    The preference of the (21±1) °C temperature for cultivation of the vaccine strain Yersinia pestis EV in the live plague vaccine biomass production to (27±1) °C is experimentally confirmed. An original interpretation of the mechanism of small cells stability that are formed at (21±1) °C has been proposed. This interpretation stipulates a smaller damaging effect of steam molecules during sublimation in the process of lyophilization

    Non-Relativistic Limit for Matrix 1D-Dirac Operators with Point Interactions

    Abstract We consider different cc -dependent realizations DX,Bcc{\mathbf{D}}_{X,{\mathbf{B}}_{c}}^{c} of 2m×2m2m\times 2m -Dirac operator with point interactions on a discrete set XX where cc is the velocity of light. Our main aim is to show that non-relativistic limit of DX,Bcc{\mathbf{D}}_{X,{\mathbf{B}}_{c}}^{c} as c→∞c\to\infty is an appropriate Schrödinger operator HX,BH{\mathbf{H}}_{X,{\mathbf{B}}_{H}} with point interactions. This result extends the corresponding result from [16] to the matrix case. As a special case we establish that the non-relativistic limit of δ′\delta^{\prime} -realizations for 2m×2m2m\times 2m -Dirac operator coincides with Schrödinger operator HX,BH{\mathbf{H}}_{X,{\mathbf{B}}_{H}} with δ′\delta^{\prime} -interactions on the same set

    To the Spectral Theory of One-Dimensional Matrix Dirac Operators with Point Matrix Interactions

    We investigate one-dimensional (2p 7 2p)-matrix Dirac operators DX,\u3b1 and DX,\u3b2 with point matrix interactions on a discrete set X. Several results of [4] are generalized to the case of (p 7 p)-matrix interactions with p > 1. It is shown that a number of properties of the operators DX,\u3b1 and DX,\u3b2 (self-adjointness, discreteness of the spectrum, etc.) are identical to the corresponding properties of some Jacobi matrices BX,\u3b1 and BX,\u3b2 with (p 7 p)-matrix entries. The relationship found is used to describe these properties as well as conditions of continuity and absolute continuity of the spectra of the operators DX,\u3b1 and DX,\u3b2. Also the non-relativistic limit at the velocity of light c \u2192 1e is studied
