Analisis strategi Pemasaran Produk Pembiayaan Multi Guna Aparatur Sipil Negara pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di PT Bank Sumut Kantor Cabang Pembantu Syariah Simpang Kayu Besar
Covid-19 pandemic has spread to various countries, including Indonesia. As a result, almost all sectors experienced contractions, including Islamic banking. Covid-19 has had significant impact on world economic development. The covid-19 pandemic is a challenge for business world, including the banking financial services industry. However, Islamic banking is considered quite capable of surviving the storm of impact based on the previous crises' empirical facts. The purpose of this study is to analyze marketing strategy that can be done during the Covid-19 pandemic. The data analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative. The results of the study explained that the post Covid-19 business management strategy for Islamic banking can provide improvement and development of good business sustainability by implementing management strengthening in the fields of marketing, human resources, finance and operations as strategic steps to create an efficient and effective business existence. The conclusion of this study is that Islamic banking are required to have good knowledge management to improve business performance
PERAN PENDIDIKAN KELUARGA DALAM PENGEMBANGAN SOSIAL EMOSIONAL ANAK DI TK QURROTA A’YUN TELUK BETUNG TIMUR BANDAR LAMPUNG
ABSTRAK
Perkembangan sosial emosional merupakan suatu proses
mencakup perubahan dalam individu dengan orang lain, perubahan
emosi dan perubahan kepribadiannya. Salah satu potensi dan
kemampuan anak yang perlu dikembangkan oleh pendidik dan orang
tua adalah potensi dan kemampuan sosial emosional anak. Interaksi
yang harmonis akan mempelancar proses sosialisasi anak. Maka
keluarga merupakan lembaga yang paling penting dalam proses
perkembangan anak. Dalam penelitian penulis merumuskan masalah
sebagai berikut: Bagaiaman peran pendidikan keluarga dalam
pengembangan sosial emosional anak di TK Qurrota A’yun Teluk
Betung Timur?. Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk
mengetahui bagaimana peran pendidikan keluarga dalam
pengembangan sosial emosional anak di TK Qurrota A’yun Teluk
Betung Timur.
Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian studi kasus dengan
metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang melibatkan guru, orang
tua, dan anak, Data yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara,
dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di TK Qurrota A’yun Teluk
Betung Timur. Sampel ditunjukkan kepada orang tua yang
mempunyai anak uisa dini yang bersekolah di TK Qurrota A’yun
Teluk Betung Timur. Kemudian data yang sudah terkumpul dianalisis
dan disajikan dalam bentuk narasi sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan
yang diinginkan.
Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran pendidikan
keluarga dalam pengembangan sosial emosional anak di TK Qurrota
A’yun Teluk Betung Timur berperan dengan baik, hal ini disebabkan
karena adanya pendidikan keteladanan yang dilakukan oleh orang
tua/keluarga baik dalam perkataan, perbuatan, sikap dan perilaku yang
dapat membantu anak mengetahui rasa senang, sedih, marah dan
takut. Optimalnya dalam pengajaran bergaul atau bersosialisasi
dengan orang lain yang membantu anak mampu berteman,bermain
dan berkerja sama dengan orang lain. Pembinaan yang dilakukan
orang tua dalam pembiasaan hal-hal yang positif dan juga pemberian

pengarahan kepada anak bagaimana bersikap dengan orang tua,
teman, dan orang dewasa lainnya. Dan juga mengajarkan anak untuk
bisa mengenal dan mengontrol dirinya agar memiliki sikap sabar juga
mampu mematuhi aturan-aturan yang ada. Hal tersebut didampingi
dengan memberikan pendidikan empati, aspek afiliasi, pendidikan
pengembangan kebiasaan positif, dan juga pendidikan dalam
memanajeman diri, yang dapat membantu dalam pengembangan
sosial emosional pada anak usia dini.

ABSTRACT
Emotional social development is a process that includes changes
in individuals with other people, emotional changes and personality
changes. One of potentials and abilities of children that need to be
developed by educators and parents is the potential and social
emotional abilities of children. Harmonious interaction will facilitate
the child’s socialization process. The family is the most important
institution in the process of child development. In the research, the
writer formulates the problem as follows: what is the role of family
education in the social-emotional development of children at Qurrota
A’yun Kindergarten, Teluk Betung Timur?. The purpose of this study
is to find out how the role of family education in the social-emotional
development of children at Qurrota A’yun Kindergarten, Teluk
Betung Timur.
This research used descriptive qualitative research method
involving teachers, parents, and children. Data collected through
observation, interviews, and documentation. This research was
conducted at Qurrota A’yun Kindergarten, Teluk Betung Timur. The
sample of the questionnaire were shown to parents who attend TK
Qurrota A’yun Teluk Betung Timur. Then the data that has been
collected analyzed and presented in narrative form so that the desired
conclusions can be drawn.
The results of the study show that the role of family education in
the social-emotional development of children in Qurrota A’yun
Kindergarten Teluk Betung Timur plays a good role, this is due to
exemplary education carried out by parents/families both in words,
actions, attitudes and behaviors that can help children know the
feelings of joy, sadness, anger and fear. Optimally in teaching to get
along or socialize with other people who help children be able to make
friends, play and work together with others. Guidance carried out by
parents in the habit of positive things and also providing direction to
children how to behave with parents, friends, and other adults. And
also teaches children to be able to recognize and control themselves so
that they have a patient attitude and are also able to obey existing

rules. This is accompanied by providing empathy education, affiliation
aspects, positive habit development education, and also self�management education, which can help in the social-emotional
development of early childhood.

Stimulasi Kemampuan Numerasi Anak Usia Dini Melalui Permainan Moka (Monopoli Angka) Di TK Bunga Tanjung
This study aims to describe how MOKA (Monopoly Numbers) learning media can stimulate early childhood numeracy skills. The research method used is a qualitative approach with participants totaling 11 early childhood at Bunga Tanjung Kindergarten who have participated in learning with MOKA media. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the MOKA game was effective in developing children's numeracy skills. Significant improvements were seen in recognizing number symbols, understanding number concepts, and following the rules of play from the first day to the third day of observation. In addition to helping in the development of numeracy skills, MOKA games also have an important role in teaching the concept of cooperation, patience in waiting for their turn, and discipline in following the rules of play. In conclusion, MOKA games can be an effective alternative learning media in stimulating early childhood numeracy development, strengthening understanding of number concepts, and improving their social interactions
Efektivitas Program Pengajian Antara Maghrib Isya dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Iman dan Takwa Masyarakat Di Desa Setiris
Desa memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam hal pemerataan pendidikan. Ketidakmerataan pendidikan adalah masalah utama pendidikan di Indonesia. Hampir semua proses pendidikan bergantung pada kemampuan literasi individu khususnya dalam kemampuan membaca, menulis, dan berkomunikasi. Pengupayaan PAMI sangat sulit dilakukan terutama di kawasan pedesaan yang terbatas dalam segi sarana dan prasarana. Saat ini desa-desa di Indonesia masih banyak memiliki warga yang kurang dalam belajar membaca al-qur’an salah satunya adalah desa Setiris. Sebagai desa yang terletak sangat jauh dari pusat kota, desa ini mengalami banyak ketertinggalan terutama dalam hal Pendidikan. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan rendahnya kemampuan belajar al-qur’an dalam masyarakat Desa Setiris khususnya para remaja yang berada pada rentang sekolah dasar dan sekolah menengah pertama. Maka diperlukan suatu solusi berupa pemberdayaan masyarakat mengenai permasalahan tersebut. Adapun metode pengabdian ini terdiri atas observasi, wawancara, diskusi solusi, kesepakatan program, sosialisasi, implementasi, evaluasi dan monitoring. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pengabdian masyarakat pada PAMI yang telah diimplementasikan di Desa Setiris telah memberikan berbagai manfaat bagi masyarakat di desa tersebut
Pengaruh Metode Pembelajaran Calistung terhadap Kemampuan Membaca Awal Anak Usia Prasekolah: Studi Kasus di Taman Kanak-Kanak Desa Setiris
Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh metode pembelajaran Calistung terhadap kemampuan membaca awal anak usia prasekolah di Taman Kanak-Kanak Desa Setiris. Metode pembelajaran Calistung merupakan pendekatan yang menggabungkan aspek kalkulasi (berhitung) dan berbicara (lisan) dalam proses pembelajaran membaca. Penelitia melakukan poengambilan data di Taman kanak-kanak Desa Setiris, terdapat 21 responden sebagai sampel perngambilan data wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode pembelajaran Calistung memiliki dampak positif signifikan terhadap kemampuan membaca awal anak usia prasekolah. Anak-anak yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan metode ini menunjukkan peningkatan yang lebih besar dalam kemampuan membaca awal dibandingkan dengan anak-anak yang mengikuti metode pembelajaran konvensional. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penggunaan metode ini dapat direkomendasikan kepada para guru dan orang tua sebagai salah satu strategi untuk memfasilitasi perkembangan literasi anak-anak di usia prasekolah
SARS-CoV-2 vaccination modelling for safe surgery to save lives: data from an international prospective cohort study
Background Preoperative SARS-CoV-2 vaccination could support safer elective surgery. Vaccine numbers are limited so this study aimed to inform their prioritization by modelling. Methods The primary outcome was the number needed to vaccinate (NNV) to prevent one COVID-19-related death in 1 year. NNVs were based on postoperative SARS-CoV-2 rates and mortality in an international cohort study (surgical patients), and community SARS-CoV-2 incidence and case fatality data (general population). NNV estimates were stratified by age (18-49, 50-69, 70 or more years) and type of surgery. Best- and worst-case scenarios were used to describe uncertainty. Results NNVs were more favourable in surgical patients than the general population. The most favourable NNVs were in patients aged 70 years or more needing cancer surgery (351; best case 196, worst case 816) or non-cancer surgery (733; best case 407, worst case 1664). Both exceeded the NNV in the general population (1840; best case 1196, worst case 3066). NNVs for surgical patients remained favourable at a range of SARS-CoV-2 incidence rates in sensitivity analysis modelling. Globally, prioritizing preoperative vaccination of patients needing elective surgery ahead of the general population could prevent an additional 58 687 (best case 115 007, worst case 20 177) COVID-19-related deaths in 1 year. Conclusion As global roll out of SARS-CoV-2 vaccination proceeds, patients needing elective surgery should be prioritized ahead of the general population.The aim of this study was to inform vaccination prioritization by modelling the impact of vaccination on elective inpatient surgery. The study found that patients aged at least 70 years needing elective surgery should be prioritized alongside other high-risk groups during early vaccination programmes. Once vaccines are rolled out to younger populations, prioritizing surgical patients is advantageous
