Higher Order Integrability in Generalized Holonomy

Supersymmetric backgrounds in M-theory often involve four-form flux in addition to pure geometry. In such cases, the classification of supersymmetric vacua involves the notion of generalized holonomy taking values in SL(32,R), the Clifford group for eleven-dimensional spinors. Although previous investigations of generalized holonomy have focused on the curvature \Rm_{MN}(\Omega) of the generalized SL(32,R) connection \Omega_M, we demonstrate that this local information is incomplete, and that satisfying the higher order integrability conditions is an essential feature of generalized holonomy. We also show that, while this result differs from the case of ordinary Riemannian holonomy, it is nevertheless compatible with the Ambrose-Singer holonomy theorem.Comment: 19 pages, Late

Generalized curvature and the equations of D=11 supergravity

It is known that, for zero fermionic sector, the bosonic equations of Cremmer-Julia-Scherk eleven-dimensional supergravity can be collected in a compact expression which is a condition on the curvature of the generalized connection. Дисертація присвячена визначенню змісту та особливостей забезпечення Національною поліцією України публічної безпеки і порядку. Розкриваються особливості публічної безпеки і порядку як об’єктів адміністративно-правової охорони і захисту. Визначаються сутність та завдання державного управління публічною безпекою і порядком. Встановлюються особливості та структура адміністративно-правового статусу Національної поліції як суб’єкта забезпечення публічної безпеки і порядку. Опрацьовуються особливості організаційно-штатної структури Національної поліції як суб’єкта забезпечення публічної безпеки і порядку. Встановлюються рівні та види, форми та методи правоохоронної діяльності Національної поліції у сфері забезпечення публічної безпеки і порядку. Характеризуються правовідносини взаємодії і координації у сфері забезпечення Національною поліцією публічної безпеки і порядку. Пропонуються шляхи удосконалення адміністративного законодавства, яке регламентує діяльність Національної поліції України у сфері публічної безпеки і порядку.Диссертация посвящена исследованию административно-правового обеспечения Национальной полицией публичной безопасности и порядка. Анализируются нормы административного законодательства Украины в данной сфере. Рассматриваются понятия «публичная безопасность и порядок», «административно-правовое регулирование обеспечения Национальной полицией публичной безопасности и порядка», «эффективность обеспечения Национальной полицией публичной безопасности и порядка» и др. Определено, что публичная безопасность – это уровень защищенности жизненно важных для государства, общества и каждого отдельного лица интересов, прав, свобод человека и гражданина, достижение которого является приоритетной задачей деятельности каждого государственного органа, органа местного самоуправления и их должностных лиц. Публичный порядок – это состояние упорядоченности публичных правоотношений и всей публичноправовой системы, при котором любое лицо, государственный орган, орган местного самоуправления, их должностные лица добровольно придерживаются правовых и морально-этических норм, культурных и других социальных правил, выполняют соответствующие предписания с целью достижения публичной безопасности и общего благосостояния. Обосновываются конкретные предложения и рекомендации по совершенствованию норм административного законодательства в сфере регулирования обеспечения Национальной полицией публичной безопасности и порядка, в частности, внесение изменений и дополнений в Закон Украины «О Национальной полиции», принятие Закона Украины «Об охране публичной безопасности и порядка», ряда ведомственных нормативно-правовых актов. Определено, что к административно-правовым формам оценки эффективности обеспечения Национальной полицией публичной безопасности и порядка относятся: 1) мониторинг отчетов о деятельности полиции в соответствующей сфере; 2) проведение аттестации полицейских, в том числе тех, которые занимают руководящие должности; 3) проведение опроса среди сотрудников полицейских органов в форме анкетирования для определения проблем и недостатков организации работы в подразделениях, оценки методов руководства, определения климата в рабочем коллективе; 4) проведение анкетирования пользователей полицейских услуг (заявителей, пострадавших от правонарушений, правонарушителей и т. д.) с целью определения качественных характеристик деятельности полиции и ее отдельных подразделений; 5) изучение общественного мнения, уровня доверия населения.The thesis is devoted to determining the content and features of ensuring public safety and order by the National Police of Ukraine. Correlation of the concept of «anticipation» with the correspondent terminology is analyzed. ПСИХОСЕМАНТИЧНА ДІАГНОСТИКА ЖИТТЄВОЇ АНТИЦИПАЦІЇ

The importance of understanding the human capacity for understanding and predicting the course of events is important in any society and in any time. The paper is aimed at analyzing the characteristic features and methodological foundations of the psychosemantic approach to investigating  anticipation  in  psychology.  The  study  of  the  individual’s  life  anticipation  is  of particular interest since it is done in terms of the system of constructs formed by each individual. Psychosemantic research of one’s own life anticipation should follow a scheme, which includes: a) detection of a system of constructs chosen by the individuals, and evaluation of the future in the context of those constructs; b) studying intercorrelations and (or) subjective probabilistic relationships between constructs; c) establishing hierarchical relationships of superordination and subordination between the constructs. These intercorrelations and subjective probabilistic approaches are de?ned with the help of the probabilistic differential method complementary.Проанализировано особенности и методологические устои психосемантического подхода в психологии. Metastability of R-Charged Black Holes

The global stability of R-charged AdS black holes in a grand canonical ensemble is examined by eliminating the constraints from the action, but without solving the equations of motion, thereby constructing the reduced action of the system. The metastability of the system is found to set in at a critical value of the chemical potential which is conjugate to the R-charge. The relation among the small black hole, large black hole and the instability is discussed. The result is consistent with the metastability found in the AdS/CFT-conjectured dual field theory. The "renormalized" temperature of AdS black holes, which has been rather ad hoc, is suggested to be the boundary temperature in the sense of AdS/CFT correspondence. Shear viscosity from R-charged AdS black holes

We compute the shear viscosity in the supersymmetric Yang-Mills theory dual to the STU background. This is a thermal gauge theory with a chemical potential. The quotient of the shear viscosity over the entropy density exhibits no deviation from the well known result 1/4\pi.Comment: 9 pages, some references updated, abstract and some typos correcte
