The Effect of Mahkota Dewa (Phaleria macrocarpa) Pulp Extract by Peroral Administration Toward The Percentage of Capacitation and Acrosome Reaction in Rat (Rattus norvegicus)
This research was conducted to find outthe influence of mahkota dewa (Phaleria macrocarpa) pulp extract against the percentage of capacitation and acrosome reaction of male rat (Rattus norvegicus). The experimental animals used are 20 male rats with the average body weight of 200g and were divided into four different groups. P0 group was the control group and given only CMCNa 0.5%. P1, P2,and P3 was given mahkota dewa pulp extract with a dosage of 7.5 mg/200gr BW/ day, 15mg/200gr BW/day,and 30 mg/200gr BW/day respectively through peroral administration for 14 days. The research used Completely Randoized Design (CRD) and the data was then analyzed by one way ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) followed by Duncan test with the significance of 0.5. The results show that the mahkota dewa pulp extract shows significant impact on capacitation and acrosome reaction of rat. P2 group shows the highest percentage capacitation significance the a mean of 30.00 ± 4.24 and 5.60 ± 0.89 for acrosome reaction percentage.  Keywords: Phaleria macrocarpa pulp extrtact; capasitation; acrosome reaction; sperm potentio

The current condition of the church experienced problems in the financial and administrative records.This paper will be made an administration and finacial system to help resolve problems that occur in the GKKA. Administration system will help resolve problems in the recording of church members, employees, and assets of the church. The financial system will help in the financial records at each responsibility center. Financial records on the system using the cash basis method. This system is in the form of a website with the programming language PHP and uses a MySQL database.The results to be obtained from applications that have been made, among others, accounting journals, reports, among others: the balance sheet, trial balance, general ledger, reports surplus / deficit
Perancangan dan Realisasi Antena Mikrostrip 700 MHz Model Patch Circular Dengan Metode Linear Array Sebagai Penerima TV Digital
Teknologi digital pada media broadcast salah satunya adalah televisi (TV), dimana memiliki keunggulan salah satunya adalah tahan terhadap noise. Antena adalah salah satu komponen terpenting dari telekomunikasi digital. Berbagai macam antena telah banyak dikembangkan untuk beragam aplikasi, salah satunya adalah antena Mikrostrip. Pada penelitian ini dibuat antena Mikrostrip dengan metode linear array dengan 2 elemen patch berbentuk circular yang nantinya akan menggunakan kanal frekuensi 700 MHz. Tujuannya adalah sebagai penerima sinyal dari siaran televisi digital di daerah Jember dan Malang. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan karakteristik dari antena yang dibuat memiliki besar return loss -23,1962 dB, VSWR 1,1487 dB, gain 2,8732 dBm dan bandwidth 17,5 MHz. Dengan karakteristik tersebut, antena mikrostrip dapat bekerja dengan baik pada frekuensi 692 – 710 MHz
Progress In Knowledge Of Microscopic Tuberculosis Diagnosis Laboratory Training Participants
Indonesia is the second highest tuberculosis (TB)-burden country in the world. TB affects men and women in productive ages. Early and accurate diagnosis of TB is crucial in TB management because it allows prompt treatment with appropriate regimen. Sputum smear microscopy is the most common method used in resource-limited laboratories. The aim of this study is to assess whether adult learning method with student-centered approach can improve knowledge in laboratory techniques in microscopic TB diagnosis. It was a quasi experimental research with one group pretest and posttest design. Pretest was conducted before the training started. During the training, participants attended lectures, discussion sessions, and hands-on laboratory activities. After training, participants were asked to respond to posttest. There were 33 participants of this training (n=33). Paired t-test analysis showed significant difference between pretest and posttest scores (p=6.5x10-9). Variance between pretest scores was 4.00 and variance between posttest scores were 1.34. Pearson correlation coefficient was 0.45. Regardless their level of knowledge before training, participants could achieve relatively equivalent results after training. Significant difference between pre- and post-training test scores indicated that the learning method was effective and the training could improve participants knowledge in laboratory techniques in microscopic TB diagnosis
Novel Application of 3D Scaffolds of Poly(E-Caprolactone)/Graphene as Osteoinductive Properties in Bone Defect
Objective Scaffolds provided a surface on which cells could attach, proliferate, and
differentiate. Nowadays, bone tissue engineering offers hope for treating bone cancer. Poly
(e-caprolactone) (PCL)/graphene have capability as an osteogenic and regenerative therapy. It
could be used to produce bone tissue engineering scaffolds. The purpose of this study was to
investigate the ability of PCL/graphene to enhance the osteoinductive mechanism.
Materials and Methods The PCL/graphene scaffold was developed utilizing a particulate-
leaching process and cultured with osteoblast-like cells MG63 at 0.5, 1.5, and
2.5wt% of graphene. We evaluated the porosity, pore size, migratory cells, and cell
attachment of the scaffold.
Statistical Analysis Datawas expressedas themean�standard error of themean and
statistical analyses were performed using one-way analysis of variance and Tukey’s post
hoc at a level of p-value<0.05.
Results Porosity of scaffold with various percentage of graphene was nonsignificant
(p>0.05). There were differences in the acceleration of cell migration following wound closure
between groups at 24 hours (p<0.01) and 48 hours (p<0.00). Adding the graphene on the
scaffolds enhanced migration of osteoblast cells culture and possibility to attach. Graphene on
2.5wt% exhibited good characteristics over other concentrations.
Conclusion This finding suggests that PCL/graphene composites may have potential
applications in bone tissue engineering

APLIKASI WEB GRABBER UNTUK MENGAMBIL HALAMAN WEB SESUAI DENGAN KEYWORD YANG DIINPUTKAN
At this time the use of search engine on the Internet still does not reach maximum result. Users need to browse every web page list as the result of the search that fit with the topic one by one. We need an application that has a capability to look and to save web pages with their links fit with the topic without browsing, so that the result can be accessed offline. This application is called Web Grabber. Web Grabber application uses inputs such as keyword and searching depth. The input will be processed to obtain the appropriate web pages with the keyword and the searching depth, which is automatically saved. Firstly a keyword is needed to be search in the available search engine to get the search lists, which can be picked by the user. Every pick list will be used as the first search page. This application results are web pages that contain the keyword. This application also has a facility to browse the results. This application was succeed to automatically save web pages that appropriate with the input keyword and the depth, that previously search in AltaVista or Google. Web pages that contain with the keyword saved in the computer so that it can be browsed offline. Abstract in Bahasa Indonesia : Saat ini penggunaan search engine pada internet masih belum memperoleh hasil yang maksimal. Pengguna masih harus browsing halaman-halaman web hasil pencarian untuk mencari topik yang diinginkan satu-persatu. Untuk itu perlu dibuatkan aplikasi yang dapat mencari dan menyimpan halaman-halaman web dengan link-link-nya sesuai topik tanpa harus melalui proses browsing, sehingga hasilnya dapat dilihat secara offline. Aplikasi ini biasa disebut Web Grabber. Program aplikasi Web Grabber ini mendapatkan inputan berupa keyword dan kedalaman pencarian. Inputan ini akan diproses untuk memperoleh hasil berupa halaman - halaman web yang disimpan secara otomatis sesuai dengan keyword yang diberikan dan tingkat kedalaman pencariannya. Proses didahului dengan pencarian keyword pada search engine yang tersedia menjadi sebuah list yang dapat dipilih oleh pengguna. Hasil aplikasi ini berupa halaman - halaman web yang mengandung keyword. Aplikasi juga menyediakan fasilitas untuk browsing hasil yang didapat. Program yang dibuat berhasil melakukan penyimpanan halaman-halaman web sesuai dengan keyword yang diberikan dengan tingkat kedalaman tertentu, yang sebelumnya dicari melalui search engine Altavista atau Google. Utilization Off-Grid Solar Powered Cold Storage for Economy Improvement of Fishermen in Mangur Island
The absence of access to electricity from PLN on Mangur Island requires fishermen to preserve fish catches by smoking, which causes the selling price of fish to fall. Some fishermen have diesel engines to power cold storage, but the cost of diesel fuel mixed with kerosene is relatively high, which is IDR 17.000/liter. Mangur Island has a large enough solar potential, with a Global Horizontal Irradiance (GHI) value of 5,6 kWh/m2, where this potential can be implemented by installing a Solar Power Plant (solar PV) system. Installation of cold storage with Off-Grid solar powered (Cortagrid) system is a solution to be able to help fishermen preserve fish catches. Off-Grid solar powered with a solar panel capacity of 1 kWp is installed with an additional 4,8 kWh battery. This solar PV system can supply the cold storage load for the fisherman commodity of Mangur Island of 145 Watt and 2 lighting lamps with each power output of 9 Watt. In the CAPEX for the initial solar PV system of IDR 31.906.000, you will get a payback period of 6 years and 4 months and an NPV of IDR 1.112.269,46. Where the solar PV installed can help the community to enjoy clean electrical energy and maximize the potential of solar energy on Mangur Island
Coal and natural gas energy policy for Indonesian electricity security
Electrical energy is very important for national security, so it is important for every country to ensure the availability of electrical energy. The majority of power plants in Indonesia use coal and natural gas energy. The availability of raw materials for electricity generation in Indonesia is threatened because of the policy of increasing the number of exports of raw materials. This study examines the policy on the availability of coal and natural gas energy as an important instrument in national security. This study uses the concept of energy security based on vital energy system vulnerability, availability, accessibility, affordability and acceptability. Then, this study uses qualitative methods to explore policies in managing primary energy, coal and natural gas for the benefit of electricity in Indonesia. The results of this study found that the availability of coal and the accessibility of natural gas are the biggest vulnerability factors for the State Electricity Company as a provider of electricity in Indonesia, in addition to the aspect of price affordability and environmental regime pressures that are factors for the vulnerability of vital energy systems for electricity in Indonesia.
