Treinamento, desenvolvimento e educação em uma cooperativa de crédito

O presente artigo teve como principal objetivo analisar as ações de Treinamento, Desenvolvimento e Educação que são aplicadas em uma Cooperativa de Crédito com atuação nacional. A pesquisa foi realizada com funcionários de vários setores na sede em Brasília. O método de pesquisa adotado foi um estudo de caso quantitativo, através de pesquisas semi estruturadas com os funcionários. O intuito da pesquisa foi analisar os processos de aprendizagem estabelecidos e como consequência levantar as ações de Treinamento, Desenvolvimento e Educação aplicadas na organização. Apesar de o Treinamento ser utilizado como uma estratégia de Recursos Humanos na organização percebe-se que os recursos investidos ainda não são totalmente sistematizados a fim de serem justos para todos os funcionários e para que atenda universalmente toda a organização

Relatório de estágio pedagógico desenvolvido na escola básica dos 2º e 3º ciclos Drª Maria Alice Gouveia, junto da turma D do 9º ano, no ano letivo de 2014-2015

Relatório de estágio do mestrado em Ensino da Educação Física dos Ensinos Básico e Secundário, apresentada à Faculdade de Ciências do Desporto e Educação Física da Universidade de CoimbraO estágio pedagógico está inserido no Mestrado em Ensino da Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário da Universidade de Coimbra, desenvolvido tanto a nível profissional como pessoal e promotor do enriquecimento do currículo. O presente relatório apresenta o trabalho desenvolvido na Escola Básica com 2.º e 3.º ciclos, Dr.ª. Maria Alice Gouveia, escola-sede do Agrupamento de Escolas Coimbra Sul, junto da turma D, do 9º ano, no ano letivo de 2014/2015, e no qual é feita uma reflexão das práticas pedagógicas. É, neste momento, que o estagiário pode começar a pôr em prática os conhecimentos adquiridos durante o seu processo de formação, em contexto real. O relatório está focalizado em três dimensões: na contextualização e análise reflexiva da prática pedagógica e no desenvolvimento do tema problema. Quanto à contextualização da prática pedagógica, é caraterizado o contexto onde é desenvolvido o Estágio, bem como as nossas expetativas iniciais e as fragilidades sentidas, ao longo do ano. No segundo ponto da análise reflexiva, ponto fulcral deste relatório, faremos uma reflexão crítica da intervenção pedagógica, desde as aprendizagens, às dificuldades sentidas, assim como às estratégias e metodologias de resolução. No final, com o objetivo de aprofundar a intervenção pedagógica, houve a oportunidade de estudar o tema-problema que incidiu sobre a diferença de feedback ministrados aos alunos nas modalidades de Ginástica de Solo e Futebol. The teaching practice is inserted in the Master of Physical Education Teaching in Primary and Secondary Education at the University of Coimbra, one experience that will be developed both professionally and personally and enrich our curriculum as a future teacher.This report reflects the work done at the Escola Básica dos 2º e 3º ciclos Dr.ª. Maria Alice Gouveia, with the D class of 9th grade in the academic year 2014/2015, which will contain a reflection of the pedagogical practices. This is where the trainee can begin to put into practice all the knowledge that was acquired during the initial training process and experience them in a real context.The report is divided into several major topics: contextualization of teaching practice, reflective analysis of pedagogical practice and development of the theme problem. For the contextualization of teaching practice, it is characterized in the context where the stage is developed, as well as our initial expectations and weaknesses that can be felt throughout the year. On the second point of the reflective analysis, which is an essential point of this report, we can see a critical reflection of the pedagogical intervention, since the learning, ace difficulties as well as the strategies and methodologies of resolution. In the end, in order to deepen the educational intervention, there was the opportunity to study the Theme Problem which focused on the difference of feedback given to students in the modalities of Football and Soil Gymnastics

O efeito do IFRS 16 - contabilidade de leasing - nas companhias aéreas brasileiras - Tam, Gol e Azul (2013-2015)

Trabalho de conclusão de curso (graduação)—Universidade de Brasília, Faculdade de Administração, Contabilidade, Economia e Gestão de Políticas Públicas, Departamento de Ciências Contábeis e Atuariais, Bacharelado em Ciências Contábeis, 2016.Após grande discussão e expectativa, em resposta a uma preocupação sobre a transparência das informações contábeis, em janeiro de 2016 o IASB divulgou o IFRS 16, que diz respeito às operaçãoes de leasing, substituindo o IAS 17, e entra em vigência a partir de janeiro de 2019. A principal mudança acerratada pela norma é a contabilização do leasing operacional, que passará a ser incluído no balanço patrimonial. Umas das principais empresas usuárias dessas operações são as companhias aéreas, visto que é a forma que utilizam para alugar ou adquirir suas aeronaves. O presente trabalho trata-se de uma pesquisa explicativa qualitativa, elaborado mediante pesquisa bibliográfica e tem por objetivo analisar o efeito dessa nova norma nas demonstrações contábeis das companhias aéreas brasileiras Tam, Gol e Azul, nos anos de 2013 a 2015, sendo uma replicação do estudo realizado por Barbosa, Barros, Niyama e Souza (2011), sobre o impacto da contabilização do leasing operacional nas companhias aéreas Tam e Gol nos anos de 2007 a 2009. Os balanços foram ajustados e foram calculados os indicadores de liquidez corrente, relação de capital de terceiros e próprio, composição do endividamento, imobilização do patrimônio líquido, retorno sobre o ativo e retorno sobre o patrimônio líquido. Conclui-se que, os índices de retorno sobre o ativo e imobilização do patrimônio líquido foram os que sofreram maior impacto, e ainda que, embora o impacto geral não tenha seguido na mesma proporção do estudo de Barbosa et al (2011), a contabilização do leasing irá gerar efeitos significativos nessas companhias

Women’s perinatal depression: anhedonia-related symptoms have increased in the COVID-19 pandemic

Background: The prevalence of perinatal depression increased during the COVID-19 pandemic, which may be due to changes in the profile of specific depressive symptoms. Aims: To analyze the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the (1) prevalence and severity of specific depressive symptoms; and on the (2) prevalence of clinically significant symptoms of depression during pregnancy and postpartum. Methods: Pregnant and postpartum women recruited before (n = 2395) and during the COVID-19 pandemic (n = 1396) completed a sociodemographic and obstetric questionnaire and the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS). For each item, scores ≥1 and ≥ 2 were used to calculate the prevalence and severity of depressive symptoms, respectively. Results: The prevalence and severity of symptoms of depression were significantly higher during the COVID-19 pandemic. The prevalence of specific symptoms increased by >30%, namely “being able to laugh and see the funny side of things” (pregnancy 32.6%, postpartum 40.6%), “looking forward with enjoyment to things” (pregnancy 37.2%, postpartum 47.2%); and “feelings of sadness/miserable” or “unhappiness leading to crying” during postpartum (34.2% and 30.2%, respectively). A substantial increase was observed in the severity of specific symptoms related to feelings that “things have been getting on top of me” during pregnancy and the postpartum period (19.4% and 31.6%, respectively); “feeling sad or miserable” during pregnancy (10.8%); and “feeling scared/panicky” during postpartum (21.4%). Fatores críticos num processo de Aprendizagem Baseada em Projetos : perceções de estudantes de 1º ano de Engenharia

This paper presents the students’ perceptions about the interdisciplinary project implemented in the first year of the Integrated Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management (IEM) at the University of Minho, Guimarães, Portugal. This project was supported by four curricular units (UCs): General Chemistry (GC); Calculus (C); Introduction to Industrial Engineering (IIE) and Computer Programming 1 (PC1). In order to collect data on the perceptions of students regarding their participation and motivation on 2011/2012 edition, a questionnaire with 46 closed items and 3 open questions was developed and applied to 35 students and the results discussed on a final workshop. Based on the results of the research, the final workshop shows that the students recognize the benefits of Project Based Learning (PBL) as a learning methodology, its contribution and motivation to development of competences and skills for future career and the importance of teamwork. However, the findings showed that the roles of teachers and tutors must be reviewed as well as the grade’s weight of project related with UCs. Furthermore, students also pointed out some additional constraints during the project, namely: time required for the project; the integration of UCs’ contents in the project and the effort put in the project and its impact in final grades
