El déficit habitacional para 1984 se estima por encima de los seis millones de unidades habitacionales. Por ello, la situación en el problema de la vivienda se complica año con año toda vez que el déficit se ha incrementado en el último lustro a un promedio anual superior al medio millón de alojamientos. Atendiendo al crecimiento demográfico registrado, por encima del 2% anual, es de esperarse que el incremento de nuevas necesidades habitacionales sobrepase para fines de siglo las 650 mil casas por edificar cada año

La Intervención socio-educativa en los centros de menores : especial referencia al internamiento en Régimen Terapéutico

Treball Final de Grau en Criminologia i Seguretat. Codi: CS1044. Curs: 2014/2015Este trabajo pretende realizar una visión generalizada de la ley penal del menor. Más concretamente se abordará el estudio de la medida de internamiento terapéutica, y en cuanto al menor se reflexionará sobre los efectos de las drogas y trastornos a la hora de la ejecución de un delito. Abordaremos este tema desde el punto de vista legal sin dejar al margen un punto de vista psicológico, ético y social. El marco teórico del trabajo será la legislación penal del menor y el marco psicológico irá enfocado a conocer cómo influyen las adicciones toxicas y las enfermedades psíquicas en el menor. Para ello se utilizarán autores de referencia como son Bueno Arús, F y Urra, P. El objetivo principal del trabajo es incidir en el análisis de los centros de menores y, en especial, de la medida de tratamiento terapéutico, sin obviar los posibles errores que a mi juicio presenta la ley o la convivencia en los centros de estas características. Este trabajo se divide en tres partes diferenciadas: introducción, desarrollo y conclusiones, con un análisis ético-crítico como comentario final. Los aspectos fundamentales del trabajo constituyen una reflexión sobre la efectividad de la reeducación en los centros de menores y sobre la adecuación de su funcionamiento a la realidad del menor, abordando la respuesta en las diferentes áreas que comprende este tipo de internamiento.What I expect in this Project is to analyze the juvenile criminal law. Concretely, I will talk about the therapeutic internment measure and the effect that drugs and some disorders have upon a crime execution. I will analyze these matters under a point of legal and psychological, ethical and social view. I will base my project on minor criminal legislation, while the psychological knowledge will help us to understand how toxic addictions and mental diseases can have influence on under age people. In order to get it, some authors like Bueno Arús, F and Urra, P will be taken in consideration. The main objective is to understand extensively the young offenders’ institutions and the therapeutic internment measure. Furthermore, I will try to solve the possible mistakes that juvenile criminal law have or the coexistence in this kind of centers. I will divide my project in three parts: Introduction, body and conclusions, then I will analyze a critical analysis. The conclusion I want to reach is to figure out whether the reeducation is possible in these establishments and whether their way of working is appropriated to get it. So, if we want to find the solution to these complicated issues, we must look for all the answers in the different areas which study this kind of centers

A lattice-ordered monoid on multilayer networks

In the present paper we introduce a lattice-ordered partial monoid structure on a suitable set of multilayer networks. We first study a kind of mappings that preserve the partial order and describe the order structure. Persistency in the semi-sheaf of Hierarchical Systems

Given we need multiple time scales in the brain working simultaneously for experience of time, and for judgements within time, we enlarge the previous work of Ehresmann by introducing these features.
