Participant-oriented planning and evaluation of in-service teacher training

Voraussetzung erfolgreicher Lernorganisation für lernende Lehrer sind nicht nur Inhalte und Methoden, sondern Mitbeteiligung und Akzeptanz durch die Teilnehmer. Aus Fortbildungserfahrungen mit Lehrern werden Formen beschrieben, die adressatenbezogene Planung und Erfolgsorientierung ermöglichen. Vor allem wird Wert gelegt auf Erhebungs- und Beobachtungsmethoden, die 1. in den Kurs integriert sind oder interne Rückspiegelungen zulassen und deshalb weder als funktional erfahren werden noch die begrenzte Zeit inhaltsleer beanspruchen, 2. Hilfsmittel für die Orientierung im Lernprozeß bereitstellen, 3. Selbsteinschätzung und Kurswahrnehmung der Teilnehmer verdeutlichen, um Wahrnehmungen der Kursleitung zu korrigieren. Im Mittelpunkt steht die These, daß nicht nur der einzelne Kurs Nutzen aus Erhebungen zieht, sondern jede zielgruppenorientierte Planung: Die Erhebung wirkt über den Augenblick, für den sie gemacht ist, hinaus. Dabei wird für die Vorausplanung nicht nur die Typik der Lehrerrolle herangezogen, sondern auch die Erfahrung: Lehrer wissen, was Lehrer brauchen. (DIPF/Orig.)Since teachers themselves know best what teachers need, the author arguments for a planning and evaluating of teacher training courses which allow for a better adaptation of courses to teachers. Most important are methods of Observation and feedback which are 1. integrated elements of the training, 2. useful means for modifying the learning process within the course, and 3. helpful to illustrate the perception of the course and the results by the participants

Perspectives on what to believe : the information-sensitivity of the doxastic 'should' and its implications for normative epistemology

This thesis explores the extent to which the doxastic ‘should’ is information-sensitive and the implications of this for a number of debates in normative epistemology. The doxastic ‘should’ is a special case of the deontic modal ‘should’ and occurs in sentences such as ‘You shouldn’t believe everything you read online’. In the recent semantics literature, it has been suggested that the deontic ‘should’ is information-sensitive, meaning that sentences of the form ‘S should do A’ are relativized to information-states. After a short introductory chapter, I survey the relevant semantics literature in chapter 2 and provide a simplified contextualist semantics for the doxastic ‘should’, according to which the truth-conditions of sentences containing the doxastic ‘should’ vary with the information-state provided by their context of utterance. In chapters 3 to 6, I discuss the different kinds of information-states the doxastic ‘should’ can be relativized to and how the respective relativization matters for normative epistemology. Chapter 3 argues that the doxastic ‘should’ has a subjective and an objective sense and that this distinction solves the apparent conflict between subjective epistemic norms and the truth norm for belief. Chapter 4 addresses the question of how one should react to misleading higher-order evidence. I propose that two seemingly opposing views on this issue, Steadfastness and Concilliationism, are both correct. In a sense of ‘should’ that is relativized to one’s first-order evidence, one should remain steadfast in the face of misleading higher-order evidence, but in another sense, which is relativized to one’s higher-order evidence, one shouldn’t. In chapters 5 and 6, I argue that when we advise others on what they should believe, we talk about what they should believe in light of their and our joint evidence. Chapter 7 concludes this thesis with a defence of contextualist semantics for the doxastic ‘should’ against truth-relativist challenges

Producing detailed guidelines for appraisals:And OECD experience

In the 70s, the OECD set up an interdisciplinary team to develop and test guidelines for the appraisal o f multipurpose water projects (dams, flood control, irrigation, etc). Two prerequistes were identified: the customer must have sufficient knowledge to define the terms of reference, and the study leader must be conversant with the other disciplines involved.The team produced guidelines for the kinds of report to be prepared at each of five stages in appraising and evaluating such projects. These guidelines were then tested by local teams in seven countries, and final revisions were incorporated into an OECD book published in 1985

Разрабатываемого устройство "Акустические выключатели света" (звуковой выключатель света) используются для управления освещением с помощью звукового сигнала (громкого звука или хлопка). Данное устройство можно использовать не только для включения/выключения освещения, но и для любой бытовой техники, аппаратуры, и различных приборов. Устройство сможет дополнить систему умного дома, производить профилактику COVID-19 из-за использования бесконтактного управления устройствами, освещением в общественных местах, учебных корпусах и др.The design object is the development of an acoustic lighting switch. The purpose of the work is to develop an acoustic lighting switch (LED tape), simulate the circuit and write a lighting control program. The "Acoustic Light Switches" device being developed (sound light switch) is used to control lighting using an audio signal (loud sound or cotton). This device can be used not only for switching on/off lighting, but also for any household appliances, equipment, and various devices. The device will be able to supplement the smart home system, prevent COVID-19 due to the use of contactless control of devices, lighting in public places, educational buildings, etc

Videoleitfaden aus dem Teilprojekt „Kompetenzen der Wahrnehmung, Interpretation, Antizipation von Unterrichtsprozessen sowie der Generierung von Handlungsstrategien mittels Videoanalyse erwerben” des Forschungsprojekts „Know how to teach (K2teach) - Grundlegende Handlungskompetenzen für eine adaptive Unterrichtspraxis im Studium erwerben”

Lehrpersonen müssen im Unterricht die wichtigen Merkmale einer Situation schnell erkennen, um angemessen darauf reagieren zu können. Dies umfasst neben der Situationsdiagnose auch das Antizipieren von möglichen Handlungsverläufen, um geeignete Handlungsstrategien identifizieren zu können. Diese Kompetenzen werden auch als professionelle Wahrnehmung bezeichnet. Studien belegen, dass die Kompetenzen der professionellen Wahrnehmung durch die Analyse von Unterrichtsaufnahmen bereits in der universitären Lehramtsausbildung gefördert werden können. Um Studierende beim Aufbau dieser Kompetenzen zu unterstützen, wer- den im K2teach-Projekt Unterrichtsaufnahmen für die Bereiche Didaktik der Biologie, Politikdidaktik und Allgemeine Grundschulpädagogik erstellt. Um eine ressourcenorientierte und nachhaltige Produktion zu gewährleisten, werden die Dreharbeiten mit studentischen MitarbeiterInnen realisiert. Der vorliegende Leitfaden dokumentiert die Schritte dieser Produktion. Er soll ferner als Unterstützung für die Durchführung ähnlicher Projekte dienen
