    Zdravstveni turizam obuhvaća velik broj specijaliziranih sadrţaja i usluga na putovanjima motiviranim potrebom za unapreĎenjem zdravlja i poboljšanjem kvalitete ţivota te se očekuje da će do 2030. godine postati najveći pokretač turističkih putovanja. Strategija razvoja turizma RH do 2020. kao i Nacionalna strategija razvoja zdravstva Hrvatske 2012.-2020. prepoznaju tri oblika zdravstvenog turizma i to wellness, lječilišni i medicinski turizam. Područje Makarske rivijere tradicionalno je turistički orijentirana destinacija koja posjeduje iznimne prirodne ljepote, povoljnu klimu, sigurnost, konkurentne cijene i općenito dobru reputaciju. MeĎutim loše upravljanje i strateško planiranje doveli su u pitanje opstanak i razvoj zdravstvenog turizma na promatranom području. Da bi se promatrano područje moglo kvalitetno razviti i unaprijediti svoju ponudu zdravstvenog turizma potrebno je istraţiti vlastite resurse i postojeću ponudu te istraţiti konkurentno okruţenje i pronaći nove ideje i koncepte za daljnje djelovanje. Kvalitetan primjer i uzor za daljnje djelovanje moţe se pronaći u Istarskoj ţupaniji koja ima još dosta prostora za razvoj, meĎutim za početak moţe posluţiti kao izvrstan uzor i izvor ideja za budući razvoj Makarske rivijere. Kako bi se ostvarili ţeljeni rezultati prvenstveno je potrebno stvoriti podlogu za daljnji razvoj i nove investicije u ovaj oblik turizma. Potrebno je razriješiti problem neusklaĎenosti zakona, usmjeriti napore u suradnju svih aktera potrebnih za razvoj kvalificiranih i stručnih kadrova te pokrenuti vlasničko i trţišno restrukturiranje u različite oblike javno-privatnog partnerstva koji dovode do proširenja i produbljenja ponude zdravstvenog turizma.Health tourism includes a large number of specialized treatments and services during travel motivated by a wish to improve health and life quality and it is expected to become the major promoter of tourist travel by 2030. Tourism Development Strategy of the Republic of Croatia, as well as the Croatian National Health Care Strategy 2012-2020 recognize three types of health tourism - wellness, spa and medical tourism. The Makarska Riviera region is traditionally a tourism oriented destination that possesses outstanding natural beauty, favourable climate, safety, competitive prices and a good reputation in general. Poor management and strategic planning, however, called into question the survival and development of health tourism in the mentioned area. In order to improve the development quality of the observed region and its health tourism offer, it is necessary to research its own resources and the current offer, examine the competitive environment, find new ideas and concepts for further actions. A glowing example of quality and good service is the Istria county that, although it still has space for developing, can be taken as a role model for the future development of Makarska Riviera. Creating a basis for further development and bringing new investments into this type of tourism are the necessary means to achieve the desired objective. It is also of great importance to solve the inconsistencies in law, to aim the effort into cooperation of all the parties needed in educating qualified and skilled personnel, and to initiate ownership and market restructuration in different forms of public - private partnership that lead to expansion and deepening of the health tourism offer

    Cilj ovog završnog rada je ukazati na mogućnosti koje nudi marketing i vaţnost jaĉanja imidţa amaterskog sportskog kluba kroz razvoj marketinga. Prikazan je pozitivan sluĉaj tj. profesionalni klub koji dobro upravlja marketingom te amaterski klub koji ima dosta prostora za napredovanje u izgradnji vlastitog imidţa i financijske situacije. Stoga je bitno da amaterski klubovi krenu sa primjenom marketinga u sportu koristeći se web marketingom, raznim medijima i dogaĊanjima kako bi skrenuli pozornost na sebe te tako privukli ulaganja. TakoĊer je zadatak privući veću posjećenost i zainteresiranost fanova kluba te promoviranje mladih talenata što i je glavna vizija kluba.The aim of this paper is to point out the possibilities marketing enables as well as the importance of amateur sports club image improvement through the marketing development. There is a positive case, namely the professional club with successful marketing management, and an amateur club that has a chance of improving its own image and financial situation. Therefore it is of essential importance for clubs to start with marketing implementation using web marketing, various media and events to draw attention and thus attract investors. Another significant task is to attract audience and interest of the club fans and also to promote young talents that actually is the primary vision of the club

    Repeatability of mastoid process measurement on dry bone and MSCT scans

    Cilj: Utvrditi mogućnost ponovljivosti mjerenja mastoidnog nastavaka na suhoj kosti i MSCT snimkama. Metode: Mjerenje je provedeno u laboratoriju za forenzičnu i biološku antropologiju Sveučilišta u Splitu dva puta od strane jednog mjeritelja, s vremenskim odmakom od dva dana. Pri mjerenju su se koristile smjernice iz priručnika Standardne metode prema postupcima za prikupljanje podataka za forenzički skeletni materijal 2.0., u kojemu je duljina mastoidnog nastavka definirana kao udaljenost od točke porion (po) (gornja točka na vanjskom slušnom kanalu) do točke mastoidale (ms) (najniža točka na mastoidnom nastavku). Mjeren je desni mastoidni nastavka na trideset lubanja koje su dio osteološke zbirke Sveučilišnog odjela za forenzične znanosti. Mjerenje je provedeno na suhoj kosti uz pomoć pomične mjerke, a mastoidni nastavak na MSCT snimkama, iz virtualne baze Sveučilišta, je mjeren rabeći računalni program Stratovan, Software Verzija 2020.10.13.0859 (Stratovan Corporation, Davis, CA). Ponovljivost mjerenja ispitanja je na temelju tehnike izračuna relativne tehničke pogreške mjerenja (rTEM) zadane ≤ 1,5 %, i koeficijenta pouzdanosti od 0,95. Rezultati: Nakon provedene statističke analize podataka dobivene su vrijednosti: tehnička pogreška mjerenja (TEM) u rasponu od 1,57-1,97 mm, što je više od dozvoljenih 1,5 mm, relativna tehnička pogreška mjerenja (rTEM) u rasponu od 4,86-6,00 %, koja je neprihvatljiva razina pogreške unutar promatrača jer bi trebala biti ≤ 1,5 %, te koeficijent pouzdanosti (R) u rasponu od 0,59-0,77 koji rezultat nije zadovoljavajući jer se njegova vrijednost kreće od 0 (nije pouzdano) do 1 (potpuna pouzdanost), a u ovo radu je odabran koeficijent pouzdanosti od 0.95. Zaključci: Mjerenje mastoidnog nastavka iziskuje antropološko iskustvo i dobro predznanje anatomije lubanje, te kontinuirani rad na mjerenju kosturnih ostatak zbog stjecanja vještine. Za mjerenja na MSCT snimkama trebalo bi proći određenu obuku iz radiološke obrade podataka. Ponovljivost mjerenja mastoidnog nastavka uvjetovana je iskustvom i stručnošću mjeritelja jer je isti vrlo složen za analiziranje zbog svoje anatomske strukture.Aim: To determine the repeatability of mastoid process measurement on dry bone and MCST scans. Methods: The measurement was performed by one person, and it was carried out in the laboratory for forensic and biological anthropology of the University of Split, twice, with a time gap of two days. Measurements were made using the guidelines from the Standard Methods for Data Collection Procedures for Forensic Skeletal Material 2.0 manual, in which the length of the mastoid process is defined as the distance from the porion (po) (upper point on the external auditory canal) to the mastoid (ms) (the lowest point on the mastoid process). Measurements of the right mastoid process were performed on thirty skulls from the osteological collection from the University Department of Forensic Sciences. The measurement was made on dry bone with the help of a caliper, and the mastoid process on MSCT images, from the University's virtual database, was measured using Stratovan, Software Version 2020.10.13.0859 (Stratovan Corporation, Davis, CA). The repeatability of the test measurement is based on the calculation technique of the relative technical error of measurement (rTEM) set at ≤ 1.5%, and a reliability coefficient of 0.95. Results: After the statistical data analysis, the following values were obtained: technical error of measurement (TEM) in the range of 1.57-1.97 mm, which is more than the allowed 1.5 mm, relative technical error of measurement (rTEM) in the range of 4.86-6.00 %, which is an unacceptable level of intra-observer error because it should be ≤ 1.5 %, and a reliability coefficient (R) in the range of 0.59-0.77 which result is not satisfactory because its value ranges are from 0 (not reliable) to 1 (complete reliability), and in this study was chosen the reliability coefficient of 0.95. Conclusions: Measuring the mastoid process requires anthropological experience and a good previous knowledge of skull anatomy, as well as continuous work on measuring skeletal remains to achieve skills. For measurements on MSCT images, the measurer should undergo certain training in radiological data processing. The repeatability of the measurement of the mastoid process is conditioned by the experience and expertise of the measurer because it is very complex to analyze due to its anatomical structure

    Za rani period srednjeg vijeka ne postoji puno originalnih povijesnih izvora. Uz Ljetopis popa Dukljanina, dva glavna djela za proučavanje tog razdoblja hrvatske povijesti su De administrando imperio Konstantina Porfirogeneta i Historia Salonitana Tome Arhiđakona. Upravo zato što se oskudijeva s ostalim povijesnim izvorima, ova djela su od iznimne važnosti za proučavanje hrvatske povijesti. U ovom diplomskom radu je naglasak stavljen na korelaciju između Porfirogenetovog i Tominog pisanja u njihovim djelima. Proučavajući stručnu literaturu, nastoji se ne samo utvrditi postoji li korelacija između njih dvojice što se tiče pisanja već se i pokazuje o kakvoj je tu korelaciji riječ. Taj posao je moguć zato što se ponekad kod obojice pisaca preklapaju teme o kojima pišu. Tu se uglavnom radi o spominjanju ljudi i događaja vezanih za područje Splita i Dalmacije u 6/7 st. p. Kr. Kroz analizu stručne literature koja je već pručavala ovaj problem, može se doći do zaključka da su obojica autora koristili ponekad iste izvore na temelju kojih su oni kasnije dalje razvijali svoju priču. Naravno, obojica su interpretirali informacije koje bi dobili iz izvora na način koji im je najviše odgovarao, a isto tako su i prema svojim interesima razvijali daljnu priču. Kad se uzme u obzir kontekst i milje kojima obojica autora pripadaju, to i nije čudno.There aren't so many historical sources for studying Croatian early history, especially it's early medieval part. Opus of the Constantine VII. Porphyrogenitus and his work, populary known as De administrando imperio, and the opus of the Thomas the Archdeacon and his work called Historia Salonitana, are the most important and almost only sources for that period. In this thesis is shown what is already found out about their writting. Of course, there is no doubt that they were sometimes writting about same people, facts, events, wars etc. This is normal because sometimes their interests and focuses overlap. Porphyrogenitus in his work covered much more bigger area than Thomas did, but both of them were writting about Split, Dalmatia and the historical and ethnological happenings in that area in the early medevial. So, this thesis begins with the facts about their lifes and their opus. The second and the fundamental part shows what is written in the literature about their writtings about Split, Dalmatia, people and the nations in that area etc. Scientists have already founded some similiraties between their work. They probably used same or similar sources for some topics. This overlap between them is the most important part of this thesis and it is explained very minutely

    Isprava kojom kralj Zvonimir daje Bračanima pravo na slobodnu trgovinu se smatra falsifikatom. Znanstvenici koji su se bavili tom problematikom su uočili više podataka koji idu u prilog toj tezi. Zanimljivo je istaknuti da kod nekih drugih Zvonimirovih isprava postoje znanstveni prijepori radi li se o falsifikatima ili ne dok za ovu ispravu gotovo svi zastupaju tezu da je riječ o falsifikatu. Ovaj rad pokušava odgovoriti na to pitanje prvenstveno kroz analizu i usporedbu filoloških i diplomatičkih obilježja ove isprave s ostalim Zvonimirovim ispravama te kroz prikaz povijesnog konteksta koji obuhvaća ovu ispravu. Rezultati se podudaraju s dosadašnjim zaključcima. Naime, uočeno je previše odstupanja u diplomatičkoj analizi isprave, u filološkoj analizi i usporedbi je primjećeno da se neka imena i oblici napisani na taj način nalaze samo u ovoj ispravi, a i povijesni kontekst je takav da nije postojala stvarna potreba za izdavanjem isprave. Sve to nepobitno ukazuje na to da je ova isprava falsifikat, i da je vjerojatno nastala iz određenih povijesno-političkih potreba u kasnijem razdoblju.The document which is used by Croatian king Zvonimir to give people from Brač right to free trade is considered to be a forgery. Scientists who have studied that issue, already found lot of arguments for that thesis. While, there is still controversy about authentication of some other documents of the king Zvonimir, this one is considered by most of the scientists to be a forgery. In this thesis has been done diplomatic and philological analysis of the problem and also comparison to the other documents of the king Zvonimir. This thesis also provides insight on the historical and political conditions that were current at the time of issue of the document. The results coincide with previous findings. It was noted too many discrepancies in diplomatical analysis of the document, in philological analysis and comparison with other Zvonimir's documents has been observed that some names and forms written in this way can only be founded in this document, and the historical context is such that there was no real need for the release of the document. All this unequivocally indicates that this document is forgery, and that was probably created because of the historical and political need at later period
