A hazai kis- Ă©s közĂ©pvĂĄllalkozĂĄsok elektronikus banki ĂŒgyintĂ©zĂ©ssel kapcsolatos szokĂĄsai, attitƱdjei Ă©s jövĆkĂ©pei (E-banking habits, attitudes and vision of the hungarian small and medium enterprises)
A több
mint ötszĂĄz KKV-vezetĆvel kĂ©szĂŒlt interjĂș alapjĂĄn elmondhatĂł, hogy a vĂĄllalkozĂĄs elektronikus ĂŒgyintĂ©zĂ©ssel

lĂĄtszik, hogy mĂĄr az elektronikus banki ĂŒgyintĂ©zĂ©ssel kapcsolatos fogalmak Ă©rtelmezĂ©se is problĂ©mĂĄt jelent a

attitudes, habits and vision of small and medium
enterprises. By the interviews of more than 500
managers of SMEs, it is concluded that e-banking attitudes
are not, or not significantly related to the objective
characteristics of the enterprises, e.g. to the number
of employment, the revenues or its activities. It became
clear, that the interpretation of the specific e-banking
terms means an important problem for some managers.
The deficiencies of knowledge have direct effects
on e-banking attitude and the use of electronic banking
methods of the enterprises, although the value of the
satisfaction level is above 80% among the customers
of each examined banks. Thus, the main objective is to
explain to the âScepticalsâ and the âConsiderersâ the
benefits of the âProgressivesâ cluster. The most important
success factors of customer satisfaction are safety,
availability in time and space and ease of use. According
to the vision of the respondents, banking services
will probably be shifted towards e-channels. In this
study, the most important findings of our researches
were summarized
Analysis of Hungarian biofuel supply chain
In the last century the increased energy demand of the world population is a huge amount and this trend is proceeding through the increased energy need of developing countries. The dramatically price growing of fossil fuels represents the fact that the traditional energy sources canât cover the energy supply of the whole world. Despite the repetitive conflict between food and fuel, use of agrofuels still topical question of nations. The use of renewable energy sources is not only an obligation but also a source of opportunities. In spite of the fact that many nations implement them to the energy structure successfully and in a high measure, some countries couldnât use them in high quantity however its ecological manner would be optimal. The subject of this paper is the biofuels which can (partly) substitute the fossil fuels in Hungary. During the last years, our country took some steps to stimulate the market of biofuels. This paper, using PEST analysis, focuses on the macro-economic conditions which can determine the success of biodiesel and try to connect with supply chain analysis. Using this two method it would be defined the source of risk which could affect the return of the invested capital to a biofuel unit
The factors of competitiveness of Hungarian beef cattle sector
This paper analyses the position of the Hungarian beef cattle sector by using secondary data and determines the factors, which may influence profitability. The analysis includes the impacts of the recent and the present market processes, as well. The paper examines the beef cattle sector in economic and ecological aspects of sustainability, as these factors play an increasingly important role in the market. The beef cattle sector was analysed in the following three aspects: - role in food production, - profitability, and - sustainability in economic and environmental aspects
Main-Belt Asteroids in the K2 Engineering Field of View
Unlike NASA's original Kepler Discovery Mission, the renewed K2 Mission will
stare at the plane of the Ecliptic, observing each field for approximately 75
days. This will bring new opportunities and challenges, in particular the
presence of a large number of main-belt asteroids that will contaminate the
photometry. The large pixel size makes K2 data susceptible to the effect of
apparent minor planet encounters. Here we investigate the effects of asteroid
encounters on photometric precision using a sub-sample of the K2 Engineering
data taken in February, 2014. We show examples of asteroid contamination to
facilitate their recognition and distinguish these events from other error
sources. We conclude that main-belt asteroids will have considerable effects on
K2 photometry of a large number of photometric targets during the Mission, that
will have to be taken into account. These results will be readily applicable
for future space photometric missions applying large-format CCDs, such as TESS
and PLATO.Comment: accepted for publication in AJ, 6 page
Investigation of Allotropic Ăâα-Sn Transition in High Tin Content Solder Alloys with Different Microscopy and Spectroscopy Techniques
In the microelectronics, ÎČ-Sn (white tin) is the base material of the solder alloys and surface finishes. The so-called âtin pestâ phenomenon is the spontaneous allotropic transition of Ă-Sn to the semiconductor α-Sn (gray tin) below 13.2°C. In this work, different microscopy and spectroscopy techniques were applied to characterize the tin pest phenomenon in the case of different solder alloys and inoculator materials as well as to study the applicability of these techniques in tin pest research. The optical imaging technique was used to compare the surface marks of the allotropic transition in the case of different inoculator materials. The development of the transition towards the sample bodies was studied on metallurgical cross-sections. Electrical resistance measurements were applied to determine the different phases of the transition in the case of different alloys and inoculators. The grain sliding and α -Sn expansion during the transition was observed by scanning electron microscopy and focused ion beam - scanning ionic microscopy. The ratio of the transitioned tin and the duration of the transition process was determined by Mössbauer spectroscopy. Our results have shown that the transition phases can considerably differ at the different alloys and inoculators, like different nucleation, growth, and the saturation phase. The accurate characterization of the transition in the given material combinations is possible only with the combined application of the applied analytical methods
The efficiency of nitrogen stabilizer at different soil temperatures on the physiological development and productivity of maize (Zea mays L.)
Received: January 29th, 2021 ; Accepted: October 8th, 2021 ; Published: October 20th, 2021 ; Correspondence: [email protected] (N) stabilizer containing nitrapyrin inhibitor is responsible for slowing the
activity of Nitrosomonas sp. bacteria down which oxidize ammonium to nitrite ions, thus, N-loss
resulting from nitrate leaching can be reduced. Although prior studies have shown its
effectiveness in the pre-sowing application in maize, considering that it disturbs the activity of
Nitrosomonas bacteria which is the most intense between 25 °C and 30 °C, soil temperature may
significantly influence the efficiency of nitrapyrin. Besides, nitrapyrin aims to enhance N-use
efficiency in high N-demanding plants, such as maize, which demands N at the most during stalk
elongation, which lays down the reason for its subsequent application. This study focuses on the
efficiency of nitrapyrin at different soil temperatures and its impacts on the physiological
development and productivity of maize. In a laboratory test, 10 °C, 15 °C, 20 °C, and 25 °C
temperature soils were treated with nitrapyrin and change of nitrate content was monitored to
observe the nitrification dynamic. Results show that as the soil temperature elevated, the
inhibition efficiency increased. In a field experiment with maize, nitrapyrin was applied in 13 °C
and 25 °C temperature soil. Results suggest the later treatment enhanced N-use efficiency, as,
during the high N-demanding growth stage, more N-forms were available in the soil. This resulted
in significantly higher relative chlorophyll concentration in the leaves and laboratory leaf analysis
confirmed the prevention of N deficiency. Results of further measurements on parameters
indicating biomass production such as root mass, stalk diameter, ear size, 1,000-kernel weight
indicate that the nitrapyrin application should be timed later
Weighted network modules
The inclusion of link weights into the analysis of network properties allows
a deeper insight into the (often overlapping) modular structure of real-world
webs. We introduce a clustering algorithm (CPMw, Clique Percolation Method with
weights) for weighted networks based on the concept of percolating k-cliques
with high enough intensity. The algorithm allows overlaps between the modules.
First, we give detailed analytical and numerical results about the critical
point of weighted k-clique percolation on (weighted) Erdos-Renyi graphs. Then,
for a scientist collaboration web and a stock correlation graph we compute
three-link weight correlations and with the CPMw the weighted modules. After
reshuffling link weights in both networks and computing the same quantities for
the randomised control graphs as well, we show that groups of 3 or more strong
links prefer to cluster together in both original graphs.Comment: 19 pages, 7 figure
Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) to Mitigate Tin Whisker Growth and Corrosion Issues on Printed Circuit Board Assemblies
This paper presents the results of a research program set up to evaluate atomic layer deposition (ALD) conformal coatings as a method of mitigating the growth of tin whiskers from printed circuit board assemblies. The effect of ALD coating process variables on the ability of the coating to mitigate whisker growth were evaluated. Scanning electron microscopy and optical microscopy were used to evaluate both the size and distribution of tin whiskers and the coating/whisker interactions. Results show that the ALD process can achieve significant reductions in whisker growth and thus offers considerable potential as a reworkable whisker mitigation strategy. The effect of ALD layer thickness on whisker formation was also investigated. Studies indicate that thermal exposure during ALD processing may contribute significantly to the observed whisker mitigation
