TEORI METAMOREP DALAM PENCIPTAAN ALAM SEMESTA DENGAN PARADIGMA DYNIK ERA EKONOMI COVID

Latar Belakang: Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk menganalisis penciptaan alam semesta dengan Paradigma Dynivitas sesuai Teori R12 Metamorfosis dalam 6 tahap era ekonomi Covid. Teori R12 metamorfosis disandari oleh rumus R12 dan pola Metamorfosis. R12 merupakan rumus Roikhan-12 yang mengembangkan Konsep Tepi Mula. Pola Metamorfosis terdapat pada perubahan Kupu-kupu sejak dari awal. Paradigma Dynivitas mengacu pada kandungan kitab suci sesuai dengan kebenaran dan fakta. Riset ini dilakukan secara desk study dengan mengumpulkan sumber dari kitab suci, jurnal, buku, dan media elektronik. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah Kualitatif Refleksivitif.Metode: Metode yang dipakai adalah metafora dan similaritas. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah Teori R12 Metamorfosis dalam penciptaan alam semesta terdiri dari 6 tahap. Tahapan ini merupakan gabungan dari sklus hidup Kupu-kupu ditambah dengan siklus berkembang biak mahluk. Diawali dengan 1 noktah seperti telu r yang berisi materi berkepadatan tinggi. Kemudian terjadi pemisahan yang desbut dengan Konsep Tepi Mula.Hasil: Similar dengan konsep ini adalah makna Quran Surat Hid 11.114 yang didinterpretasikan terjadi pemisahan dari 1 noktah padat menjadi 2 bagian yaitu tepi materi alam semesta ada 2 bagian, dan mula materi alam semesta ada 1 bagian dalam metafora ulat. Dilanjutkan dengan transformasi menjadi Nebula dengan asap yang menyelimuti galaksi dengan metafora kepompong dengan refleksivitas berupa alam semesta sedang salat. Tahap terakhir dari Metamorfosis adalah Kupu-kupu yang direpresentasikan berupa alam semesta mulai berkembang di awal kesempurnaannya. Dua tahap tambahan adalah sebelum masa reproduksi dengan tingkat kematangan alam semesta muda. Terkahir adalah fase reproduksi alam semesta dengan kematangan lebih dewasa.Kesimpulan: Paradigma Dyniviti menjadi solusi bagi pengembanan teori penciptaan alam semesta yang memadukan antara teori eksisting dengan kandungan kitab suci era ekonomi Covi

Empowerment Programs among Local Inhabitants at Rabak Residence in Indonesia

Community service in Rabak Village, Bogor, Indonesia, was done for 30 days, involving 16 students from 7 faculties with an additional 1 lecturer as a supervisor. Activities were conducted from August until September 2017. The approach used the methodology of Hahslm with the ontology of Islam, comprehensiveness in epistemology, and axiology of balancing. This guidance method utilized the straight path theory that combines the three main factors, internal, external, and reflexivities such as academicians, regulators, and ulama. For the planning and implementation, the research had objectives to map community potential, increase people capacity and transfer education. There were problems with local culture and obstacles encountered such as lack of time, sort of consolidating and coordinating with various parties in internal group members and supervisors, external parties such as sponsors, as well as the reflexivity of ulama and religious leaders. From the results of the activities, there were several successes: increasing community participation in development programs in villages, increasing motivation to learners in elementary and junior high school to continue education to higher levels, and to educate public knowledge about Islamic universities, to increase public awareness of the importance of marriage books, and increase physical building or development rehabilitation of water reservoirs, and reading parks

Evaluation Of Interest Rate Free In Indonesian Islamic Banking

The purpose of this study reviewed the analysis and discussion in a thesis entitled "Analysis of Effect of Non Performing Financing (NPF), assets of Islamic Banking and Bank Indonesia Certificates Sharia (SBIS) Financing Against Islamic Banking in Indonesia in 2010-2013". This research methodusing descriptive qualitative method in which these two methods are analyzed and explained by the subjective nature or in accordance with the object. The data used is qualitative data that comes from two sources, namely primary data and secondary data. Then the data is formulated and interpreted so neatly into one. The data collection is done by observation, interview, documentation, and literature. The results of this research are variable Non Performing Financing (NPF), assets of Islamic Banking and Bank Indonesia Certificates Sharia (SBIS) mempunai significant effect on the financing of Islamic banking in Indonesia

Ekonomi pertanian era pandemi dengan metafora kupu-kupu berkode R12 dan R47 dalam ibadah

The aim of this research is to analyze agricultural economic development in the pandemic era with the function of butterflies as agricultural pollinating insects with codes R12 and R47 in symbols of worship. The object of this research is agricultural pollinating insects, namely Butterflies. The research was carried out from literacy studies of journals, books, scriptures, and electronic media. The methodology used is descriptive analysis. The methods used include reflexivity, dynivity, and similarity. The results obtained that the Butterfly motif stores codes R12 and R47 which are the unification of religion and science. There is a natural morphology on the butterfly's upper wings in the form of seven individual lines (7). The bottom wing motif shows a pattern of three (3) small circles like the letter sin, there is also a protrusion of the inner wing that has a long motif with the pattern of the number one (1) like the letter lam, and the largest circle pattern with the number nine (9) on the inside like the letter mim, so it looks like 319 and sinlammim. The source of my reflexivity comes from the R12 which is positioned at the bottom. The number 19 out of 319 is also found in Covid-19 which has an economic impact. The butterfly carries the message of the formula resulting from the structure of creation on the wings with the Hahslm 472319 pattern. This formula gives the meaning of dynivitas (unification) in the Butterfly that religion and science are one unit. Besides that, there is also meaning in the life of a pandemic in the form of a link between the existence of butterflies that the agricultural process is carried out in a worship way through insects with a wing motif which shows that humans turn to God for worship. The novelty of this research is that the dynivtas formula stored in the butterfly's wings can be used as a lesson in agricultural ecosystems in the current pandemic economic era.Penelitian memiliki tujuan yaitu menganalisis perkembangan ekonomi pertanian di era pandemik dengan fungsi Kupu-kupu sebagai serangga penyerbuk pertanian dengan kode R12 dan R47 dalam simbol ibadah. Obyek riset ini adalah serangga penyerbuk pertanian yaitu Kupu-kupu. Riset dikerjakan dari studi literasi jurnal, buku, kitab suci, dan media elektronik. Metodologi yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif. Metode yang dipakai antara lain refleksivitas, dynivitas, dan similaritas. Hasil yang diperoleh motif Kupu-kupu meyimpan kode R12 dan R47 yang merupakan unifikasi agama dan sains. Terdapat morfologi natural pada bagian sayap atas Kupu-kupu berupa individual garis berjumlah tujuh (7). Motif sayap bagian bawah menunjukkan pola tiga (3) bulatan kecil seperti huruf sin, ada juga tonjolan sayap dalam yang memiliki motif panjang berpola angka satu (1) seperti huruf lam, dan pola bulatan paling besar berangka Sembilan (9) pada bagian dalam seperti huruf mim, sehingga berpenampakan 319 dan sinlammim. Sumber refleksivitas motif sayap tersebut berasal dari R12 yang berposis dibagian bawah. Angka 19 dari 319 juga terdapat pada Covid-19 yang berdampak ekonomi. Kupu-kupu membawa pesan rumus hasil struktur penciptaan disayap dengan pola Hahslm 472319. Rumus ini memberi makna dynivitas (unifikasi) dalam Kupu-kupu bahwa agama serta sains adalah 1 kesatuan. Selain itu ada juga makna dalam kehidupan pandemi berupa kaitan antara keberadaan Kupu-kupu bahwa proses pertanian dilakukan secara ibadah melalui serangga dengan motif sayap yang menunjukkan bahwa manusia kepada Tuhan untuk ibadah. Kebaruan dari riset ini adalah formula dynivtas yang tersimpan pada sayap Kupu-kupu bisa dijadikan pembelajaran pada ekosistem pertanian di era ekonomi pandemi sekarang ini

EFEKTIVITAS BISNIS STARTUP DIGITAL PT. JOJO NOMIC INDONESIA DALAM NILAI KEUNTUNGAN DAN IBADAH ERA COVID-19

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat efektivitas kinerja PT. Jojo Nomic Indonesia, sebuah startup (perusahaan rintisan) di bidang teknologi, dengan metode DEA dan nilai keislaman yang dicerminkan dari nilai sholat para karyawannya selama periode 2016-2019 serta melihat pengaruh variabel input dan variabel output terhadap tingkat pertumbuhan perusahaan. Studi kasus yang menjadi objek penelitian ini yaitu pada PT. Jojo Nomic Indonesia. Adapun variabel input yang digunakan yaitu Akumulasi Jumlah Pelanggan Baru dan Renewal dan Jumlah Leads (Potential Customer) Masuk. Sedangkan variabel output-nya yaitu Pendapatan Operasional. Nilai keislaman yang digunakan yaitu bobot nilai ibadah sholat yang diambil dari penilaian keseharian ibadah pegawai selama rentang waktu 2016-2019. Pengaruhnya terhadap efektivitas kinerja dapat dilihat menggunakan perhitungan nilai refleksivitas ibadah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan dari data efektivitas kinerja karyawan dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan efektivitas kinerja karyawan sejalan dengan peningkatan yang terjadi pada bobot nilai dalam ibadahnya. Hal ini tercermin dari nilai refleksivitas ibadah dalam kinerja karyawan yang sejak tahun 2016-2019 selalu meningkat angkanya. Puncaknya terjadi pada tahun 2019, di mana efektivitas kinerja yang dilihat dari variabel output (pendapatan operasional) mencapai titik maksimal 100% sejalan dengan adanya peningkatan yang juga cukup signifikan dalam bobot nilai ibadah karyawan menjadi 90%. Sehingga dapat dihitung nilai refleksivitasnya berada di persentase 90%. Dengan kata lain, nilai ibadah sholat cenderung berpengaruh besar terhadap peningkatan efektivitas kinerja karyawan di PT. Jojo Nomic Indonesia

Good Corporate Governance with Religiosity Approach in Realizing Accountability at Sharia Financial Institution

Introduction to The Problem: The issue of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) develops along with the occurrence of several types of conflicts that occur between groups of stakeholders. So the company encourages business people to present a good corporate management mechanism.Purpose/Objective Study: This research aims to build an efficient corporate governance system, effective management, disclosure in accurate financial reporting, as well as fair and transparent accounting records so as to create accountability to God, Man, and Nature.Design/Methodology/Approach: This study uses a descriptive writing method with a qualitative approach.Findings: The results of this study explain that the concept of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) with the Sharia Enterprise Theory and Hahslm Theory approaches will reflect transparency to achieve harmonious relations related to the interets of the company, people, nature, and Allah SWT.Paper Type: Research Article or General Revie

DETERMINAN INTERNAL, EKSTERNAL DAN REFLEKSIVITAS KESEJAHTERAAN DUSUN RABAK

Abstrak: Tujuan dari pelaksanaa kegiatan ini adalah penulis menggambarkan hasil program komunitas sosial di Rabak, Rumpin. Menjelaskan hasil analisis menggunakan analisis S.W.O.T ke dalam program pemberdayaan dan hasilnya akan dijelaskan sebagai metode deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan masyarakat di Desa Rabak memiliki sifat yang sangat kaya, terutama sumber daya alamnya untuk bercocok tanam, tetapi kekayaan yang ada di desa alami Rabak tidak sejalan dengan pengelolaan alam yang merusak yang telah ada untuk waktu yang lama. Di sana para ibu dan orang tua mengikuti kegiatan tersebut, untuk menambah wawasan mereka dalam mengelola peluang dan mengajarkan cara membuat aksesoris yang memiliki daya jual tinggi.Abstract: The objective of this study on this article were: the writers was describing the result of social community program in Rabak, Rumpin. KETERKAITAN INDIKATOR MONETER SYARIAH TERHADAP PENDAPATAN DOMESTIK BRUTO

The purpose of this research is to analyze in the short term and long term between the four independent variables including: the financing of Islamic banking, the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), the Islamic Bank Indonesia certificates (SBIS), and the money supply (JUB) to gross domestic product (GDP). This research uses the test to notice any indications of Granger was awarded a long-term relationship and Error Correction Model to see the existence of a short-term relationship. The result shows that in the short-run only SBIS that have a short-run relationship to GDP.
