    Latar belakang: Angka Kematian Ibu di Indonesia masih cukup tinggi dimana angkanya cenderung meningkat pada tahun 2012. Penyebab AKI dapat diturunkan dan dicegah melalui pemberian asuhan kehamilan yang rutin dan berkualitas untuk mendeteksi secara dini adanya kelainan dan komplikasi. Tingkat pengetahuan dan dukungan suami memiliki peran penting untuk memberikan dorongan bagi ibu agar semakin aktif memeriksakan kehamilannya ke tenaga kesehatan. Tujuan: 1. Mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil beserta suami terhadap kunjungan antenatal care. 2. Mengetahui hubungan dukungan suami terhadap kunjungan antenatal care. Metodologi: Penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel 80 responden ibu hamil dan 80 responden suami. Analisa data menggunakan chi square, jika tidak memenuhi syarat maka menggunakan kolmogorov smirnov. Hasil: 1. Hubungan tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil terhadap kunjungan antenatal care p=0,015 (0,05). 3. Hubungan dukungan suami dari sudut pandang ibu hamil dan suami masing-masing p=0,003 dan p=0,012 (<0,05

Hal ini terjawab dengan perkembangan teknologi komunikasi bergerak yang didalamnya menyediakan layanan informasi bergerak. Hadirnya internet pada peralatan mobile membuka peluang sector bisnis untuk mengembangkan sistem berbasis WAP (Wireless Application Protocol). Salah satu bidang yang dapat menerapkan sistem ini adalah pariwisata. Pariwisata bagi pemerintah daerah merupakan salah satu aspek untuk meningkatkan pendapatan daerah. Salah satu kendala yang dihadapi oleh pemerintah daerah dalam hal pengembangan pariwisata adalah tidak adanya sistem informasi yang efektif untuk para wisatawan. Wisatawan sering mengalami kesulitan dalam menemukan tempat atau fasilitas yang tepat dikota tersebut. Oleh karena itu untuk meningkatkan pelayanannya kepada wisatawan maka sector pariwisata perlu mengembangkan layanan informasi bergerak. Dengan dikembangkannya sistem pemandu wisata berbasis WAP, diharapkan dapat memberikan dan mempermudah para wisatawan dalam mendapatkan informasi dimana dan kapanpun dibutuhkan.     Valence-bond-solid order in antiferromagnets with spin-lattice coupling

    We propose that a valence-bond-solid (VBS) order can be stabilized in certain two-dimensional antiferromagnets due to spin-lattice coupling. In contrast to the VBS state of the Affleck-Kennedy-Lieb-Tesaki (AKLT) type in which the spin 2S2S and the lattice coordination zz must be commensurate, the spin-lattice coupling-induced VBS state can occur when 2S2S is not an integer multiple of zz. As a concrete example, S=2 spins on the triangular network with z=6z=6 is discussed. Within the Schwinger boson mean-field theory it is shown that the ground state is given by the 3×3\sqrt{3}\times\sqrt{3} modulation of the valence bond amplitudes for sufficiently strong spin-lattice coupling. Using the corresponding AKLT wave function, we work out the excitation spectrum for this state within the single-mode approximation. The calculated spectrum should provide a new type of collective mode which is distinct from the spin wave excitations of the magnetically ordered ground state

    Interference effects between Berry phase factors in spin tunneling systems have been discussed in recent Letters by Loss, DiVincenzo and Grinstein and von Delft and Henley. This Comment points out that Berry phases in spin tunneling are important in another interesting case: the two dimensional doped antiferromagnet. I show that the dispersion of a single hole in the t-J model changes sign as e2Ï€se^{2\pi s} where ss is the size of the spins. This provides an interpretation of the numerical results for the s=\half model, and a prediction for other spin sizes.Comment: 5 pages, LaTe

    Security and Privacy Issues in IoT Healthcare Application for Disabled Users in Developing Economies

    In this paper, we explore the security and privacy issues of Internet of Things (IoT) healthcare applications for special needs users. IoT enables health-related organizations to lift important data from diverse sources in real-time and this helps in precise decision-making. The transformation of the health sector, required enhancement and efficiency of protective systems, thereby reducing data vulnerability and hence, providing opportunities for secure patient data, particularly, for special needs patients. A quantitative method for purposive sampling technique was adopted and eighty-eight respondents provided the process of how the IoT technology was utilised. Data findings indicated that IoT monitoring devices have the detective ability for a person with special needs living alone with problems related to vital signs of diseases or disabilities. Personal patient health records are integrated into the e-health Centre via IoT technologies. For data privacy, security, and confidentiality, patients' records are kept on Personal Health Record Systems (PHRS). The research revealed suspected breaches of information due to cyber-attacks on the probability of false data errors in the PHRS, leading to special needs personal data leakage

    Floquet Spectrum and Transport Through an Irradiated Graphene Ribbon

    Graphene subject to a spatially uniform, circularly-polarized electric field supports a Floquet spectrum with properties akin to those of a topological insulator, including non-vanishing Chern numbers associated with bulk bands and current-carrying edge states. Transport properties of this system however are complicated by the non-equilibrium occupations of the Floquet states. We address this by considering transport in a two-terminal ribbon geometry for which the leads have well-defined chemical potentials, with an irradiated central scattering region. We demonstrate the presence of edge states, which for infinite mass boundary conditions may be associated with only one of the two valleys. At low frequencies, the bulk DC conductivity near zero energy is shown to be dominated by a series of states with very narrow anticrossings, leading to super-diffusive behavior. For very long ribbons, a ballistic regime emerges in which edge state transport dominates.Comment: 4.2 pages, 3 figure

    Development of infrastructures intensively in the last decades has increased the demand for building materials, such as cement. This also causes the prices of Portland Cement, the most common type of cements has also increased and sometimes it is difficult to find it in the markets. Another type of cement namely Lime Pozolan Cement (SPK) may be used to substitute for Portland Cement for building construction which receives relatively low loads. The SPK is produced from pozolan materials and lime without heating process. The common pozolan materials used is tras. This research is aimed to investigate chemical and physical characteristics of the SPK enriched with silica of rice hull ash (ASP). The ASP is intended to reduce the use of trace as the source of silica. Methods used included experiments and testing. Supplements of the ASP in the SPK were varied at the levels of 0, 5, 10, 15, and 20% (w/w). The results of the research indicated that without ASP supplement (control treatment), SiO2 contents was 53.94%. By 5 to 20% ASP supplement increased SiO2 content to 59.54 - 65.87%. However SO3 content was reduced from 3.43% to 2.04 - 1.11% and MgO content from 2.36% to 2.29 - 1.64%. Furthermore, as the ASP supplement in SPK increased the compresive strength of concrete samples also increased, except at 15% and 20% ASP supplement after 21 and 28 days storage of the samples. Therefore, the optimum ASP supplement in SPK in this study was 15% with compressive strength of 103 x105 kg/m2 after 21 days storage and 128 x105 kg/m2 after 28 days storage

    Oscillating Superfluidity of Bosons in Optical Lattices

    We follow up on a recent suggestion by C. Orzel et. al., Science, 291, 2386 (2001), whereby bosons in an optical lattice would be subjected to a sudden parameter change from the Mott to the superfluid phase. We analyze the Bose Hubbard model with a modified coherent states path integral which can escribe - both - phases. The saddle point theory yields collective oscillations of the uniform superfluid order parameter. These would be seen in time resolved interference patterns made by the released gas. We calculate the collective oscillation's damping rate by phason pair emission. In two dimensions the overdamped region largely overlaps with the quantum critical region.     Problematique De L\'utilisation Des Engrais Mineraux Dans Les Zones De Production Du Riz : Cas Du Centre-Ouest De La Côte D\'ivoire

    Dans le but de mettre au point de barèmes de fumure minérale adaptés aux régions et aux variétés nouvelles de riz pluvial, une enquête a été réalisée à Saïoua, auprès de 7 associations de riziculteurs dans le Centre Ouest de la Côte d\'Ivoire. Cette enquête a porté sur les riziculteurs et leur environnement, les caractéristiques des systèmes de culture à base de riz pluvial, la perception et l\'utilisation des engrais chimiques et, enfin, la destination de la production rizicole. Il ressort de l\'enquête que la production de riz est à dominance destinée à l\'autoconsommation. La riziculture pluviale, activité la plus répandue dans la région, est pratiquée à 95 % par les femmes. Elle demeure encore itinérante, avec apparition, localisée de zones de blocage foncier. Cette situation a entraîné l\'éloignement des parcellesrizicoles des villages et une exploitation continue de certaines parcelles pendant 2, voire 3 ans. les pratiques agricolesont entrainé la nécessité de de restaurer les terres cultivées à travers l\'utilisation des engrais chimiques selon les paysans. Aussi, le souhait des trois quarts des riziculteurs enquêtés est-il d\'utiliser ces engrais chimiques. Mais, compte tenu du coût élevé et de la faiblesse du pouvoir d\'achat de la population rurale, les engrais ne sont pas effectivement utilisés. Les quelques riziculteurs enquêtés, qui ont déjà utilisés les engrais chimiques, ont obtenu les produits par le biais d\'Organisations Non Gouvernementales (ONG) à la faveur de projets agricoles.In order to define appropriate fertilizer rates for new rice varieties in the different areas of rainfed rice production, a survey was conducted in Saïoua, mid-west Côte d\'Ivoire. Seven rice farmer associations were surveyed. Parameters, such as: upland rice-based systems and market chracteristics,as well as farmer social status and perceptions toward mineral fertilizer use were assessed. Results show that : 95 % of rice farmers were women and cropping systems itinerant. This led to land scarcity, remoteness of production sites with respect to thomes, as well as land overuse (3-4 years of continuous cropping on the same land). Mineral fertilizer addition to soil appears to be the solution to this problem. For most farmers (75%), beside fallows systems, chemical fertilizer additions appear to be the only way out to improve soil quality. However, because of high chemical fertilizers cost, which is often out of reach of most farmers, fertilizers are not properly used by farmers and production is aimed at self-consumption. The few farmers who used fertilizers in their plots obtained those amendements from local NGOs through agricultural projects implemented in the area.
