Modern state of bottom and demersal fish resources in the Russian waters of the Japan Sea
Results of the bottom trawl survey conducted over the shelf and continental slope in the Russian waters of the Japan Sea from Peter the Great Bay to the Soya Strait in the period from March 31 to July 8, 2015 are presented. Species composition, biomass and spatial and bathymetric distribution of benthic and demersal fish are determined. Bulk of the biomass (> 90 %) was formed by 4 families: gadids, flounders, sculpins, and herrings. The species structure varied considerably by areas: pollock and plain sculpin dominated in Peter the Great Bay, pollock and sealyeye plaice - at southern Primorye beyond the Bay, herring - at northern Primorye, and sealyeye plaice and longsnout flounder - at southwestern Sakhalin. The highest density of distribution was recorded in Peter the Great Bay at the depths 500-700 m - 26.8 t/km², with domination of pollock, the lowest density was at southern Primorye in the depth range of 700-800 m - 2.4 t/km² with domination of sealyeye plaice. Peter the Great Bay was surveyed in conditions of winter distribution of fish distinguished by their high concentrations at the continental slope; their shift towards lower depths was observed at Primorye coast, and almost summer type of bathymetric distribution with the high concentrations on the shelf was found at southwestern Sakhalin. Realizations of Real Low-Dimensional Lie Algebras
Using a new powerful technique based on the notion of megaideal, we construct
a complete set of inequivalent realizations of real Lie algebras of dimension
no greater than four in vector fields on a space of an arbitrary (finite)
number of variables. Our classification amends and essentially generalizes
earlier works on the subject.
Known results on classification of low-dimensional real Lie algebras, their
automorphisms, differentiations, ideals, subalgebras and realizations are

Genome-wide significant association with seven novel multiple sclerosis risk loci
Objective: A recent large-scale study in multiple sclerosis (MS) using the ImmunoChip platform reported on 11 loci that showed suggestive genetic association with MS. Additional data in sufficiently sized and independent data sets are needed to assess whether these loci represent genuine MS risk factors.
Methods: The lead SNPs of all 11 loci were genotyped in 10 796 MS cases and 10 793 controls from Germany, Spain, France, the Netherlands, Austria and Russia, that were independent from the previously reported cohorts. Association analyses were performed using logistic regression based on an additive model. Summary effect size estimates were calculated using fixed-effect meta-analysis.
Results: Seven of the 11 tested SNPs showed significant association with MS susceptibility in the 21 589 individuals analysed here. Meta-analysis across our and previously published MS case-control data (total sample size n=101 683) revealed novel genome-wide significant association with MS susceptibility (p<5×10−8) for all seven variants. This included SNPs in or near LOC100506457 (rs1534422, p=4.03×10−12), CD28 (rs6435203, p=1.35×10−9), LPP (rs4686953, p=3.35×10−8), ETS1 (rs3809006, p=7.74×10−9), DLEU1 (rs806349, p=8.14×10−12), LPIN3 (rs6072343, p=7.16×10−12) and IFNGR2 (rs9808753, p=4.40×10−10). Cis expression quantitative locus effects were observed in silico for rs6435203 on CD28 and for rs9808753 on several immunologically relevant genes in the IFNGR2 locus.
Conclusions: This study adds seven loci to the list of genuine MS genetic risk factors and further extends the list of established loci shared across autoimmune diseases

Games of Kings. France and England in the Age of Emerging Absolutism (1610-1642)
Les monarques pré-absolutistes de la première moitié du XVIIe siècle avaient-ils l’appareil diplomatique correspondant à leur politique – c’est-à-dire les moyens de leurs fins – ou la politique de leur appareil diplomatique ? L’objectif principal de cette thèse vise à approfondir nos connaissances sur les relations entre la France et l’Angleterre depuis la mort d’Henri IV en 1610 jusqu’à l’année 1642, marquée à la fois par la disparition de Richelieu et le déclenchement de la révolution sur les îles Britanniques. L’étude de cette période – qui nous paraît être familière tout en restant peu étudiée et globalement perçue au prisme des romans d’Alexandre Dumas – ne se veut pas être un simple récit chronologique et événementielle des interactions politico-diplomatiques franco-anglaises, mais a pour objet d’analyser la structure et le fonctionnement de l’appareil diplomatique des deux états pré-absolutistes ainsi que le jeu de ses représentants, afin d’essayer de comprendre comment l’état des structures administratives et la sociologie des acteurs diplomatiques ont pesé sur le cours des événements politiques entre les deux Couronnes. Ainsi, cette étude s’attachera à mettre en lumière certains traits majeurs de la diplomatie dans la première modernité, telle qu’elle ressort de l’étude des rapports franco-anglais : encore peu structurée sur le plan administratif et donc en retard dans la « modernisation » des instruments de l’État pré-absolutiste, elle est l’outil d’une politique extérieure déjà intense mais protéiforme, qui emprunte plusieurs canaux pas encore exclusifs les uns des autres, mais n’en suit pas moins des codes et des protocoles très précis, dont chaque détail était investi d’un sens politique. La diplomatie peut alors à ce titre être vue comme un ensemble de rituels, une « chorégraphie » politique qui avait ceci de paradoxal que les figures étaient imposées avec une grande précision, sans être pour autant confiées à un appareil administratif structuré. En l’absence de ce dernier, le personnage de l’ambassadeur n’en est que plus central dans la diplomatie, dont il exécute les actes comme les figures d’un ballet ou d’une pièce théâtrale. À cet égard, cette thèse vise également à proposer une étude socio-professionnelle des ambassadeurs dont le but est de cerner la composition du vivier diplomatique dans lequel les monarchies puisaient afin de trouver des candidats, de comprendre comment les futurs représentants se préparaient à exercer leurs fonctions à l’étranger et de mettre en lumière les raisons du recrutement et du choix de tel ou tel homme. Qui plus est, cette étude – comparative par sa nature même – permettra de poser la question de la professionnalisation de l’activité diplomatique, inégale en France et en Angleterre, mais partout inaboutie. Par ailleurs – et c’est là un autre trait que ce travail vise à mettre en exergue – les ambassadeurs n’avaient pas le monopole des relations diplomatiques. Nous montrerons que ces relations étaient aussi le fait d’une multitude d’autres acteurs, peu articulés, de tous rangs et de toute nature, qui, foisonnant entre les deux rives de la Manche, conduisaient des missions tant officielles qu’officieuses et se trouvaient de plus en plus nombreux à jouer un jeu dans les interactions entre les deux Couronnes. Enfin, nous proposerons, dans la lignée des éléments précédents, une lecture renouvelée de certains grands mouvements politiques et stratégiques des années 1610-1642 à la lumière d’une étude structurelle de l’appareil politico-diplomatique, appuyée notamment sur l’exploitation de la correspondance diplomatique et des écrits privés des acteurs. Puiser dans ces fonds, issus des archives tant anglaises que françaises, mais aussi de tierces puissances telles que Venise, permet de s’affranchir de prismes nationaux de lecture des événements, prismes dont l’influence reste prégnante dans toute la période qui nous intéresse.Did the pre-absolutist monarchs of the first half of the 17th century have the diplomatic apparatus corresponding to their policy and aligned with their ambitions – in other words, did they have the means to their ends? Or did they rather determine their policy based on their diplomatic apparatus? The main objective of this thesis is to examine and deepen our knowledge of the relations between France and England from the death of Henry IV in 1610 until the year 1642, marked by the death of Richelieu and the outbreak of revolution and civil war in Britain. The study of this period – a period which may both seem familiar while also remaining little studied and generally perceived through the prism of the novels of Alexandre Dumas – is not intended to be a simple chronological and event-based account of French-English political-diplomatic interactions, but ambitions to analyze both the state of the administrative structures of the diplomatic apparatus of these two pre-absolutist states and the sociology of its diplomatic actors, aiming to understand how they influenced the course of political events between the two crowns. Thus, this study aims to highlight the major feature of diplomacy in early modernity as it emerges from the study of Franco-English relations: with diplomacy still poorly structured on the administrative level and therefore lagging behind in the “modernization” of the modern pre-absolutist State instruments, it is the tool of an already intense but protean foreign policy, which builds on several channels not yet exclusive of one another, but nevertheless follows codes and very precise protocols, for which every detail is invested with political undertones. From this perspective, diplomacy can thus be seen as a set of rituals, a political “choreography” but in which paradoxically, the gestures were imposed with great precision without however being entrusted to a structured administrative apparatus. In the absence of the latter, the role of the ambassador is even more central in Franco-English Baroque diplomacy, performing the acts like the artists in a ballet or a theatrical play. In this regard, this thesis also aims to propose a socio-professional study of leading official diplomatic personnel in order to identify the composition of the diplomatic pool from which the monarchies drew in order to find candidates, to understand how future ambassadors prepared for a possible exercise of functions abroad, and to shed light on the reasons for the recruitment and choice of a particular person. What is more, this study – comparative by its inherent nature – will allow us to raise the question of the professionalization of diplomatic activity, which was at unequal levels in France and England but unfinished everywhere. Furthermore – and corresponding to an additional feature that this work aims to highlight – ambassadors did not have a monopoly on diplomatic relations. We will rather show that these relations were also the work of a multitude of other actors – not very articulated – of all ranks and kind, who flourished on both sides of the Channel, carrying out both official and unofficial missions and playing, in increasing numbers, a game in the interactions between the two crowns. Finally, in line with the elements outlined above, we will propose a renewed understanding of certain major political and strategic movements of the years 1610-1642 in light of our study of the political-diplomatic apparatus structure, based in particular on the analysis of diplomatic correspondence and private writings of the actors. Drawing on these sources, from both English and French archives as well as from powerful outside actors such as Venice, allows us to go beyond national prisms in our analysis and understanding of events, prisms whose influence nevertheless remains significant throughout the period that interests us

A promising direction of technical hydrolysis lignin utilization is metallurgical production, primarily iron ore preparation and blast furnace process. A significant potential is concentrated in the sintering process. In order to improve properties of lignin in the role of a fuel, and to remove, with the possibility of trapping, toxic substances, it is necessary to carry out preliminary pyrolysis. The effect of technical hydrolysis lignin of different pyrolization degrees on the iron ore sintering process and properties of the obtained sinter is experimentally studied. Initial lignin was subjected to preliminary heat treatment to the final temperature of 400, 600, 800 and 1000 ºС without air access. Sintering with the participation of pyrolyzed lignin has been carried out via lab-scale sinter pot. After sintering, the sinter strength and the macrostructure have been determined. The chemical composition of the sinter samples has been revealed by X-ray fluorescence analysis.As a result of the experiments, the possibility of replacing 25 % of coke breeze with lignin prepyrolyzed at 800 ºС has been determined. Under these conditions, the main indicators of the sintering process, such as vertical sintering rate, product yield and specific capacity of the lab-scale sinter pot, remain virtually unchanged. There is a slight decrease in the impact strengths and the abrasion strengths of the sinter. However, these figures remain at a technologically acceptable level. It should be noted that when using lignin as a sintering fuel, there is a tendency for some decrease in the iron content of the sinter produced with it. The study of the sinter macrostructure has shown an increase in the pore diameter when the partial replacement of coke breeze with lignin while with the increasing lignin pyrolysis temperature the pore volume increases.The studies has evidence the possibility of solving the urgent environmental issues of technical hydrolysis lignin utilization by applying it in the sintering process with preliminary pyrolization. Значительный резерв при этом сосредоточен в агломерационном процессе. Для улучшения топливных свойств лигнина, а также для удаления, с возможностью улавливания, токсичных веществ, следует осуществить его предварительный пиролиз. Экспериментально изучено влияние технического гидролизного лигнина разной степени пиролизации на процесс железорудной агломерации и свойства полученного агломерата. Исходный лигнин подвергался предварительной термической обработке до конечной температуры 400, 600, 800 и 1000 ºС без доступа воздуха. Спекание агломерата с участием пиролизированного лигнина проводили на лабораторной агломерационной установке. После спекания определяли прочность агломерата, исследовали его макроструктуру. Химический состав образцов агломерата исследовали методом рентгенофлуоресцентного анализа.В результате проведённых экспериментов определена возможность замены 25 % коксовой мелочи лигнином, предварительно пиролизированным при температуре 800 ºС. В этих условиях основные показатели агломерационного процесса, такие как вертикальная скорость спекания, выход годного продукта и удельная производительность установки, практически не изменяются. Наблюдается незначительное снижение прочности агломерата на удар и на истирание, однако данные показатели остаются на технологически приемлемом уровне. Следует отметить, при использовании лигнина в качестве агломерационного топлива обнаруживается тенденция к некоторому снижению содержания железа в агломерате. Исследование макроструктуры агломерата показало увеличение диаметра пор при частичной замене коксовой мелочи лигнином, причем с повышением температуры пиролиза лигнина, объем пор увеличивается.Проведенные исследования подтвердили возможность решения актуальной экологической проблемы утилизации технического лигнина, путем применения его в агломерационном процессе с предварительной его пиролизацией. Перспективным направлением дальнейших исследований является развитие способов подготовки технического гидролизного лигнина к использованию в железорудной агломерацииПерспективним напрямком утилізації технічного гідролізного лігніну є його застосування в металургійному виробництві, в першу чергу при підготовці залізорудної сировини і доменному процесі. Вихідний лігнін піддавався попередній термічній обробці до кінцевої температури 400, 600, 800 і 1000 ºС без доступу повітря. Спікання агломерату за участю піролізованого лігніну проводили на лабораторній агломераційній установці. Після спікання визначали міцність агломерату, досліджували його макроструктуру. Хімічний склад зразків агломерату досліджували методом рентгенофлуоресцентного аналізу.В результаті проведених експериментів визначена можливість заміни 25 % коксового дріб'язку лігніном, попередньо піролізованим при температурі 800 ºС. За таких умов основні показники агломераційного процесу, такі як вертикальна швидкість спікання, вихід придатного продукту і питома продуктивність установки, практично не змінюються.Спостерігається незначне зниження міцності агломерату на удар і на стирання, однак дані показники залишаються на технологічно прийнятному рівні. Слід зазначити, що при використанні лігніну в якості агломераційного палива виявляється тенденція до деякого зниження вмісту заліза в агломераті. Дослідження макроструктури агломерату показало збільшення діаметра пор при частковій заміні коксового дріб'язку лігніном, причому з підвищенням температури піролізу лігніну, обсяг пор збільшується.Проведені дослідження підтвердили можливість вирішення актуальної екологічної проблеми утилізації технічного лігніну, шляхом застосування його в агломераційному процесі з попередньою його піролізацією. Перспективним напрямком подальших досліджень є розвиток способів підготовки технічного гідролізного лігніну до використання в залізорудній агломераці
