A process that will always happen in an institution is a communication process. Through communication process information exchange, ideas and experiences. Communication between leaders and employees must always be honest and built based on trust and open attitude between each other to build spirit dan motivation in work. The purpose of this study to know the openness, empathy, positive behavior, supportive attitude and equality of interpersonal communication of leaders and employees in improving work motivation in the office of Dayun village. This research uses qualitative research method with self disclosure. Subject of research consists of one person leadership, three employees and two people as a supporting informant selected by using purposive sampling technique. This study uses data collection techniques interviews, observation and documentation research.Research results show that (a) openness, leadership and employees always emphasize that every existing and involved line must be open to each other without being covered by each other. (b) empathy, leaders always closer, give attention and feel that is being felt by employees so that employees feel cared for and can improve work motivation. (c) positive behavior, either employees or leaders never arise sespicion. Leaders always apply positive thinking to employees, so that employees can work well and comfortable. (d) supportive attitude, leadership and employees always support each other in any case for the achievement of the goal of providing the best service for community, and (e) equality, the leadership never distinguishes caste any degree between him and his servants. He imposed the same thing to improve work motivation and actieve goals

Implementation of Backpropagation Neural Network to Detect Suspected Lung Disease

Many People were less concerned with lung health, it caused people identified as suffering from lung diseases. Early symptoms that often appear was cough that took a long time and could be the beginning of more severe disease. Therefore it was necessary to create application that could detect suspected person contracted lung disease. The applications were made by using artificial neural network with Backpropagation with initial input data, symptoms by patients of lung diseases. The symptoms were 22, and kind of lung diseases as a diagnosis were asthma, pneumonia, pulmonary tuberculosis and lung cancer. It used medical records of lung disease as much as 110 data. Network training uses 3 different architectures [input neurons ; hidden neurons ; output neurons], liked [22; 22 ; 2], [22 ; 33 ; 2] and [22 ; 43 ; 2]. Testing with 2 training data sharing and test data, namely comparison 90:10 and 80:20. The Parameters values were used namely learning rate 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7 and 0.9. The number of epoch was used, that is 15 epoch, 25 epoch and 35 epoch. Based on the tests performed, it was obtained an accuracy system on the 90:10 data comparison of 82% and the 80:20 data ratio of 82% as well. Thus, backpropagation method could be applied in detecting suspected lung diseases

Ocean Planet or Thick Atmosphere: On the Mass-Radius Relationship for Solid Exoplanets with Massive Atmospheres

The bulk composition of an exoplanet is commonly inferred from its average density. For small planets, however, the average density is not unique within the range of compositions. Variations of a number of important planetary parameters--which are difficult or impossible to constrain from measurements alone--produce planets with the same average densities but widely varying bulk compositions. We find that adding a gas envelope equivalent to 0.1%-10% of the mass of a solid planet causes the radius to increase 5-60% above its gas-free value. A planet with a given mass and radius might have substantial water ice content (a so-called ocean planet) or alternatively a large rocky-iron core and some H and/or He. For example, a wide variety of compositions can explain the observed radius of GJ 436b, although all models require some H/He. We conclude that the identification of water worlds based on the mass-radius relationship alone is impossible unless a significant gas layer can be ruled out by other means.Comment: 5 pages, 3 figures, accepted to Ap

The prevalences of Salmonella Genomic Island 1 variants in human and animal Salmonella Typhimurium DT104 are distinguishable using a Bayesian approach

Throughout the 1990s, there was an epidemic of multidrug resistant Salmonella Typhimurium DT104 in both animals and humans in Scotland. The use of antimicrobials in agriculture is often cited as a major source of antimicrobial resistance in pathogenic bacteria of humans, suggesting that DT104 in animals and humans should demonstrate similar prevalences of resistance determinants. Until very recently, only the application of molecular methods would allow such a comparison and our understanding has been hindered by the fact that surveillance data are primarily phenotypic in nature. Here, using large scale surveillance datasets and a novel Bayesian approach, we infer and compare the prevalence of Salmonella Genomic Island 1 (SGI1), SGI1 variants, and resistance determinants independent of SGI1 in animal and human DT104 isolates from such phenotypic data. We demonstrate differences in the prevalences of SGI1, SGI1-B, SGI1-C, absence of SGI1, and tetracycline resistance determinants independent of SGI1 between these human and animal populations, a finding that challenges established tenets that DT104 in domestic animals and humans are from the same well-mixed microbial population

    General 2 charge geometries

Two charge BPS horizon free supergravity geometries are important in proposals for understanding black hole microstates. In this paper we construct a new class of geometries in the NS1-P system, corresponding to solitonic strings carrying fermionic as well as bosonic condensates. Such geometries are required to account for the full microscopic entropy of the NS1-P system. We then briefly discuss the properties of the corresponding geometries in the dual D1-D5 system.Comment: 44 page
