Notas sobre o uso do trabalho enquanto atividade terapêutica e suas interfaces com a Terapia Ocupacional

This is a theoretical-reflective essay on the development and consequent evolution of the concept of therapeutic work and its influence on the complexification of psychiatric theories, from its birth until the mid-twentieth century, configuring, at the end of this period, the emergence of the psychopathology of the work. From theorists of the time, some intersections with occupational therapy are woven, as a field of knowledge and care practices.Trata-se de ensaio teórico-reflexivo sobre o desenvolvimento e consequente evolução do conceito de trabalho terapêutico e sua influência na complexificação das teorias psiquiátricas, desde o seu nascimento até meados do século XX, configurando, ao final deste período, a emergência da psicopatologia do trabalho. A partir de teóricos da época, são tecidas algumas intersecções com a terapia ocupacional, enquanto campo de conhecimento e de práticas assistenciais

Análise da rotulagem nutricional de barras de cereais light comercializadas em Fortaleza, Ceará

Intense work routines coupled with adequate time for feeding are among the main causes of the changes in habits that led to the increase in the consumption of industrialized products. Given this reality, it is important to know the adequate nutritional labeling of these products, to assist consumers in choosing their food. Thus, this study aimed to identify the adequacy of the information on light cereal bars labels. Data collection was performed with the aid of a labeling assessment sheet, which was made based on the items required in the legislation, such as DRC 259/2002; RDC 360/2003; DRC 54/2012; and Law 10,674/03. After analyzing 11 labels of light cereal bars, 90.9% of them did not comply with the legislation, and DRC 259/2002 presented the highest percentage of non- compliance (72.7%), followed by DRC 54/2012 with 63.6% and then the DRC 360/2003 with 36.3%. Law 10,674/2003 was fulfilled by 100% of the analyzed labels. We conclude that such inadequacies give margin to errors in the choice of food by consumers.Rotinas intensas de trabalho e falta de tempo para se alimentar estão entre as principais causas para as mudanças de hábitos que levaram ao aumento do consumo de produtos industrializados. Diante dessa realidade, destaca-se a importância de conhecimento adequado da rotulagem nutricional desses produtos, a fim de auxiliar o consumidor na escolha dos alimentos. Em vista disso, este estudo teve por objetivo avaliar a adequação das informações nos rótulos de barras de cereais light. A coleta de dados foi realizada com auxílio de ficha de avaliação de rotulagem, elaborada e baseada nos itens exigidos nas legislações RDC 259/2002; RDC 360/2003; RDC 54/2012; e Lei 10.674/03. Após a análise dos 11 rótulos de barras de cereais light, observou-se o descumprimento da legislação vigente em 90,9% dos rótulos, sendo a RDC 259/2002 aquela que apresentou maior percentual de não-conformidades (72,7%), seguida da RDC 54/2012 (63,6%) e a RDC 360/2003 (36,3%). A Lei 10.674/2003 foi cumprida em 100% dos rótulos analisados. Conclui-se que tais inadequações podem implicar em indução de erro na escolha dos alimentos por parte dos consumidores

Performance’s perspectives of the occupational therapist in a Security Engineering and Labor Medicine Specialized Service (SESMT) of a tertiary university hospital

O Terapeuta Ocupacional (TO) no SESMT integra a equipe multidisciplinar ampliada, embora ainda sejam escassas as produções acerca dos aspectos teóricos e práticos envolvidos nesta práxis. Objetivo: Compreender as demandas assistidas e caracterizar a prática da TO em SESMT, no contexto de um Hospital Universitário Terciário de São Paulo. Método: Estudo retrospectivo, exploratório e descritivo realizado a partir de análise documental primária e secundária dos registros de encaminhamento e também daqueles referentes a atuação da TO neste SESMT no período de janeiro de 2018 a julho de 2019. Resultados: Este profissional ancora sua prática nas bases teóricas da saúde do trabalhador, utilizando como principal instrumento a análise da atividade laboral, buscando conhecer a organização, processo e condições de trabalho, vislumbrando a compatibilização entre elas e o potencial laborativo apresentado pelos sujeitos. Conclusão: A presença do TO na equipe do SESMT de um Hospital Universitário Terciário apresenta-se como pioneira e contribui significativamente junto as propostas e demandas oriundas deste serviço, relacionadas principalmente aos processos de adoecimentos e agravos à saúde, a compreensão das situações de trabalho, além do retorno e permanência na situação laboral.The Occupational Therapist performs at SESMT as part of a multidisciplinary amplified team, despite the production on practical and theoretical aspects involved in this practice being scarce. Objective: To understand the assisted demands and characterize the practice of OT in SESMT, in the context of a Tertiary University Hospital in São Paulo. Method: Retrospective, exploratory and descriptive study carried out based on primary and secondary documentary analysis of referral records and also those referring to OT performance in this SESMT from January 2018 to July 2019. Results: This professional anchors their practice in theoretical basis of worker’s health, using the analysis of work activity as a main instrument, seeking to understand the organization, process and work conditions, envisioning their compatibilization with the work potential presented by subjects. Conclusion: The presence of the OT in the SESMT team of a Tertiary University Hospital presents itself as a pioneer and contributes significantly to the proposals and demands arising from this service, mainly related to the processes of illness and health problems, the understanding of work situations, in addition to returning and remaining in the work situation

Therapeutic Projects and mental health services: pathways to the construction of new technologies of care

The current mental health policy has as structural axis the construction of municipal networks of services. In this context, the construction of innovative therapeutic projects is central to the development of care that attempts to overcome the asylum model. This paper forms the theoretical study of the research "The Construction of Therapeutic Projects in the Field of Mental Health: notes about the new technologies of care", which attempts to comprehend and discuss the current strategies of care developed by professionals committed to the process of change in dialogue with the authors of this field. The aspects that include the reflection on the configuration and boundaries of biomedical paradigm; the question of citizenship as condition of the new care model and the process of health work as an enabler of intended changes by the mental health field are discussed.A atual política de saúde mental tem como eixo estruturador a construção de redes municipais de serviços. Nesse contexto, a construção de projetos terapêuticos inovadores é central para o desenvolvimento da atenção que busca superar o modelo asilar. Este artigo compõe o estudo teórico da pesquisa "A Construção de Projetos Terapêuticos no Campo da Saúde Mental: apontamentos acerca das novas tecnologias de cuidado", que busca compreender e discutir as atuais estratégias de cuidado desenvolvidas por profissionais comprometidos com o processo de mudança em diálogo com os autores desse campo. Serão discutidos aspectos que incluem a reflexão sobre a configuração e limites do paradigma biomédico; sobre a questão da cidadania como pressuposto do novo modelo assistencial e sobre o processo de trabalho em saúde como possibilitador das mudanças pretendidas pelo campo da saúde mental

Rede social e atenção às pessoas com transtornos mentais: novo desafio para os serviços de saúde mental

This article is based on the results of the research project "Rede Social e Reabilitação: "RE" Descobrindo o Cotidiano de 3 usuários do Núcleo de Atenção Psicossocial II do Município de Santo André". It had as objective to know and to describe the social network of three people with severe mental problems, to identify forms of interaction and people necessities and, to compare and analyze the studied citizens' network. The citizens' social network had been apprehended from the accompaniment, participant observation, daily service experience and the interviews with familiar. The study confirmed data from literature that point to the fragility of the social networks of people with severe upheavals mental and the importance of the adoption of social networks activation strategies in the development context of care projects. It also showed the decurrently risks of the therapeutically proposals that when restricting the citizen for an extended time in the service of mental health results for feeding the social networks circuit of isolation and embitterment. In this context, the study contributes to put in doubt the role of the identified substitutes services of mental health with the orientation of the psychosocial rehabilitation.Este artigo está baseado nos resultados do projeto de pesquisa "Rede Social e Reabilitação: "RE" Descobrindo o Cotidiano de 3 usuários do Núcleo de Atenção Psicossocial II do Município de Santo André". Teve como objetivo conhecer e descrever as redes sociais de três pessoas com transtornos mentais severos, identificar formas de interação e necessidades das pessoas e por fim, comparar e analisar as redes dos sujeitos estudados. As redes sociais dos sujeitos foram apreendidas a partir do acompanhamento, observação participante, vivência no cotidiano do serviço e entrevistas com familiares. O estudo confirmou dados da literatura que apontam para a fragilidade das redes sociais de pessoas com transtornos mentais severos e a importância da adoção de estratégias de ativação de redes sociais no contexto do desenvolvimento de projetos assistenciais. Mostrou também os riscos decorrentes das proposições terapêuticas que ao restringirem o sujeito por tempo prolongado no serviço de saúde mental acabam por alimentar o circuito de isolamento e fragilização das redes sociais. Survey of fungi associated with cassava root rot from different producing regions in Brazil

Although root rot is one of the major diseases affecting Brazilian cassava (Manihot esculenta Crantz.), little is known about the diversity of root rot pathogens. In this study, diseased plants exhibiting root rot symptoms were collected from cassava-producing regions in five Brazilian states: Bahia, Sergipe, Paraíba, Maranhão, Tocantins, and Paraná. Seventy isolates were obtained and assigned to species complexes based on rDNA's ITS (internal transcribed spacer of the ribosomal DNA) region (ITS1, ITS2 and 5.8S). A total of seven species complexes was found belonging to the genus Fusarium (56/74), followed by Lasiodiplodia (8/74), Neoscytalidium (6/74), and Diaporthe/Phomopsis complex (2/74), Phytophthora, and Corallomycetella (1/74 each). These species were distributed differently according to sample locations and states, but overall, the F. solani species complex (FSSC) was the most prevalent. A number of phylogenetic lineages had not been previously reported as being associated with cassava-root rot disease, such as: F. graminearum (FGSC), F. incarnatum-equiseti (FIESC) and F. chlamydosporum (FCSC) complexes, and a phylogenetic lineage most closely related to P. phaseolorum. Results suggest the need to improve knowledge of the species associated with cassava, including multilocus phylogeny for a more specific characterization, and differences in the resistance background associated with these species, as a strategy to incorporate resistance to multiple pathogens in cassava breeding programs

Teorias e práticas de retorno e permanência no trabalho: elementos para a atuação dos terapeutas ocupacionais

The Work is one of the determining factors in the health-sickness process, and is also the central element in the construction of health and identity of individuals. Thus, both its objective aspects, such as working conditions, and the subjective and relational ones, related to the organization of work, are important for the construction of return-to-work programs that are really effective and combine the need for production of goods and services for the construction of the workers’ health. Dialoguing with the national and international literature, the aim of this article is to contribute to the debate about the aspects related to return and permanence and to create elements of reflection to the practices and theories of the Occupational Therapy in this field.O trabalho é um dos aspectos determinantes dos processos saúde e doença, além de constituir-se como elemento central na construção da saúde e da identidade dos indivíduos. Dessa forma, tanto seus aspectos objetivos, como as condições de trabalho, tanto os subjetivos e relacionais, ligados à organização do trabalho constituem-se como pontos importantes de ancoragem para construção de programas de retorno ao trabalho que sejam realmente efetivos e aliem a necessidade da produção de bens e serviços à construção da saúde dos trabalhadores. A partir de um diálogo com a literatura nacional e internacional busca-se nesse artigo contribuir com o debate acerca dos aspectos relacionados ao retorno e a permanecia no trabalho e criar elementos de reflexão para as práticas e teorias da Terapia Ocupacional nesse campo de atuação
