BUSINESS JETS – A PROFOUND ESTIMATION OF HOURLY OPERATING COSTS DEPENDING ON AIRCRAFT CLASS

Compared to airlines with a fixed schedule and direct flights only on busy routes, business jets provide an alternative to transport business leaders and other personnel on short-term notice and by direct air transport to nearly any destination worldwide. As hardly any specific numbers contributing to the total hourly rate are published in standard literature, this paper will analyze and unite data from all sorts of alternative resources, especially industry reports, publications of market operators and numerous branch publications on the internet. Some cost aspects adding up to the total hourly rate will be described more precisely, whereas other values will be presented in tables without detailed derivation for the purpose of keeping the extent of this paper within the required limit. However, it has been deemed important not to pool cost aspects but to demonstrate the full variety of all major influencing costs. Interested readers are encouraged to contact the author directly for additional information available in course of his doctoral thesis. IP strategies in business operations with China

This article deals with the question how to ensure that for new or existing business activities in China, all legal aspects relating to technology commercialization and knowledge transfer are taken into consideration. For a valid IP strategy, an international company needs not only to analyze its own IP position, but has also to look on the current Chinese patent legislation, i.e. the way how Chinese companies act in this field and the specific regulations on technology transfer from and into China.<br

SOHO - Small Office/Home Office : innovative Arbeitsformen im Dienstleistungsbereich

"Die Hoffnungen, die sich im Kampf gegen die Massenarbeitslosigkeit mit neuen Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien verbinden, richten sich nicht allein auf die Beschäftigungseffekte, die ihre Herstellung und ihre Nutzung in unterschiedlichen Wirtschaftsbereichen hervorrufen können. Sie gründen auch in der Erwartung, dass von ihnen ein neuer Schub von Innovationsfähigkeit und Unternehmergeist ausgelöst wird, der über eine Stärkung der Selbständigkeit dem Erwerbsarbeitssystem ingesamt Impulse für Expansion und qualitative Veränderung der Unternehmens- und Beschäftigungsformen gibt. Die Gründe, die zur weiteren Verbreitung von vernetzt arbeitenden Small Offices und Home Offices (SOHOs) führen können, sowie die sich in diesem Feld abzeichnenden künftigen Aktionsfelder für Wissenschaft und Politik stehen im Mittelpunkt dieses Beitrags. Unter SOHOs werden Kleinstunternehmen und Heimbüros verstanden, die informationsintensive Dienstleistungen unter Verwendung vernetzter Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologie erstellen. Typische Leistungen von SOHOs sind Multimedia-Dienstleistungen, Software-Programmierung und -beratung, Übersetzungs- und Schreibdienste. Eine explorative Befragung von 26 SOHOs ergab, dass sich die typischen Probleme von Klein- und Kleinstunternehmen im Dienstleistungsbereich deutlich von den bisher stärker beachteten Problemen bei technologieorientierten Firmen unterscheiden. Die empirische Basis, auf deren Grundlage die Analyse von SOHOs durchgeführt werden kann, ist derzeit allerdings noch unbefriedigend. Breiter angelegte empirische Untersuchungen - über einen längeren Zeitraum hinweg - sind daher sowohl für die Wissenschaft als auch die Politik notwendig." Dissertação (mestrado) - Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, Centro de Comunicação e Expressão, Programa de Pós-Graduação em Literatura, Florianópolis, 2015.Proponho neste trabalho o estudo do espetáculo Estremeço, desenvolvido pela Cia. Stravaganza de Porto Alegre/RS, a partir do texto homônimo do dramaturgo francês Jöel Pommerat, tendo como eixos principais o texto dramático, a encenação e o processo criativo que culminou na montagem em questão. Para a referida análise utilizo como base as entrevistas realizadas com os principais envolvidos pela montagem do espetáculo, entre eles os atores e a equipe de direção, o pensamento do sociólogo David Riesman e a Teoria Crítica acerca da modernidade, principalmente calcada nos estudos de Walter Benjamin, Guy Debord e pesquisadores contemporâneos que desenvolvem as ideias destes pensadores nos dias de hoje.Abstract : In this work I propose the study of the show Estremeço, developed by Cia. Stravaganza of Porto Alegre / RS, based on the homonymous play of the French playwright Jöel Pommerat, being the main lines the play itself, the staging and the creative process that culminated in the show. To accomplish such analysis, I use as base the interviews with the show?s key participants, including actors and direction staff, the sociological work of David Riesman and the Critical Theory about modernity, mainly the studies of Walter Benjamin, Guy Debord and contemporary researchers that develop their ideas today

Estremeço e suas relações com o teatro épico

RESUMO: O presente artigo pretende investigar as aproximações entre o espetáculo Estremeço (2012), desenvolvido em Porto Alegre/RS pela Cia. Stravaganza e, suas relações formais e éticas acerca do Teatro épico disseminado por Bertolt Brecht. Tal espetáculo foi criado a partir da escritura cênica Je Tremble, escrita pelo dramaturgo francês Jöel Pommerat, em 2007 e configura-se como a primeira montagem deste texto no Brasil. Tomo com principal estofo teórico a análise sobre Brecht proposta por Walter Benjamin em dois de seus textos “Que é teatro épico” e “O autor como produtor”, ensaios produzidos na década de 1930. Esta pesquisa tende a traçar as aproximações e distanciamentos da estética brechtiana em contraponto com a atualidade do espetáculo contemporâneo em questão. Para tanto, além das reflexões de Benjamin e pensadores contemporâneos, foram elencados procedimentos utilizados no processo criativo do espetáculo e algumas aspirações da direção, conhecidas principalmente através do relato da diretora do espetáculo Camila Bauer. Uma das conclusões a que chego, é que há mais indícios de proximidade do que de afastamento entre as teorias de Brecht e a montagem do espetáculo em questão.   Palavras-chave: Bertolt Brecht; Cia. DO FATO À CENA: um estudo acerca de 72Migrantes/Altar

O objetivo principal deste trabalho é aproximar o espetáculo 72Migrantes/Altar (2011), da Cia. Zynaia – Escuela Nacional de Arte Teatral (Cidade do México), às pesquisas teóricas de Bertolt Brecht (1982) e suas aplicações práticas. Parto da premissa de que o espetáculo citado possui sua estética fundamentada em uma poética que pode ser comparada à brechtiana, e se funda- menta em depoimentos para a constituição de sua dramaturgia. O espetáculo em questão tem o desenvolvimento de sua narra- tiva calcado num acontecimento verídico, ocorrido na cidade de San Fernando, Estado de Tamaulipas, México, em que setenta e três migrantes tentaram atravessar a fronteira para chegar até as terras estadunidenses. Mas estes migrantes não conseguem chegar ao seu paradeiro final, pois, no meio da travessia, a comitiva é assassinada. Para a construção de sua dramaturgia, são utilizados sete, dos setenta e dois textos biográficos relativos aos migrantes mortos, alguns reais e outros imaginados, dispo- níveis para consulta, no site intitulado “Los 72 que murieron”. Para delinear o embasamento sobre o contexto onde está inserido, revisitarei brevemente a história do México, calcada principalmente na expansão da violência e do narcotráfico no país. Como complemento para o desenvolvimento deste estudo, tais reflexões serão articuladas a críticos culturais, como Walter Benjamin (1994) e Nelly Richard (2002).Palavras-chave: Bertolt Brecht. Educação outdoor

Curso de Graduação em Ciências BiológicasResumo : Nos dias atuais, propostas educacionais que envolvam o aluno, e que promovam um conhecimento e construção eficaz do conhecimento são extremamente importantes. Umas destas "ferramentas" de ensino é a educação outdoor que tem crescido muito ao longo dos últimos anos e se fortalecido como um recurso didático que vem a somar ao ensino de ciências e biologia e promove um melhor aproveitamento dos alunos no ensino fundamental e médio. Diversos programas têm aparecido e vem sendo utilizados como um diferencial em algumas escolas do Brasil e principalmente do mundo. Este trabalho teve como proposta primeiramente elucidar o que é educação outdoor, como funciona e de que forma ela é aplicada. Também consta uma breve observação crítica do que já vem sendo feito na região de Curitiba e se ela alguma forma auxilia e ajuda no ensino de ciências e biologia. Como resultados tivemos uma avaliação satisfatória da educação outdoor e constatamos sua eficácia inicial nos trabalhos observados. Entretanto, existe muito a estudar e pesquisar sobre a educação outdoor. Ela ainda tem vários problemas estruturais como o desconhecimento da população, a falta de preparo dos docentes e uma adequação a nossa realidade cultural. Mas vemos a EO com bons olhos e esperamos ver num futuro próximo mais pesquisas relacionadas a este tema no Brasil
