    Модельний аспект оцінки ефективності організації управління та мотивації персоналу

    This paper proposes methodological aspects of evaluation of organization efficiency of personnel management and motivation on the bases of application of economic and mathematical tools by implementing a three-component algorithmic model. The structural divisions heads’ work effectiveness evaluation is carried out on the basis of econometric systems of structural equations that allow you to rank personality, communicative, innovative, social and corporate managers characteristics that have the greatest impact on the overall performance indicators of the bank staff among which are considered amount of attracted funds; assessment of employee's compliance with the standard; activity efficiency (number of contracts); contribution to development. The obtained modeling results confirm the hypothesis that structural unit managers need to work on the development of their communicative, innovative, personal and social characteristics. Models for analyzing the personnel motivation factors on the bases of the methodology of multivariate statistical factor analysis with initial list of 13 main indicators of staff motivation are proposed; as a result, we set up the aggregated factors that reflect the properties of several motivational components such as financial, social incentives and medical insurance for employees. The model for estimating influence of motivation factors on results of bank's activity on the bases of nonlinear econometric functions is constructed. The regression equation of the motivation factors influence on the bank total profit is obtained. The proposed model toolkit for evaluation of efficiency of management and staff motivation will allow the bank's management to improve motivation and incentives mechanisms in order to raise efficiency of stuff productivity in direction of increasing bank profitability and competitiveness.У статті запропоновано методологічні аспекти оцінки ефективності організації управління персоналом та мотивації на основі застосування економіко-математичного інструментарію шляхом реалізації трьохкомпонентної алгоритмічної моделі. Здійснено оцінку ефективності праці керівників структурних підрозділів на основі економетричних систем структурних рівнянь, що дозволяють ранжувати особистісні, комунікативні, інноваційні, соціальні та корпоративні характеристики, які в найбільшій мірі впливають на загальні показники ефективності роботи персоналу банку, серед яких розглядаються обсяг залучених коштів; оцінка працівника щодо відповідності стандарту; ефективність діяльності (кількість контрактів); вклад у розвиток. Отримані результати підтверджують гіпотезу, що керівникам структурних підрозділів треба працювати над розвитком своїх комунікативних, інноваційних, особистих та соціальних характеристик. Запропоновані моделі аналізу факторів мотивації персоналу за методологією багатовимірного статистичного факторного аналізу на основі вихідного переліку з 13 основних показників мотивації персоналу, у результаті чого сформовані агреговані фактори, що відбивають властивості декількох мотиваційних компонентів, а саме: матеріального стимулювання робітників, соціального стимулювання та охорони здоров’я персоналу. Побудовано модель оцінки впливу факторів мотивації на результати діяльності банку на основі нелінійних економетричних функцій. Отримано регресійне рівняння впливу факторів мотивації на загальний прибуток банку.Запропонований модельний інструментарій оцінювання ефективності управління та мотивації персоналу дозволить керівництву банку вдосконалити механізми стимулювання та заохочення працівників з метою підвищення ефективності їх праці в напрямі підвищення прибутковості та конкурентоспроможності банку

Надано пропозиції до Кодексу законів про працю України з розглянутого питання.Legal guarantees of using transfer to another job, movements between different workspaces and significant changes in working conditions are studied. Special attention is paid to the importance of having long connection with a certain enterprise that allows people to plan their lives and be confident in the future. The author indicates that nowadays there are a large number of violations of labor rights of citizens while using transfers and other changes in the employment contract. In this regard, the author provides propositions to the Labor Code of Ukraine to improve the legal guarantees of using transfers to another job, movements between different workspaces and significant changes in working conditions. These propositions mainly concern the significant changes in working conditions. Thus, in accordance with the laws, such changes are the change of systems and wages, benefits, working schedule, setting or cancellation of part-time, combining the professions, changing bits and titles, etc. The author of the article grounds the position that since significant changes in working conditions are used unilaterally by the employer we must strengthen the guarantees of employees’ rights during their implementation. To realize this it is necessary to consolidate the closed list of activities covered by the term «changes in the organization of production and labor» in the Art. 32 of the Labor Code of Ukraine.Рассмотрены юридические гарантии применения переводов на иную работу, перемещений на иное рабочее место и изменений существенных условий труда.     Охарактеризовано основні елементи впливу феномена емоційного інтелекту на ефективну самореалізацію особистості та її пристосування до складних умов професійної та особистісної взаємодії. З’ясовано зміст понять «соціономічний вид професії», «емоційний інтелект», «стресостійкість», «ресурсність особистості» та «саногенне мислення» і підкреслено важливість такого механізму мислення. Наголошено, що слід приділити увагу подальшому вивченню впливу емоційного інтелекту на професійне становлення представників професій юридичних видів та підвищення рівня емоційного інтелекту задля ефективного виконання професійних обов’язків, збереження власного здоров’я та підвищення психологічної культури суспільства в цілому.The main approaches to definition of the concept of resources and resourcefulness of a person, as well as directions of research of emotional intelligence have been considered. Emotional intelligence has been studied as an important constituent element of resourcefulness of an individual, as a predictor of successful professional and social adaptation. The main elements of the influence of the phenomenon of emotional intelligence on the effective self-realization of an individual and its adaptation to the difficult conditions of professional and personal interaction have been characterized. The content of the concepts of “sociological type of profession”, “emotional intelligence”, “stress resistance”, “resourcefulness of a personality” and “sanogenic thinking” have been found out; and the importance of such a mechanism of thinking has been emphasized. It has been noted that for representatives of legal professions the adequacy of emotional evaluation of the situation and the correspondence of the emotional reaction are the most important factors that determine the professional emotional and volitional reliability, which is an indicator of the “professional norm”. It has been emphasized that attention should be paid to the further study of the influence of emotional intelligence on the professional formation of the representatives of professions of legal types and enhancement of the level of emotional intelligence for the effective performance of professional duties, preservation of their own health and improving psychological culture of society in the whole

    Efficiency of human resource management in industrial automation enterprises with prospects of innovative susceptibility

    In modern conditions of innovative development, the most important resource of production companies and corporations is the innovative susceptibility (IS) of personnel. The key to this is an innovative organization of the personnel management system (HRMS). Accordingly, the task of the study is to analyze the typical HRMS structures of Ukrainian enterprises in comparison with the global ones in order to form an innovative HRMS development strategy and, on this basis, to increase IS of stuff. The goal of this study is to compare the levels of HRMS development in advanced global companies and Ukrainian enterprises in the field of industrial automation. As part of this study, methodological, statistical analysis method of technical and economic characteristics of Ukrainian and world leaders of enterprises in the field of industrial automation are used. As well as, comparative analysis method to characterize the organizational management structures of enterprises; method of expert and analytical assessments of HRMS, including analytical trend analysis to characterize the dynamics of the influence of the HRMS subsystems of industrial automation enterprises on the level of innovative susceptibility of personnel. The result of the study is to obtain an assessment of the impact of HRMS subsystems of industrial automation enterprises on the level of innovation susceptibility of personnel, as well as the formation of the potential field of innovation susceptibility of personnel based on measures to increase the innovation of organizational management systems of an enterprise

    Language as a basic feature of ethnos uniting within the conditions of modern challenges

    Every language of the world this or that ethnos speaks, seems to be a treasury of the people's thought, mentality, traditions, literature and culture. Ruining this treasury equals to demolishing the ethnos itself because the language loss often means full assimilation with some other language, washing its semantic limits - which, on the one hand, may enrich the language with new idioms and borrowings, but on the other - may get totally dissolved in a strange language structure. Any language is a living matter with certain grammar rules, semantic rows, pronunciation background, unrepeatable vocabulary storage. Nowadays the language environment is weaved in such a way, that many people of different languages and cultures tend to speak their language just on the slang-level, not bothering to learn the language deeper through the best samples of literature. The age of one-use plastic crockery, devices and gadgets which make our life easier, one-window document service, fast decisions and ultimate overworking, even relationships which have also become less partnerdemanding - all this spreads a huge influence on the language which grows to be word-shorter, phrase-saving and less challenging semantically. Meanwhile, each language has inner peculiarities which challenge its learners along with its native speakers. These special features draw a unique picture of the language, its ethnos outstanding traits and even the ethnos humour (which - and it is a well-known fact - is not always understood properly by another ethnos. There is even a saying that if you want to discover other people's sense of humour, you should learn their language first). In some countries, f.i., in India and Japan, some young people are willing to speak English rather than their own language for a number of reasons: it is world-popular, Internet-based, easier and - in their opinion, more prestigious. In many countries English is taught in most schools (like in Russia) again because of its popularity in the world. Governments should support foreign language learning - but on a rigid condition of developing an interest towards a native language as well. Younger generations should have a great respect for their own language because it directly means having respect for their past, their ancestors, their roots in culture, art, unique traditions that must not be forgotten. If people remember their background, their language, their national identity with a simultaneous tolerant attitude to other nations and languages

    The teachers' preparation for the work with deviancy-prone students

The problem investigated sounds acute as long as any teacher can meet a necessity to work with different categories of students including young men and ladies who are at war with rules and regulations, and do not want to put up with typical social behaviour. The article aims at defining deviant behaviour as a studying discipline violation, which can become a harsh obstacle for the teacher's attempts to construct a usual architecture of a lesson. It also reveals a set of psychological-and-pedagogical conditions which are seen as capable of overcoming students' deviant behaviour. The experiment underlining the effectiveness level of the complex (set) suggested has become a mainstream investigation method of this problem and heads for a constructive work with risk-prone students (prone to deviant behaviour). Following a step-by-step prevention of students' deviant behaviour, implementing preventive pedagogics and deviantology into courses of further promotion for teachers, constructing theatre studios for risk-prone students - all this can set up a healthy atmosphere in a students' group and become a strong basis of preventive knowledge for the teacher. The article materials can be useful while organizing the teacher's psychological-and-pedagogical work (especially for beginning teachers) with a collective of risk-prone, deviant-behaving students - the students who tend to ruin the studying discipline systematically
