Health officials have the role and responsibility to provide a promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative action for children who are stunted. However, in fact, the role will be taken over entirely by parents, especially the mother. Therefore, the mother's experience needs to be explored in order to know the extent of a mother's efforts in treating her child who is stunted. This research used a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through deep interviews using a questionnaire that was prepared and then the researcher recorded the process of interview. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling then proceed with snowball sampling. Then, data would be analyzed using the thematic analysis method, mothers of children who were categorized as stunting did not have clear knowledge about stunting, perfomed exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months but breastfeeding was not optimal until the children are 2 years of age, complementary feeding was not balanced because it did not contain carbohydrate, protein and fat sources, families with incomes below the minimum income experience stunted their children. Husband's support to all participants was very good in overcoming health problems that occur in children, but her husband's support was very lacking in efforts to prevent children from experiencing stunting, mothers of children who were categorized as stunting had good personal hygiene behaviors in childre

Condition-based monitoring (CBM) has been a vital engineering method to assess high voltage (HV) equipment and power cables conditions or health levels. One of the effective CBM methods is partial discharge (PD) measurement or detection. PD event is the phenomenon that always associated with insulation healthiness. PD has been measured and evaluated in this paper to discriminate PD signals from a good signal. A mixed-signal being fed at an AI technique with statistical modified input data to do fast classification (less than five seconds) with nearly zero error. In this paper, an unsupervised neural network is applied for PD classification. The methods combine the self-organizing maps (SOMs) and feature statistical transformation. By the combination of these methods, the ‘range’ normalization method produced the best classification outcomes. This development decided that PD information was effectively correlated and grouped by means of MATLAB’s SOM Toolbox and transformation device to discriminate the normal signal from the PD signal

The uniqueness of the Bay of Brunei makes it an ideal place to be inhabited by Irrawaddy dolphins. However, the increasing potential impacts of anthropogenic factors and environmental changes on the dolphins are alarming. The objectives of this study were to determine the seasonal occurrence and distribution, and to estimate the group size of Irrawaddy dolphins in the Bay of Brunei. Surveys were conducted between January 2016 and April 2018. The total distance surveyed was 2,439.2 km in 189.13 h (survey effort = 13,081.93 km.h). Forty-nine groups of Irrawaddy dolphins were recorded with a sighting rate of 0.37 per 100 km.h. Thirteen of the groups were observed with calves. Overall, the group size ranged between 1 and 15 individuals with a mean of 4.5 individuals (SD = 3.3). There was no statistical significance in the number of dolphin sightings between four different monsoon seasons (Northeast, Southwest, April Inter-monsoon, and October Inter-monsoon) (χ2 = 5.66, df = 3, p > 0.05). The number of sightings and number of individuals suggest that Irrawaddy dolphins are residents of the Bay of Brunei and are in need of a conservation management plan

Food problems arise from a lack of food diversity, high food prices, and a food culture that does not support an adequate supply of nutrients in the household. This study aimed to analyze the disparity of food consumption patterns of the population of Banten Province based on the typology of the region and the administrative area of Banten Province. The research method was an explorative study with a retrospective study approach using secondary data, namely the National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) Banten Province 2017. This type of data was collected on the food consumption of the population presented in the form of a table of the average quantity of food consumption per commodity in household order units per capita / week. Data analysis was carried out quantitatively by descriptive methods. The results of the study, namely the quantity of food consumption of the population of Banten Province, showed a disparity based on regional typology where the average energy consumption of food for households in rural areas was still higher, namely 2404 Kcal compared to urban areas, which was 2338 Kcal and was dominated by food sources of grains. The average energy consumption of the population in the regency area is 2315 - 2489 kcal/capita/day while the urban area is 2294 – 2406 kcal/capita/day. The conclusion is that the districts with the highest levels of energy consumption and adequacy are found in Lebak and Pandeglang districts but have the lowest PPH scores compared to other districts.
