    Fuzzy logic controlofgantry crane system

    The use of gantry crane systems for transporting payload is very common in industrial application. However, moving the payload using the crane is not an easy task especially when strict specifications on the swing angle and on the transfer time need to be satisfied. To overcome this problem, an intelligent gantry crane system had been introduced. Fuzzy logic controllers were adopted, designed and implemented for controlling payload position as well as the swing angle of the gantry crane. Fuzzy logic defines rules that determine the behavior of the system using word descriptions instead of mathematical equations also fuzzy logic control algorithms can be used to solve problems that are difficult to address with traditional control techniques. Fuzzy control strategy is proposed to control the stability of crane work

    Integration of the Kosovo road network in the Pan-European network, means, first of all, to establish a road system and infrastructure that is in accordance with the requirements and standards of Pan-European road networks, and secondly, to use / promote the geographical position of the Kosovo main road network, making it able to meet the requirements of Pan-European road networks. Beside the fulfillment of the constructive/ technical / geometrical requirements towards the road infrastructure, the road transport network needs to guarantee to its users a high, uniform and continuous level of services, as well as road commodity and safety. In this thesis, there is also treated the position of the Kosovo road network, the main road directions of Kosovo and its compatibility with the needs of the Pan-European connection, the roads and corridors of the Balkans in context to the Pan-European corridors. In the continuation of the thesis, through the Software Trans CAD, there is conducted the analysis and the modeling of the Kosovo and Balkan road network, the analysis of the best connection and the shortest roads of Balkan countries. The identification of obstruction and the presentation of possibilities for the orientation of the flux of goods in a shorter road, in the function of reduced transport costs. The comparison of advantages and disadvantages of the existing roads (the eighth Pan-European corridor, the Tenth Pan-European Corridor, Via Egnatia etc), the economical sustainability and competition, the service quality, limitations (both natural, environmental / season or humane), transport capacities

    Historically, services in the government institutions were developed indifferent hardware and software platforms. In these conditions, emerges forintegration of these platforms is crucial for creating possibility to provide servicesfor citizens and businesses based on the web (web services) in all government institutions without knowing government hierarchy. There are a lot of studies whichtends to solve these kind of issues. The purpose of this study, based on analysis done in existing hardware and software systems, is to propose platform based on SOA which will support these web services. After final analysis of these web services we would recommend integrated platform which will enable government institutions to 'talk' to each other. This obviously will increase the efficiency between government institutions also will increase the citizens sanctification andefficiency. Web services based on this integration will allow quantitative and qualitative services, which will decrease the cost of the services provided intraditional way from the government institutions. These kind of services can be usedfor G2G, G2B, B2G services. Hardware and software platforms independence offers huge advantages for others systems which would like to be part of this integrated and interconnect platform

    The future of health care may be in “predictive health” that emphasizes prediction instead of diagnosis. Nowadays, the researchers are mining the data provided in social networks, aiming in prediction of diverse phenomena like social, political, medical, etc. The first part of the paper outlines the e-Health revolution phenomena. Next, we are focused on proposing a searching algorithm for predicting children general diseases in FYROM. The prediction task of the health related issues of specific people from noisy data is taken into consideration. We offer a model that can predict children general diseases with high percentage precision and good semantic recall on the basis of special designed ontology and social ties with other people, as revealed by their posts in social networks which is advised to be used by young mothers in our country. Also the architecture for ontology to database conversion is suggested and ready for implementation

    Energy Efficiency Optimization by Spectral Efficiency Maximization in 5G Networks

    Energy and spectral efficiency are the mainchallenges in 5th generation of mobile cellular networks.In this paper, we propose an optimization algorithmto optimize the energy efficiency by maximizing thespectral efficiency. Our simulation results show a significantincrease in terms of spectral efficiency as well asenergy efficiency whenever the mobile user is connectedto a low power indoor base station. By applying theproposed algorithm, we show the network performanceimprovements up to 9 bit/s/Hz in spectral efficiency and20 Gbit/Joule increase in energy efficiency for the mobileuser served by the indoor base station rather than by theoutdoor base station

    THE FACTORS INFLUENCING GROSS DOMESTIC PRODUCT GROWTH IN THE POST-PANDEMIC PERIOD: THE CASE OF KOSOVO

    This paper examined the factors that influenced the Gross Domestic Product growth (GDP) in the post-Covid-19 period in Kosovo. This paper explored the impact of consumption, remittances, exports, imports, and inflation on Kosovo's GDP growth using fixed effects regression analysis with data from various secondary sources to analyze their impact from Kosovo's perspective. The results demonstrated that consumption, remittances, and exports had a statistically significant influence on GDP growth during the post-pandemic economic lockdown stage, whereby imports and inflation had a little inverse relation. Further, the Hausman test statistics on the adequacy of the fixed-effect model selection represent a superior performance compared to the random effect model. The paper is the first that extensively explores the impact of these factors that drove GDP growth in the post-pandemic period in Kosovo's economy. The novelty of this paper is that it recognizes the response of governments to the pandemic and accurately identifies the macroeconomic factors that influenced GDP growth.      &nbsp

    The focus of the research study is set on analyzes of the reliability of software application, aiming to determine the ways of measurement and determine the parameters of a reliable software application through the case study realized. Measurements of software reliability are important because it can be used to plan and control resources while implementing the software application and offer reliability regarding the correctness of the developed software. Throughout the study we elaborate the analyses of different problems that are encountered in order to maintain a higher level of reliable software application, especially the systems that are more complex and the process of their implementation depends on sensitive data. Furthermore we elaborate ways of detailed analysis and studies in achieving the reliability of software application and researches on the assessment of reliability of the software, and the measurement of the level of the failures in order to realize the level of reliability of a software application
