    The authors present data on the current situation regarding the organization of electricity exports and analyze the potential of the Russian Far East in electricity production in the context of the financial and investment interaction between China and Russia. The research showed that by building up its own export potential in the electricity power industry will allow Russia to strengthen the existing electric power complex of the Russian regions bordering with China making qualitative changes in the structure of the trade balance between these countries with respect to energy resources.peer-reviewe

    Formation of an integrated financial regulation system of transport corporations’ economic development

    Scientific findings of this article correspond with the fact that the development of interacting business entities is quite diverse. This affects the efficiency of corporations’ budget management. So, a need arises to adjust the financial assets applied to the development of integrated enterprises, basing on their economic compatibility evaluation. Authors suggest using the companies’ development intensity determined by the increasing qualitative business activity indicators compared to the increasing quantitative ones. Theoretical economics gives no clear definition of compatibility of developing companies. Economic practices do not pay proper attention to the development of effective financial regulation of economic development of companies integrated into a corporation. The article suggests original definitions of economic compatibility as well as the model of forming the integrated system of transport companies’ economic development on the basis of morphological approach.     Assessment of entrepreneurial territorial attractiveness by the ranking method

    The relevance of the researched problem is caused by existence of differentiation in development of separate regional units (urban districts and municipalities) within the region. The aim of this article is to offer a method, which determines the level of differentiation in development of various components of the region, and also in producing a set of recommendations for local government administration to achieve higher level in development of their territories. The leading approach to the research of this problem is the ranking method of regional units according to cumulative socioeconomic potential and integral risk. The results of the research are: the estimation procedure for entrepreneurial territorial attractiveness is offered and tried out, with the use of municipal formations of the Samara region as an example; the advantages and “bottlenecks” in development of the concrete urban district are educed; specific measures for realization of advantages and (or) elimination of “bottlenecks” are offered. The materials of the research can be useful for developing strategy for improvement of the region by regional public authorities, for leveling-off of social and economic differentiation of separate regional units, and also for developing of scientifically based municipal programs of support and development of entrepreneurship. © 2016 Karpova et al

    Age changes of blood microcirculation in students and sportsmen under the influence of physical training

    Age specifi c features of blood microcircula詛 on reac誛 vity in students and athletes (freestyle wrestling at the level of candidates for a master of sports) are studied for 18 to 21 years under the infl uence of a dosed physical training. Signifi cant diff erences in the values of the most parameters characterizing the microcircula萋 on of blood at rest were observed between the 4 age groups under examina裻 on, both in students and athletes with diff erent levels of the microcircula萋 on index, and it was shown that the contribu詻 on of ac詻 ve modula脫 ons of the blood fl ow to the forma裻 on of its profi le is more important. Regular exercise changes the age dependence of the level of muscle 詻 ssue perfusion, as well as the amplitude of blood fl ow fl uctua詻 ons in 裻 ssues. Essen裻 al diff erences in the eff ect of physical training on the eff ec譋 veness of microcircula譋 on in stu- dents and athletes have been established, depending on the value of the microcircula誛 on index. The results indicate the need to take into account the hierarchy of regulatory mechanisms in the selec荫 on of the intensity of physical training, as well as the possibility of a targeted eff ect on respiratory-pulse modula講 on in the microvasculature and, consequently, on their ra譛 o, by means of dosed physical training

    Probing a Complex of Cytochromecand Cardiolipin by Magnetic Circular Dichroism Spectroscopy: Implications for the Initial Events in Apoptosis

    Oxidation of cardiolipin (CL) by its complex with cytochrome c (cyt c) plays a crucial role in triggering apoptosis. Through a combination of magnetic circular dichroism spectroscopy and potentiometric titrations, we show that both the ferric and ferrous forms of the heme group of a CL:cyt c complex exist as multiple conformers at a physiologically relevant pH of 7.4. For the ferric state, these conformers are His/Lys- and His/OH–-ligated. The ferrous state is predominantly high-spin and, most likely, His/–. Interconversion of the ferric and ferrous conformers is described by a single midpoint potential of -80 ± 9 mV vs SHE. These results suggest that CL oxidation in mitochondria could occur by the reaction of molecular oxygen with the ferrous CL:cyt c complex in addition to the well-described reaction of peroxides with the ferric form

    This paper summarizes the results of electrophoretic and other studies of exopolymeric substances (EPS) of probiotic lactobacilli and. bifidobacteria of human origin. It finds that EPS of lactobacilli were significantly less produced and. low stained with fluorescent dye compared to bifidobacterial ones. For the first time, the systems of biosurfactants of bacilli and. bifidobacteria were identified. Also the pictures of physical layer EPS gradients of bifidobacteria were described for the first time. Part of EPS included cationic latent biosurfactants. Perspective features of EPS are described. The used approaches are suitable for both screening probiotic producers of EPS and. monitoring EPS consumption or degradation. Electrophoresis in pore gels can be used for obtaining directed 3D gradients of EPS associated with (glyco)proteins and. (glyco)lipids

    Objective: optimization of the technique and study of the possibilities of MR-elastography in assessing the rigidity of the pancreatic parenchyma under normal conditions, with fibrotic changes and adenocarcinoma. Materials and methods. MR elastography was performed for 15 patients with no history and clinical laboratory data indicating the presence of pancreatic diseases, 20 patients with pancreatic adenocarcinoma at the stage of preoperative planning to assess the rigidity of the tumor and parenchyma, in order to predict the probability of pancreatic fistulas. With the application of special software, the quantitative values of stiffness in kPa were calculated, a qualitative analysis of the state of the parenchyma was carried out using color parametric maps. Results. The stiffness of the pancreatic parenchyma normally ranged from 1,54 to 2,87 kPa, averaging 2,5 kPa. The unchanged parenchyma was characterized by blue staining on color parametric maps in the hardness range from 0 to 8 kPa, violet in the range from 0 to 20 kPa. In patients with a tumor process in all cases there was a low-grade adenocarcinoma of the pancreatic head, verified by histological data. The rigidity of adenocarcinoma varied from 6 to 9 kPa, on the color parametric maps there was a red staining of the tumor in the range of hardness of 0– 8 kPa, yellow in the range of 0–20 kPa. In the postoperative period, the pancreatic fistula on the background of preoperative preparation was formed only in 3 patients with normal pancreatic parenchyma, according to elastography rigidity indicators. Conclusion. MR-elastography is an informative method for quantitative and qualitative analysis of the stiffness of pancreatic parenchyma, and effective instrument for predicting the development of pancreatic fistulas.Цель исследования: оптимизация методики и изучение возможностей МР-эластографии в оценке жесткости паренхимы поджелудочной железы в норме, при фиброзных изменениях и аденокарциноме. Материалы и методы. МР-эластография проведена 15 пациентам с отсутствием анамнеза и клинико-лабораторных данных о наличии заболеваний поджелудочной железы, 20 пациентам с аденокарциномой поджелудочной железы на этапе планирования радикального оперативного вмешательства для оценки жесткости опухоли и паренхимы, не вовлеченной в опухолевый процесс, с целью прогнозирования вероятности развития панкреатической фистулы. С помощью специального программного обеспечения рассчитывались количественные значения жесткости в килопаскалях (кПа), проводился качественный анализ состояния паренхимы по цветовым параметрическим картам. Результаты. Жесткость паренхимы поджелудочной железы в норме составила от 1,54 до 2,87 кПа, в среднем 2,5 кПа. Неизмененная паренхима характеризовалась синим окрашиванием на цветовых параметрических картах в диапазоне жесткости от 0 до 8 кПа, фиолетовым — в диапазоне от 0 до 20 кПа. У пациентов с опухолевым процессом во всех случаях имела место низкодифференцированная аденокарцинома головки поджелудочной железы, верифицированная по данным гистологического исследования. Жесткость аденокарцином варьировала от 6 до 9 кПа, на цветовых параметрических картах отмечалось красное окрашивание опухоли в диапазоне жесткости 0–8 кПа, желтое — в диапазоне 0–20 кПа. Нормальные показатели жесткости в паренхиме тела и хвоста поджелудочной железы у пациентов с аденокарциномой отмечены у 8 больных, умеренное повышение жесткости от 3 до 5 кПа — у 9, значительное от 5 до 9 кПа — у 3 человек. Панкреатическая фистула в постоперационном периоде на фоне предоперационной подготовки сформировалась только у 3 пациентов с нормальными по данным эластографии показателями жесткости паренхимы поджелудочной железы. Заключение. МРэластография является информативным методом количественной и качественной оценки жесткости паренхимы поджелудочной железы, эффективна в прогнозировании развития панкреатической фистулы

    Magnetostimulated Chandges of Microhardness in Potassium Acid Phthalate Crystals

    A decrease in microhardness along the (010) cleavage in potassium acid phthalate single crystals by 15--18% after the application of a permanent magnetic field was revealed for the first time. It is shown that the effect revealed is of the volume character. The role of interlayer water in the processes stimulated by a magnetic field is studied., Interlayer water plays does not cause the observed changes it only plays the part of an indicator of these changes in potassium acid phthalate crystals in a magnetic field. It is established that microhardness in the (100) plane of the crystal in an applied a magnetic field first increases by 12--15% and then remains constant in time within the accuracy of the experiment. The possibility of varying the crystal structure of potassium acid phthalate crystals by applying magnetic fields inducing rearrangement in the system of hydrogen bonds or in the defect structure is discussed.Comment: 6 pages, 7 figure
