Το τέλος της κεϋνσιανής σκέψης και η έλευση των φιλελεύθερων πολιτικών που προκάλεσε η παγκοσμιοποίηση, τα νέα μοντέλα του μάνατζμεντ και οι συνεχείς τεχνολογικές αλλαγές, έχουν περιορίσει τον ρόλο των κρατικών ρυθμίσεων και έχουν ενισχύσει την ευελιξία των συνθηκών εργασίας. Λόγω του σημαντικού ρόλου του κράτους και της αδυναμίας των εργατικών συνδικάτων, η εξέλιξη αυτή είναι ίσως πιο βαθιά στο γαλλικό «κρατικό-φορντικό» (state-fordist) σύστημα των εργασιακών σχέσεων. Με βάση κυρίως την εμπειρία των εργασιακών σχέσεων στη Γαλλία, το παρόν άρθρο αποπειράται να σκιαγραφήσει το μέλλον των εργασιακών σχέσεων, πέρα από τις τρέχουσες αλλαγές, προτείνοντας δύο πιθανά σενάρια. Το ένα είναι η εκδοχή του «κράτους-αγορά» (state market) και το δεύτερο είναι το δημοκρατικό σενάριο. Αν και η επιχειρηματολογία του συγγραφέα ευνοεί το δεύτερο σενάριο, το άρθρο διαπιστώνει ότι το πρώτο σενάριο φαίνεται να επιβεβαιώνεται περισσότερο από τις σύγχρονες εξελίξεις.The end of Keynesian thinking and the advent of neoliberal policies that induced globalization, the new management models and technological changes have all confined the role of state regulation. At the same time they have also enhanced flexibility in working patterns. This change is more evident in the French industrial relations model, due to the importance of the state and the weakness of trade unions. Based on the French experience, the paper attempts to depict the future evolution of industrial relations, beyond current changes, by putting forward two possible scenarios; the state-market and the democratic. The argument presented by the author supports the second one, yet the paper shows that the first one seems more possible based on current trends

La educación en medios en Francia : difícil consolidación, perspectivas futuras

Francia ha tenido, desde hace más de un siglo, un relevante papel en la educación en medios, con un espíritu muy innovador, incluso casi combativo en pro de una idea de escuela y de los propios medios. Los numerosos trabajos y textos teóricos que se han ido generando han enriquecido bastante las múltiples prácticas, dando sentido de esta forma a la enseñanza, pero siempre se ha trabajado más en una óptica «pedagógica y cultural», sin llegar a una integración global con los contenidos impartidos en la escuela. Sin embargo, hoy parece que nos dirigimos hacia una consagración más oficial en el seno del sistema educativo en su conjunto. Y es en este preciso momento, cuando el conjunto de prácticas mediáticas está en proceso de redefinición, cuando urge una reflexión a fondo sobre los modos de conocimiento en la era de la sociedad de la información._________________________________For at least one century, France has played a relevant role in media education using an innovative and even fighting spirit model. Research has enriched the field but the model has never become really integrated into school. However, it is nowadays that an official integration of media education into the educational system can be observed, so it is now when redefinition and deep reflection on media education are needed

Une production engagée (sociologie des labels, chartes et systèmes participatifs de l'économie solidaire)

Cette thèse s intéresse aux certifications avec label , chartes et systèmes participatifs de l économie solidaire, ou dispositifs de qualité . Elle contribue à l analyse sociologique de ces dispositifs, dans un secteur qui connaît leur multiplication et leur diversification depuis les années 1990. L enquête repose sur des entretiens au sein de douze réseaux (commerce équitable, AMAP, SEL ), des observations, l analyse de documents et la passation d un questionnaire. La genèse des dispositifs met en évidence leur rôle dans la construction d une identité collective. Leur fonctionnement soulève des enjeux démocratiques. Les représentations de la confiance et de la qualité qui les sous-tendent révèlent le positionnement des collectifs vis-à-vis de la production standard et les uns par rapport aux autres. Leurs usages économiques et identitaires s inscrivent dans la démarche contestataire des membres les plus actifs. L hétérogénéité entre les attentes de ces derniers et celles des autres adhérents concourt aux difficultés liées à l instauration des dispositifs de qualité. Ceux-ci ne sont pas uniquement destinés à l orientation des acheteurs mais également à la promotion, par des producteurs engagés, de valeurs se voulant alternatives à celles de l économie classique.This thesis focuses on solidarity economy s certification labels, charters and participatory systems, as quality devices . It contributes to the sociological analysis of these devices, in a sector in which they are increasing in number and have become more diverse since the 1990 s. This investigation relies on interviews in twelve networks (fair-trade, community-supported agriculture, LETS ), observations, document analysis and the administration of a questionnaire.The history of these measures accounts for the role they play in the construction of a collective identity. The way they operate raises democratic issues. Their underlying representations of confidence and quality reveal the positioning of these networks on standard production and in relation to each other. Their uses as economic and identity-shaping tools need to be viewed as part of a protest strategy adopted by the networks most active members. Differences in expectations among network members give rise to difficulty in implementing quality measures.
