Cílem této bakalářské práce je návrh konkrétních vnitropodnikových směrnic, které se budou řídit platnými současnými normami a předpisy a které vymezí a sjednotí postup provedení inventarizace majetku a oběh účetních dokladů v celé společnosti.The bachelor’s thesis deals with problems of internal directives in company Kili, s.r.o. Mainly it focuses on directives for stocktaking of assets and circulation of accounting documents. The target of the thesis is concept of specific internal directives which will abide by actual valid legislation and regulations and which defines and ensures the same procedures for methods of performance stocktaking of assets and circulation of accounting documents in whole company.

A Proposal of a Solution to the Optimization of the Corporate Income Tax by Using Depreciation, Reserves and Adjusments

Daňová optimalizace je způsob, jak snížit daňovou povinnost, aniž by byl porušen zákon. Legislativa České republiky umožňuje několik způsobů, kterými lze upravit, resp. snížit základ daně. Cílem této bakalářské práce je navrhnout nejlepší způsob řešení výpočtu daňové povinnosti tak, aby odvod daně byl co nejnižší. V bakalářské práci se pro tento účel budou využívat tři možnosti, jak optimalizovat daňovou povinnost, a to: úpravy odpisování majetku, tvorba rezerv a jejich rozpouštění a využívání opravných položek k pohledávkám. Způsobů, jak snížit daňovou povinnost je samozřejmě více a každý podnik si vybere takový, který je pro něj nejvhodnější.Tax optimization is a way to reduce the tax liability, without the law was violated. Legislation of the Czech Republic provides several ways in which you can edit, respectively. reduce the tax base. The aim of this work is to propose the best solution calculating tax obligations to pay the tax as low as possible. The work for this purpose will be the three ways to optimize your tax liability, namely: different methods of depreciation, creation of reserves and their dissolution and utilization of adjusments. Ways to reduce the tax liability is, of course, more and each company chooses the one that is most suitable for them.

When Thea (Terezie) Červenková left Czechoslovakia in 1923 to start a new life with her brother in Latin America, her passport stated that she was a writer and a journalist. However, she was more than that. At the age of forty-one she was leaving behind at least two careers—one in writing and a shorter, but no less prolific career in the film industry, where she worked as a director, a screenwriter, a journalist, and, most importantly, as an entrepreneur. During a five-year period, from 1918 to 1923, she translated continuity titles, wrote eight scripts, directed eight films, wrote articles for the trade film magazine Československý film, and cofounded, with cameraman Josef Brabec, her own film company, Filmový ústav, which she ran until her departure for Rio de Janeiro in 1923. We learn this from an undated interview with her closest coworker, Josef Brabec (Josefem Brabcem), who also recalls her as a woman with a “business spirit,” who managed a guesthouse in Prague (Brabcem 3)

Graphene growth by chemical vapor deposition process on copper foil

Příspěvek popisuje přípravu a charakterizaci grafenových filmů připravených metodou chemické depozice z plynného prostředí. Je použit reaktor se studeným pláštěm, jako zdroj uhlíku je použit metan. Grafen je vytvořen na měděné fólii při teplotě cca 1000°C. Druhým krokem přípravy je přenos grafenu na dielektrický substrát s využitím polymethylmethakrylátu. Nejlepší připravené grafenové filmy vykazují tloušťku v rozmezí jedné až dvou uhlíkových nanovrstev

Júlia Demeková Abstract This bachelor's thesis deals with a topic of diagnostic and therapy of a lumbar disc herniation. A brief description of anatomy and biomechanics of lumbar spine and intervertebral disc is provided in the theoretical findings outline. Also differential diagnostic and therapy options of this disease are clarified there. The aim of the thesis is to confirm the effectiveness of conservative treatment in terms of physiotherapy intervention, and to compare the effectiveness of two methods - McKenzie (MDT) and Dynamic neuromuscular stabilization (DNS). Sixteen patients treated by MDT and four others treated by DNS participated in the experimental part of my thesis. I created a questionnaire in order to obtain data from the patients, in which they filled in intensity of pain on the numerical scale of pain (0-10) at that moment. They also completed the Czech version of the Roland-Morris disability questionnaire, which evaluated their degree of disability at the same time. Júlia Demeková Abstrakt Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou diagnostiky a terapie výhřezu intervertebrálního disku v lumbální části páteře. V přehledu teoretických poznatků je stručně popsána anatomie a biomechanika bederní páteře a intervertebrálního disku. Dále je zde objasněna diferenciální diagnostika a možnosti terapie tohoto onemocnění. Cílem této práce je potvrdit účinnost konzervativní terapie ve smyslu fyzioterapeutické intervence a porovnat účinnost metody McKenzie (MDT) a Dynamické neuromuskulární stabilizace (DNS) při terapii tohoto onemocnění. Mé experimentální části práce se zúčastnilo 16 pacientů léčených metodou MDT a 4 pacienti léčení pomocí metody DNS. K získání dat jsem využila mnou sestavený dotazník. Communication disorders of people with Alzheimer's disease

The topic of the thesis Communication disorders of people with Alzhiemer's disease is focused on the analysis of the manifestations of impaired communication ability of people with Alzheimer's disease. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part consists of two chapters. In the firts chapter, entitled Theoretical Background, the term communication is discussed, as well as the concept of dementia. Other subsections discuss cognitive-communication disorders and manifestiations of impaired communication ability of people with dementia. Speech and language process deficits in individual language levels are also listed here. The second chapter deals with neurodegenerative disease. It is followed by a subchapter related to Alzheimer's disease and subsequently clarifies the topic of the burden placed on family caregivers. The practical part presents an analysis of a research investigation that was carried out in the Clementas home for the elderly in Janovice nad Úhlavou. A presentation of the Clementas Center is also included in the bachelor's thesis. The research sample consisted of tree clients of this home. Furthermore, the...Téma práce Narušená komunikační schopnost u osob s Alzheimerovou nemocí je zaměřeno na analýzu projevů narušené komunikační schopnosti u osob s Alzheimerovou nemocí. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se skládá ze dvou kapitol. V první kapitole s názvem Teoretická východiska je rozebírán termín komunikace, dále pojem demence. Další podkapitoly pojednávají o kognitivně-komunikačních poruchách a projevech narušené komunikační schopnosti při demenci. Jsou zde také uvedeny deficity řečových a jazykových procesů v jednotlivých jazykových rovinách. Druhá kapitola se zabývá neurodegenerativním onemocněním. Navazuje na ni podkapitola týkající se Alzheimerovy nemoci a následně objasňuje téma zátěže rodinných pečovatelů. Praktická část představuje analýzu výzkumného šetření, které bylo provedeno v Centru pro seniory Clementas v Janovicích nad Úhlavou. Představení centra Clementas je v bakalářské práci také zahrnuto. Výzkumný vzorek tvořily tři klientky tohoto centra. Praktická část byla vytvořena na základně zúčastněného pozorování a za využití orientačně diagnostických nástrojů a zdravotní dokumentace klientek. Project of Tourism Development and its Impact on Business in Hostýnsko-vsetínská hornatina

Tématem této bakalářské práce je marketing cestovního ruchu v oblasti Hostýnsko-vsetínské hornatiny. Cílem je posouzení podmínek pro rozvoj cestovního ruchu této turistické oblasti. První část je teoretická, a jsou zde sepsány základní poznatky z hlediska marketingu a cestovního ruchu. Analytická část popisuje vybrané území a vymezuje současný stav místní situace. Na základě těchto poznatků jsou stanoveny návrhy a cíle, které vedou k rozvoji a zlepšení situace v Hostýnsko-vsetínské hornatině.The topic of this bachelor thesis is marketing of tourism in Hostýnsko-vsetínská hornatina. Main goal is to assess conditions for tourism development of this area. The first part is theoretical and basic knowledge of marketing and tourism are described here. The analytical part describes selected area and defines current state of local situation. Based on these knowledge are set out proposals and objectives that lead to development and improvement in Hostýnsko-vsetínská hornatina.

Speech therapy and intervention of adults with cerebral palsy

This Bachelor thesis is focused on the speech therapy among individuals with cerebral palsy and the social aspects of communicative disorders within this group of people. The thesis consists of a theoretical part, divided into two chapters and an empirical part. The first chapter focuses on the diagnosis of cerebral palsy, including its causes, classification and the most common associated disorders. The second chapter focuses on the communicative disability as one of a frequently associated disorders with cerebral palsy. The empirical part of this thesis, which is the focus of the third chapter, consists of the case studies of four respondents with cerebral palsy. Each of these respondents live an independent adult life and in the past they participated in the speech therapy because of their communicative disability. The research had a qualitative character, specifically, methods of observation, structured interview and case studies were used. The main goal of this thesis was an analysis of the way speech therapy is executed among people with cerebral palsy. Partial goals of the thesis were focused on the analysis of social aspects of the communicative disability. Looking at the conclusions of the thesis and the research, we can see that the most common speech disorder associated with cerebral...Bakalářská práce se zabývá průběhem logopedické intervence u jedinců s mozkovou obrnou a sociálními aspekty narušené komunikační schopnosti u této skupiny osob. Práce je členěna na teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část se skládá ze dvou hlavních kapitol. Kapitola první se podrobněji zaměřuje na diagnózu mozkové obrny, mimo jiné na její etiologii, klasifikaci či nejčastější přidružené poruchy. Kapitola druhá se zabývá narušenou komunikační schopností jako jednou z typických přidružených poruch k mozkové obrně, zejména nejčastějšími vadami řeči. Část empirická, které je věnována kapitola třetí, pracuje s případovými studiemi čtyř respondentů s diagnózou mozkové obrny, kteří v současnosti žijí samostatný dospělý život, a v minulosti u nich z důvodu narušené komunikační schopnosti probíhala logopedická intervence. Výzkumné šetření bylo charakteru kvalitativního, konkrétně byly použity metody pozorování, strukturovaný rozhovor a případové studie. Hlavním cílem práce byla analýza průběhu logopedické intervence u skupiny těchto osob. Další, dílčí cíle výzkumného šetření se orientovaly na analýzu vlivu narušené komunikační schopnosti na sociální začlenění.
