Based on a well-preserved specimen, Pseudomesauletes groehni sp. n. is described and illustrated from Upper Eocene Rovno amber (Ukraine). It is the first fossil record of Rhynchitidae from this Lagerstätte

Groehnius, a new genus of Eugnomini (Coleoptera: Curculionidae) from Eocene Baltic amber

A new weevil, Groehnius electrum Bukejs and Legalov, gen. et sp. nov. (Coleoptera: Curculionidae: Curculioninae), is described from Eocene Baltic amber. This new genus is similar to the genus Archaeoeugnomus Legalov, 2016 from Baltic amber but differs in the femora without ventral teeth, and the scape not reaching the anterior margin of the eye. It is the second record of the tribe Eugnomini in the Eocene

abstract. The current article summarizes the faunal and bibliographical information on weevils of the Latvian fauna belonging to the genera Larinus, Lixus, Rhinocyllus, Coniocleonus, Stephanocleonus, Bothynoderes, Cyphocleonus and Cleonis. A total of 462 specimens of these genera were reviewed. The analysis of the bibliography of Latvian Lixinae was made for the first time. The first record of Larinus turbinatus Gyllenhal, 1835 in the Latvian fauna is reported. One species, Stephanocleonus tetragrammus (Pallas, 1781) is excluded from the list of Latvian Coleoptera. The annotated list including 15 species and 7 genera as well as an illustrated key to Latvian Lixinae are given

A new species of Xyletinus Latreille, 1809 (Coleoptera: Ptinidae: Xyletininae) from Eocene Baltic amber, with a key to known fossil species

A new extinct species of the genus Xyletinus Latreille, 1809, namely X. (s. str.) lobanovi sp. n., is described and illustrated from Eocene Baltic amber. This new extinct species resembles X. carsteni Háva et Zahradník, 2020 but differs from it in the dull, not shiny pronotum and elytra, uniformly rufous body and appendages and the lesser body size. A new species is close to X. arturi Háva et Zahradník, 2019, but can be distinguished in the lesser body size, flat elytral intervals and the widest in anterior one-third pronotum. A key to fossil species of Xyletinus is provided. Additionally, new fossil records for Ernobius nadravicus Alekseev, 2014 and Xyletinus arturi Háva et Zahradník, 2019 are presented
