    Kinerja UD. Sari Purba Delima Putih pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19

    Produk pertanian sebagian besar merupakan produk yang mudah rusak pada saat, sehingga diperlukan optimalisasi pemanfaatan produk pertanian saat pascapanen. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di UD. Sari Purba Delima Putih. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT, Net Present Vaue (NPV), Net B/C, Profitability Ratio, IRR, serta analisis sensitivitas. Hasil analisis kelayakan usaha menunjukkan NPV sebesar -Rp7.627.676, nilai gross B/C ratio sebesar 0,93, nilai net B/C ratio sebesar 0,65, profitabilitas ratio sebesar 0,78 dan nilai IRR sebesar 4,15 persen. Nilai sensitifitas usaha jika investasi naik 15 persen sebesar -21,59 persen dan benefit naik 10 persen adalah sebesar -8 persen. Berdasarkan nilai kelima kriteria tersebut, maka usaha keripik UD. Sari Purba Delima Putih tidak layak secara finansial untuk dikembangkan.     In an effort to bring order among the students how to look for the image, vision and mission, UMM issued Personality Ethics Rules contained in the book Student Disciplinary Regulations and the UMM Alumni Chapter (IV) Personality Ethic, which based on the UMM Chancellor Decree No.10 of 2004 on the Disciplinary Students and Alumnus. This provision covers several aspects, including neatness hair, clothes, use of jewelry or accessories, and footwear for student use. In this regulation socializing, UMM uses some media, namely the division of Student Disciplinary Regulations book and UMM alumnus, banners installed in tempat-tempat strategic, warning lecturer, PESMABA (Introductory Studies Students New), P2KK (Training and Personality Development and Leadership), Circular Letter Islamic Dress in Month of Ramadan, and Circular for lecturers is to order the way dressed students contained in the Book of Student Development. The referred innovation here is an idea / ideas, practices or objects that the new assessed by someone. The five stages are: stage of knowledge, persuasion stage, decision stage, stage of implementation, and confirmation phase. This study uses a quantitative approach with independent variables: socialization Regulation Ethics Personality and dependent variables: student performance. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship and the direction of the relationship between personality socialization Ethics Rules the performance of students and student Department of Communication Science University Muhammadiyah Malang, and to determine whether there is a difference between the socialization Personality Ethics Regulation on the performance of students and students from Department of Communication University of Malang. The population of this study are students majoring in Communication Science Faculty of Social UMM class of 2004 with a sample of 45 respondents, with details of the 28 respondents and 17 female respondents boys, obtained by using random sampling techniques. Instruments research used questionnaires, observations, and interviews with data analysis using product moment analysis. In the analysis that has been done on the students found no significant relationship between socialization Ethics Regulation Personality of student performances Science Department Communication University of Malang. The relationship can be seen from r count when compared with the r table. Apparently the result of r count r is greater than the table on the stage signifikasnsi 5%, ie 0.470> 0.374, so that the socialization of Personality Ethics Rules have positive effect on the performance of student Department of Communication Science Muhammadiyah University of Malang. The effective contribution of socialization Ethics Rules Personality on performance of female students is 22.1%, which means 77.9% is another variable that is not studied yet sama-sama affect the appearance student. Meanwhile, in the analysis that has been made to the students proved that no significant relationship between the socialization of personality on performance Ethics Rules student Department of Communication Studies University of Malang. Relationship can be seen from r count when compared with the r table. Apparently the result of r count smaller of r signifikasnsi table at 5% level, ie 0.420> 0.482, so socialization Ethics Rules Personality was not related to the performance of students from Department of Communication University of Malang

    Forecasting Produksi dan Konsumsi Daging Ayam Broiler di Provinsi Jawa Timur

    Forecasting produksi dan konsumsi daging ayam broiler sangat penting untuk dilakukan agar menghindari kekurangan ketersediaan daging ayam broiler, sehingga dapat terpenuhinya gizi pada masyarakat terutama di Provinsi Jawa Timur. Tujuan penelitian yakni menganalisis trend produksi dan konsumsi daging ayam broiler selama tahun 2011-2020 dan forecasting pada tahun 2021-2025 serta mengidentifikasi dampak yang ditimbulkan dari produksi dan konsumsi daging ayam broiler di Provinsi Jawa Timur. Data yang digunakan berupa data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Dinas Peternakan dan Ketahanan Pangan dan Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Jawa Timur. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2011-2020 di Provinsi Jawa Timur, produksi dan konsumsi daging ayam broiler mengalami trend meningkat atau positif, namun pada tahun 2012-2013 daging ayam broiler mengalami defisit/kekurangan. Tahun 2021-2025 di Provinsi Jawa Timur menunjukkan bahwa hasil forecasting produksi dan konsumsi juga mengalami peningkatan dengan perbedaan yang sangat signifikan. Dengan demikian, karena adanya perkembangan dari produksi dan konsumsi daging ayam broiler ini maka dapat menimbulkan beberapa dampak yang dapat merugikan ataupun memberikan keuntungan dari segi aspek lingkungan maupun ekonomi di Provinsi Jawa Timur

    “Orgo Organic Farm” melakukan bisnis sayur organik mulai dari budidaya hingga pemasaran. Ketatnya persaingan bisnis sayur organik di Malang mengharuskan pelaku bisnis memahami faktor-faktor yang mendorong keputusan konsumen melakukan pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian di OOF. Data primer diperoleh dengan wawancara pelanggan OOF. Teknik accidental sampling digunakan untuk menentukan sampel pelanggan OOF. Data dianalisis dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas produk dan harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian di OOF. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen dengan nilai p value 0,001 atau lebih kecil dari 0,05. Nilai original sample (path coefficient) 0,336 menunjukkan arah hubungan positif dan terdapat pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan konsumen. Harga tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen dengan nilai p value 0,109 atau lebih besar dari 0,05. Nilai  original sampel (path coefficient) 0,172 menunjukan arah hubungan positif. Kata kunci : Harga Sayur, Keputusan Pembelian, Kualitas Sayur, Sayur Organik

    This research aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of LOB fertilizer and analyze the proper marketing strategy in PT. Inbio Tani Nusantara to be able to increase sales of LOB fertilizer. This study uses the nonprobability sampling method that is Accidental Sampling for external respondents or LOB consumers with consideration if the researcher needs to know the number of the existing population. Purposive sampling method for internal respondents of the company. The method of collecting data in this study with observation methods, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data types used in this study are primary data from swot analysis, IFAS analysis, and EFAS analysis. In this study there are variables of Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat. Marketing of LOB liquid biological organic fertilizers has opportunities and strengths that can be used to deal with weaknesses and threats to take decisions that are marketing strategies for LOB liquid biological organic fertilizers. The results showed that the LOB fertilizer marketing strategy is in quadrant I which means that the company has strengths and opportunities and the strategy that must be taken in this condition is an aggressive marketing policy

    Indonesia memiliki keanekaragaman buah – buahan yang tumbuh dan berkembang dengan baik diwilayahnya. Umumnya ciri khas produk pertanian yaitu mudah rusak, sehingga perlu dilakukan pengolahan untuk memperpanjang daya simpan. Adapun strategi yang dapat dilakukan oleh para pelaku usaha adalah dengan melakukan pegolahan pasca panen atau agroindustri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis besarnya keuntungan dan nilai tambah Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) minuman sari buah stroberi Desa Pandanrejo. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain deskriptif metode kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling atau secara sengaja yaitu di Desa Pandanrejo, Kecamatan Bumiaji, Kota Batu. Jenis data pada penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan pencatatan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis usaha untuk mengetahui besarnya keuntungan dan nilai tambah. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah besarnya keuntungan yang diperoleh UKM Sahabat Tani Kota Batu, KWT Jasmine, UKM Sumber Barokah dan UKM Mira berturut – turut adalah sebesar Rp 453.273, Rp 229,679, Rp 440.353 dan Rp 269.885. Besarmya nilai tambah yang diperoleh UKM Sahabat Tani Kota Batu KWT Jasmine, UKM Sumber Barokah dan UKM Mira berturut – turut adalah sebesar Rp 96.546/kg, Rp 67.420/kg, Rp 99.159/kg dan Rp 79.971/kg.Kata Kunci : stroberi, sari buah stroberi, keuntungan, nilai tambah

    The Production and Income Risk Analysis of Traditional Milkfish Pond in Sidoarjo, Indonesia: A Seasonal Perspective

    The research aims to analyze production and income along with its risks in milkfish pond cultivation during the rainy season and dry season. The research was conducted in Jabon District, Sidoarjo, Indonesia. Primary data was taken from interviews with 62 farmers of milkfish pond. Income analysis was carried out using quantitative descriptive methods, while risk analysis was carried out using the Coefficient of Variation (CV) from the production and income of milkfish cultivation businesses in both rainy and dry seasons. The results show that the average expected value of milkfish production in the rainy season is 747 Kg/Ha, while in the dry season is 474 Kg/Ha. The average expected income value in the milkfish pond business is IDR 9,980,956/Ha in the rainy season, and IDR 7,569,411 in the dry season. This study found that the risk level for milkfish production is low in the rainy season and vice versa in the dry season. However, the risk level for milkfish farming business income is high in both seasons. These findings indicate that milkfish pond farmers need to consider more intensive risk management strategies, especially during the dry season. Practical implementations can be drawn that entails the development of business diversification strategies, increasing resilience to extreme weather conditions, and the implementation of technology that reduce production and income risks

    Introduction: Cost volume profit analysis is one of the tools that can be used as profit planning, controlling, and making decisions about company activities in achieving the desired profit and dealing with changes that may occur in sales volume and costs incurred. The objectives of this research are to know the cost on structure as well as knowing the application of cost volume profit analysis in Hasanudin Orchids Nursery & Laboratory. Methods: This research is descriptive research using a quantitative approach The data used in this study using primary data obtained through direct observation and interviews. Cost structure data analysis using the formula Total Cost (TC = VC + FC) cost volume profit analysis used calculation contribution margin, break even point (BEP), and margin of safety (MOS). Results: Proceeds from selling orchid seeds in bottles Hasanudin Orchids Nursery & Laboratory in 2019 were 48,000 units of bottle seeds or Rp1.920.000.000 with a profit of Rp928.430.869, The BEP price was Rp61.300.000, while the BEP quantity was 1.534 bottles of orchid seeds and MOS level of 96.80% or sales of 46.466 bottles of orchid seeds. Conclusion: Sales at Hasanudin Orchids Nursery & Laboratory have exceeded BEP and sales are able to cover fixed costs which means sales can generate profits. These results can be used as a planning reference for the next sale
