Strategi Pemasaran dalam Meningkatkan Jumlah Mahasiswa pada Program Studi Manajemen Keuangan Syariah (Studi Komparatif Uin Syekh Ali Hasan Ahmad Addary Padangsidimpuan dan Uin Sunan Kalijaga)
The title of this research is Marketing Strategy in Increasing the Number of Students in Sharia Financial Management Study Programme (Comparative Study of UIN Syekh Ali Hasan Ahmad Addary Padangsidimpuan and UIN Sunan Kalijaga). The general objectives of this study are to analyse the efforts that have been made in increasing the number of students at the Sharia Financial Management Study Program of UIN Syekh Ali Hasan Ahmad Addary Padangsidimpuan and UIN Sunan Kalijaga, to provide solutions to the problems faced related to marketing strategies at the Sharia Financial Management Study Program of UIN Sheikh Ali Hasan Ahmad Addary Padangsidimpuan and UIN Sunan Kalijaga, and to analyse the level of success in planning, implementing, and implementing promotional strategies at the Sharia Financial Management Study Program of UIN Syekh Ali Hasan Ahmad Addary Padangsidimpuan and UIN Sunan Kalijaga. This research approach uses a qualitative descriptive method. The subjects of this research are the Dean, Head of Study Programme, Alumni, and Students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business of UIN Sheikh Ali Hasan Ahmad Addary and UIN Sunan Kalijaga. This research data analysis technique uses SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats). The results of this study are expected to provide input and suggestions to the Sharia Financial Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, UIN Sheikh Ali Ahmad Addary Padangsidimpuan related to marketing strategies that have been carried out in the Sharia Financial Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, UIN Sunan Kalijaga to be implemented and practiced in the Sharia Financial Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, UIN Syekh Ali Ahmad Addary Padangsidimpuan so that there is an increase in the number of students in accordance with the ratio of existing lecturers. Then it will have an impact on increasing the accreditation of the Sharia Financial Management Study Programme, Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, UIN Sheikh Ali Ahmad Addary Padangsidimpuan
Social Entrepreneur: A ‘Coin’ Fundraising Model for Social Organizations
This study aims to make a fundraising model conducted by a social organization with the strengths on social capital, religious values, and social entrepreneurship as an effort to develop the local economy operated by the Nahdlatul Ulama’s zakat and infaq institution. The society movement phenomenon of collecting coins or money worth from IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) 500, IDR 1000, and more, can be followed by all levels of society – both the poor and the rich. It becomes unique that the small value of money can be a huge financial power when collected together. This research employs qualitative research approach with grounded theory method. The implementation of coin fund collection model was conducted by an Islamic organization of Nahdlatul Ulama in Tulungagung regency that was chosen as a case portraying a model of coin fund movement as the social organization’s self-reliance. The data were collected through interviewing the management of the Nahdatul Ulama at the provincial and district levels who run the independent coin fund collection program, in addition, interviewing the members of the organization who were directly involved in the program. The strength of this research is the fundraising model from all communities who are were the members of the social organizations. If the small value of money donated by the community is collected in a very large and sustainable amount, it will have a very significant impact. This is different from the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funds operated by a company as a social responsibility that has an intention to build the company’s brand and expand the company’s market share.

Integrative Moral Education Concept and Method: Ibnu Abi Al-Dunya’s Thoughts
This research was conducted with the aim to examine the specifics and in-depth of the concept of integrative moral education in the perspective of Ibnu Abi al-Dunya and recommend the formulation of implementative methods that can be applied in the moral education based on his perspective. This research used qualitative methods by using a content analysis approach to the book of Makārim al-Akhlāq by Ibnu Abi al-Dunya. The results revealed that the moral education in the concept of Ibnu Abi al-Dunya is an ongoing process of education in instilling noble nature, which is based on true faith and tauḥīd, in order to form a godly person, has the perfection of faith. True moral education is moral education that is inseparable from the education of faith and faith. This is because noble morals must be based on faith, while the perfection of faith is reflected in noble morals. Moral education methods should be emphasized on more substantial aspects of emphasis rather than just being formalistic and verbal. The methods (uslub) of moral education in the concept and thinking of Ibnu Abi al-Dunya are pioneered as follow: (1) al-qudwah wa al-uswah, good examples; (2) al-targīb wa al-tasywīq, makes a person love and like something; (3) at-tarhīb, threat or punishment; (4) al-ta'awwud, of habituation; (5) al-wa'zhu wa al-naṣīḥah, advice and direction; (6) al-ḥiwār, discussion
Sistem kepemimpinan di dalam masyarakat pedesaan daerah Kalimantan Barat
Buku yang berjudul "Sistem Kepemimpinan Di Dalam Masyarakat Pedesaan Kalimantan Barat" adalah merupakan salah satu hasil kegiatan Proyek Inveritarisasi dan Dokumentasi Kebudayaan Daerah Kalimantan Barat tahun anggaran 1983/1984. Secara struktural seluruh wilayah Indonesia di-bag i menjadi wilayah administrasi pemerintahan dari tingkat Propinsi, Kabupaten/Kotamadya, Kecamatan dan sampai terbawah adalah Desa. Analisis Strategi Diferensiasi (Kasus Produk Telkom Speedy di Plasa Telkom Pekanbaru)
This research took place in The Plasa Telkom Pekanbaru. This research based on the amount of market opportunities to telecommunications services (internet) in Riau. These conditions provide an opportunity and also threat to telecommunications service provider (internet) business that targeting the same market, that effected competition conditions being increased intensely. These condition forced The Plasa Telkom Pekanbaru to designing and implementing an appropriate and efficient differentiation strategy to attract and retain customers. This study aims to analyze the differentiation strategy implemented of The Plasa Telkom Pekanbaru and constraints experienced in the face of telecommunications services in Riau.The Author used descriptive quantitative analysis method, Used questionnaire and interview to collecting data, and used accidental sampling as sample. Source of data was used primary data or obtained directly from the object of research data, and secondary data is data which Author collected from The Plasa Telkom Pekanbaru.The results of this research indicate that the differentiation strategy that has been implemented by The Plasa Telkom Pekanbaru is appropriate, but the strategy style of Speedys product must be considered and improved.Keywords: Differentiation strategy, telecommunication services, Telkoms product
MODEL PENTAHELIX DALAM PENGEMBANGAN DESA WISATA DI DESA PERLANG KABUPATEN BANGKA TENGAH, BANGKA BELITUNG
In an effort to develop the Perlang Tourism Village, through the role of the Pentahelix Model. Perlang Tourism Village is one of the tourism areas located in Lubuk Besar District, Central Bangka Regency which has the potential to be developed because it has many attractive tourist destinations. The role of Pentahelix such as Academics, Business, Community, Government and Media seeks to develop Perlang Tourism Village for the better. However, it is not known in depth the involvement of related parties in the Development of the Perlang Tourism Village. Therefore, the researcher made the formulation of the problem in this research how is the Pentahelix Model in the development of the Perlang Tourism Village. The purpose of this study was to determine the involvement of the role of each informant to optimize the development potential of the Perlang Tourism Village. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The conclusion in this study is that the Pentahelix Model in Perlang Tourism Village Development has been running optimally. This is because the collaboration between informants has been going well and the roles of each actor have been realized optimally
The Relationship between Organizational Justice and Organizational Citizenship Behavior
The paper focuses on determining whether organizational justice has impact on the organizational citizenship behavior in charity organization in Erbil/Iraq. Correlation analysis analyzed (r =0.795**) was found between organizational justice and OCB, (r =0.424**) was found between Distributive and OCB (r =0.768**) was found between Procedural and OCB, (r =0.784**) e was found between Interactional and OCB. Simple Analysis concluded supported that there is linkage between organizational justice as an independent variable and OCB as a dependent variable (Adjusted R2 = 0.630, p <0.01). Multiple Regression Analysis concluded supported that there is linkage between dimensions of organizational justice as an independent variable as listed as Distributive, Procedural and Interactional with OCB as a dependent variable (Adjusted R2 = 0.654, p <0.05). MANAJEMEN BIMBINGAN KONSELING DALAM MENGATASI KONFLIK KENAKALAN PESERTA DIDIK DI MAS INSAN KESUMA MADANI KECAMATAN NAMORAMBE KABUPATEN DELI SERDANG
Tulisan ini menjelaskan pada Manajemen Bimbingan Konseling dalam menangani konflik kenakalan peserta didik di MAS Insan Kesuma Madani. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan mengandalkan informan utama: kepala madrasah, wakil kepala madrasah, dan guru bimbingan konseling. Hasil penelitian menyoroti dua hal utama: (1) Strategi manajemen bimbingan konseling di MAS Insan Kesuma Madani dalam mengatasi konflik siswa; dan (2) Hambatan yang dihadapi selama proses bimbingan konseling. Kesimpulannya, manajemen bimbingan konseling di sekolah tersebut telah secara efektif merencanakan dan mengimplementasikan strategi untuk mengorganisir dan menangani konflik dan kenakalan siswa. Kerjasama antara guru bimbingan konseling dengan pihak sekolah lainnya dan dukungan dari wali murid menunjukkan peran penting dalam kesuksesan proses ini
