THE USE OF LANGUAGE FUNCTIONS BY THE CARETAKERS OF AUTISTIC CHILDREN ON “MERCURY RISING” MOVIE

Abstrak Studi ini mencoba untuk menemukan tipe dari fungsi bahasa yang diucapkan pengasuh dari anak autis dan juga untuk mengidentifikasi efek dari penggunaan fungsi bahasa yang digunakan pengasuh dalam berbicara kepada anak autis di film mercury rising. Sumber data dari film ini adalah dialog antara pengasuh dan anak autis di film. Di studi ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sosiolinguistik juga digunakan untuk menginterpretasikan analisis data. Itu di setujui dengan sosiolinguistik sejak penelitian ini meneliti fungsi bahasa yang mana terjadi di pembicaraan yang di gunakan di kehidupan sehari hari, dalam masalah ini pengucapan digunakan oleh pengasuh dari anak autis menggunakan teori yang diusulkan janet holmes dari teori fungsi bahasa. Dari hasil analisis, pertama di temukan bahwa tidak semua tipe fungsi bahasa yang terdapat di dialog. Hanya ada empat tipe fungsi bahasa yang muncul di dialog. Mereka adalah direktif, ekspresif, referensial, dan phatic. Yang kedua adalah efek penggunaan fungsi bahasa yang dilakukan pengasuh yaitu sebuah respon yang diberikan anak autis seperti respon verbal dan respon non verbal. Abstract This study tries to find out the types of the language functions in the utterances of the caretaker an autistic children and also to identify the effects of using language function that are used by caretakers in talking to autistic children in the movie. The source of the data of this study is dialogue between the caretakers with autistic in the movie. The writer uses the qualitative approaches in doing this study. Sociolinguistic used to interpret the data analyzing. It deals with sociolinguistics since this research examines language function which occurred in the utterances used in daily life, in this case, the utterances used by caretakers of autistic children In analyzing the data this study employs theory proposed by Janet Holmes’s theory of language functions. From the analysis as results, first it’s found that not all types of language function occur in the dialogues. There are four types of language function occur in the dialogues, they are directive function, expressive function, referential function, and phatic function. The existing renewable still in the form of direct voltage. In automobile applications stored in the battery, which is used as the energy of the induction motor. So that a bidirectional inverter is needed to convert that directional voltage to rotate the induction motor. This research purposes to design and analyze bidirectional inverter to supply three phase Induction motor 380 V with 48 V Battery as the source. In Inverter mode, motor is supplied by battery, after the voltage is increased by the transformer. While it charge the battery through motor rotation in rectifier mode, after the voltage is decreased by the transformer. The design simulation is done by matlab simulink. ANALISIS PUTUSAN MAHKAMAH KONSTITUSI NO.46/PUU-VIII/2010 TENTANG STATUS ANAK YANG LAHIR DI LUAR PERKAWINAN YANG SAH

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pertimbangan Hakim Mahkamah Konstitusi berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 24 Tahun 2003 tentang Mahkamah Konstitusi dan untuk mengetahui akibat dari putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 46/PUU-VIII/2010 tersebut. Dalam skripsi ini permasalahan yang akan dibahas adalah pertama Bagaimana pertimbangan Hakim dalam putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 46/PUU-VIII/2010. Kedua, Apakah implikasi dari putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 46/PUU-VIII/2010 tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yuridis normatif, objek penelitian ini adalah hukum positif. Dalam penelitian ini ada tiga pendekatan pokok yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan perundang-undangan, pendekatan konsep dan pendekatan kasus. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa fungsi yang dimiliki Mahkamah Konstitusi sebagai pelindung hak konstitusional warga negara begitu lemah dan tidak maksimal. Disatu sisi Mahkamah Konstitusi berfungsi sebagai pelindung hak konstitusional warga negara, di sisi lain Mahkamah Konstitusi hanya memiliki kewenangan yang terkait dengan perlindungan hak konstitusional warga negara, yaitu menguji undang-undang terhadap Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945. Tinjauan hukum normatif tentang perkawinan di bawah tangan adalah bertentangan dengan Pasal 2 ayat (1) dan (2) Undang-undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan yang dinyatakan merupakan komulatif. Perkawinan di bawah tangan  mempunyai akibat hukum, yakni akibat yang mempunyai hak mendapat pengakuan dan perlindungan hukum apabila memenuhi Pasal 2 ayat (2). Perkawinan menurut Pasal 2 ayat (1) adalah sah menurut ajaran agama, hal ini dalam pendekatan positifistik belum termasuk kategori perbuatan hukum sehingga belum mendapatkan dapat dibuktikan berdasarkan ilmu pengetahuan dan/atau alat bukti lain menurut hukum mempunyai hubungan darah, termasuk hubungan perdata dengan keluarga ayahnya”. Pengembangan Modul Ekosistem Berbasis Project Based Learning (PJBL)

The purpose of this research is to produce teaching materials for Ecosystem Modules based on Project Based Learning models that are suitable for students to use. The type of research used is Research and Development (R & D) by following three stages adapted from the ADDIE development model compiled by Dick and Carry which consists of Analysis (analysis), design (design), development (development), Implementation (implementation)) and Evaluation (evaluation). However, researchers did not use the fourth and fifth stages because they took a very long time. The results of validation by several experts, namely material experts, media experts show that the Project Based Learning model-based module is valid and feasible to use. The conclusion of this research is the Project Based Learning model-based module is valid and feasible to be used as a learning resource which is expected to have an impact on student learning activities

Hubungan Media Richness Terhadap User Trust Dan Persepsi Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan Dengan Sensitivitas Lingkungan Industri Sebagai Variabel Moderating (Studi Empiris Pada Mahasiswa Pasca Sarjana Akuntansi Di Jakarta)

This study analyzed the relationship richnerss media with user trust and perceptions of corporate social responsibility with environmental sensitivity of the industry as a moderating variable. The purpose of the study was to find empirical evidence of: (a) the media richness in the presentation of corporate social responsibility disclosure is positively related to the level of belief stakeholders, (b) the sensitivity of the moderating industrial environment can be a positive relationship of media richness in the presentation of corporate social responsibility disclosure level stakeholder confidence; (c) the presentation of media richness in corporate social responsibility disclosure is positively related to the perception of corporate social responsibility. This research was conducted in the Graduate Program in Accounting Jakarta, with the object of study is accounting graduate student. This study uses survey research with primary data collection using questionnaires. The selection of samples tested in this study using a convenience sampling method, of 100 complete questionnaires as research samples. This study used a simple regression analysis as a tool and a simple regression analysis using the absolute value of the difference by using Partial Least Square (PLS)

Pengaruh Perkembangan Zaman terhadap Minat dalam Pembelajaran Agama Kristen Kelas VII di SMP Negeri 2 Silaen T.A 2022/2023

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh perkembangan zaman terhadap minat dalam pembelaran Agama. Dari hasil perhitungan analisis regresi diperoleh persamaan regresi  Pada persamaan regresi minat belajar tersebut diperoleh nilai b bertanda positif, artinya setiap kenaikan x akan diikuti oleh kenaikan Y Dari uji keberartian regresi minat belajar diperoleh FhitungFtabel atau maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima sehingga variabel X mempunyai pengaruh yang berarti terhadap variabel Y atau ada pengaruh antara perkembangan zaman terhadap minat belajar dalam pembelajaran agama kristen. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan koefisien kolerasi pada minat belajar siswa diperoleh nilai rhitung=yang artinya terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara antara perkembangan zaman terhadap minat belajar dalam pembelajaran agama kristen. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji keberartian koefisien korelasi di peroleh thitung>ttabel atau  yang artinya ada hubungan yang kuat dan berarti antara perkembangan zaman terhadap minat belajar dalam pembelajaran agama kristen. Kemudian pada hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi pada hubungan X terhadap Y diperoleh =. sedangkan residunya sebesar 62,09% yang artinya setiap kenaikan Y dipengaruhi oleh X

Impact of Sri Organic as Community Development Program of PT Medco E&p Indonesia

Indonesia is an agricultural country that has majority occupation as farmer. Unfortunately, farmers still become the biggest contributor to poverty in Indonesia around 62.25% in 2012. As a country that has a vision to become an independent country, Indonesia should be able to meet the welfare of its people, including farmers. This can be achieved if the cooperation between the government and the perpetrators of activities in Indonesia; such as natural resource companies that perform social responsibility programs as a contribution to society. One form of social responsibility is a community development program which is considered to be more useful. System of Rice Intensification or SRI Organic Organic is one of the community development programs that were developed to improve the welfare of farmers. The aim of this study were 1) to evaluate the impact of a given Organic SRI as a community development programs; 2) measuring the level of Organic SRI farmers' income; 3) Organic SRI analyze opportunities in the future as an independent and sustainable program. By doing a case study on community development programs conducted by PT Medco E & P Indonesia in the dusun parit 9, Banyuasin District, the authors analyze and evaluate the impact of using SEAGA to 20 respondents. The results of these studies are intended to provide input in order to make the community development program more effective in the future
