Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou požadavků na informační systém technické podpory společnosti vyvíjející software s důrazem na zlepšení procesů uvnitř organizace. Hlavními funkcemi systému jsou sběr informací o pracích prováděných zaměstnanci firmy a možnost generování statistik. Systém však umožňuje implementaci rozšíření, která pomohou integrovat další funkce, přímo nesouvisející s původním posláním systému, či definici dalších uživatelských rolí, které budou mít přístup k různým částem systému.This master's thesis deals with the analysis of the requirements placed on the technical support information system which should be used in the software developing company, lying emphasis on the improvement of the processes inside an organization. The basic functions of this system are the collecting of information about all kinds of work which the company employees concentrate on and the possibility of statistics generating. Moreover, it is also possible to implement further extensions to the system which will not only enable other functions that are not related to the primary goal of the system to be integrated; but also to define new user roles for which various limited parts of the system will be accessible.

The implications of a newly developed oral test in Business English: Are we heading in the right direction?

The paper presents an overview of the testing and assessment standardization process at the Language Centre of Masaryk University. It exemplifies the process by analysing a two-year development of the C1 Business English oral test administered to students at the Faculty of Economics and Administration (FEA), which resulted in the formation of a completely new testing procedure. The transition from the original teacher–student interview format to a monological discourse and a peer-to-peer discussion, with the roles of the interlocutor and rater split between two teachers using analytic rating scales to evaluate performance, is described, along with its implications on the validity and reliability of assessment. Students’ perception of the test importance is also examined. The second part deals with the analysis of a questionnaire on feedback collected from students taking the test in Spring 2014. The preliminary look into the merit of the efforts exerted indicates a noticeable enhancement in quality, reliability, validity and prestige of the oral test.Příspěvek představí proces standardizace hodnocení jazykových kompetencí studentů Masarykovy univerzity, konkrétně vývoj ústní části zkoušky obchodní angličtiny na úrovni C1 na Ekonomicko-správní fakultě. Druhá část analyzuje dotazník pro zpětnou vazbu, vyplněný studenty, kteří zkoušku absolvovali na jaře 2014. Institut přísedících jako součást práva na výkon veřejných funkcí

Příspěvek se zabývá otázkou, do jaké míry lze považovat institut přísedících za realizaci práva na výkon veřejných funkcí v soudnictví, a do jaké míry je garantován i nerušený výkon tohoto práva. Kromě obecného kontextu týkajícího se pojetí práva na výkon veřejné funkce bude v této souvislosti blíže pojednáno o aspektech účasti lidu na výkonu státní moci.Příspěvek se zabývá otázkou, do jaké míry lze považovat institut přísedících za realizaci práva na výkon veřejných funkcí v soudnictví, a do jaké míry je garantován i nerušený výkon tohoto práva. Kromě obecného kontextu týkajícího se pojetí práva na výkon veřejné funkce bude v této souvislosti blíže pojednáno o aspektech účasti lidu na výkonu státní moci.The paper examines the extent to which the institute of lay judges can be regarded as an implementation of the right to exercise public offices in the judiciary, as well as to what extent the unhindered exercise of this right is guaranteed. In addition to the general context regarding the concept of the right to exercise a public office, people’s participation in the exercise of state power will also be discussed in this context

Výhody a nevýhody laické participace v soudnictví

Téma účasti laiků na soudním rozhodování, jež je v České republice stále aktuální, a to zejména díky nedávné snaze Ministerstva spravedlnosti omezit rozsah účasti přísedících u soudních řízení, je analyzováno z pohledu důvodů existence laické participace v současném právním řádu. Autor od sebe na základě zvolené metodologie odděluje podstatné důvody existence účasti laiků na soudním rozhodování, jež jsou samy o sobě způsobilé přimět ústavodárce či zákonodárce k zavedení institutu laické účasti do právního řádu, od jejích výhod a nevýhod. Tyto výhody a nevýhody jsou považovány za argumenty druhého řádu, generované výše stojícími důvody existence, přičemž samy o sobě nejsou schopny ovlivnit rozhodnutí o kodifikaci či zrušení institutů laické participace. Pro rozhodnutí o další podobě českého institutu přísedících je proto nutné vzít v úvahu především důvody jeho existence a vést o nich důkladnou celospolečenskou debatu, jejímž výstupem má být řádně vyargumentované stanovisko zohledňující pokud možno všechny aspekty uvedené problematiky

Full bridge DC-DC converter with transformer

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou dvojčinného propustného měniče s transformátorem. Cílem této práce je návrh, konstrukce a ověření funkčnosti měniče, který bude sloužit jako výukový laboratorní přípravek.This semestral thesis deals with the issue of full bridge DC-DC convecter with transformer. The aim of this semestral thesis is the design, construct and verification of functionality convecters, which will be used as laboratory tool.

Control of a Laboratory Instalation using a 6-axis Kuka Robot

Tato práce se se věnuje problematice šestiosých robotů. Jsou zde analyzovány možnosti jejich aplikace v automatizovaných procesech a samotné procesy. Do možností aplikace je také zahrnuta konfigurace nástrojů a pracoviště šestiosých robotů. Z důvodu široké škály procesů, ve kterých lze šestiosý robot aplikovat, byly vybrány k analýze pouze nejčastěji realizované procesy. V praktické části práce je navržena a realizována laboratorní úloha, která demonstruje vlastnosti šestiosého robotu. Byl vybrán robot KR3 R540 jako laboratorní subjekt pro demonstraci vlastností v zadané úloze. Pro zlepšení interakce robotu s člověkem bude implementováno do řešení úlohy také HMI aplikace, které umožní obsluze sledovat a zasahovat do činnosti robotu. Po ukončení realizace laboratorní úlohy budou zhodnoceny klady a nevýhody celkové aplikace, které budou zjištěny během a po dokončení její realizace.This work deals with the issue of six-axis robots. The possibilities of their use in automated processes and specific processes are analyzed here. The application options also include the configuration of tools and workstations for six-axis robots. Due to the wide range of processes that we can use a six-axis robot, only once implemented processes were selected for analysis. In the practical part of the work, a laboratory task will be designed and implemented, which demonstrates the properties of a six-axis robot. The KR3 R540 robot was selected as a laboratory subject to demonstrate the properties in the given task. To improve the interaction of the robot with humans, the HMI interface will also be implemented in the solution of tasks, which will work to monitor and interfere with the robot's operation. Implementation of the gross superstructure of a residential building in Brno, Sochorova

Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je stavebně technologické řešení realizace hrubé vrchní stavby bytového domu v Brně na ulici Sochorova. Součástí práce je technologie provedení jednotlivých konstrukcí formou technologického předpisu. Z hlediska času a finančních toků je vypracován časový plán realizace stavby a její položkový rozpočet. Vzhledem k vysokým nárokům na kvalitu a bezpečnost provádění stavby jsou také zařazeny kapitoly týkající se těchto aspektů. Jako podklad pro zpracování této práce byla využita částečná projektová dokumentace poskytnuta architektonickou společností.The subject of my bachelor thesis is construction technological solution of the rough upper construction realization of the appartment building in Brno at Sochorova street. Part of my work is the technology of each construction realization by the technological regulation. Regarding the time and financial flows schedule of the construction realization is drafted as well as its itemized budget. Due to the high demands at quality and safety of the construction realization there are also chapters on these aspects. This thesis is partly based on project documentation, which was provided by an architectural company.
