    This research has 4 goals. 1) To describe the sosiohistoris background of Oka Rusmini as an author of “Tarian Bumi” novel. 2) To describe the structural study of “Tarian Bumi ” novel by Oka Rusmini . 3) To describe gender inequalities in Oka Rusmini’s novel “Tarian Bumi” based on literary criticism feminism. 4) To describe the implementation of perspective gender in Oka Rusmini’s novel “Tarian Bumi” as Indonesian literature material in SMA.This type of research was qualitative descriptive. The object of this research was perspective gender in Oka Rusmini’s novel “Tarian Bumi”. The subject of this research was “Tarian Bumi” novel by Oka Rusmini. The techniques of data collection in this study used a library technique and record. Triangulation that used in this research was data triangulation and triangulation theory. The result of this research show that:1) Sosiohistories of Oka rusmini very interesting. Oka Rusmini is ones of the women novelist that bring feminist in the theme of her novel.Oka Rusmini was`born in Jakarta, the 11th of July in 1967. She always write the gender in her novels. 2) Structurally the theme of “Tarian Bumi” novel by Oka Rusmini was about a woman who wanted the equality with men. The storyline that was used by Oka Rusmini was Flash-back plot. The characterizations were divided into two.Key figures and additional figures. In this novel, the key figures were “Ida Ayu Telaga Pidada” as a protagonist figure.As an antagonist figure is Luh Sekar. The additional figures were Wayan Sasmitha, Ida Bagus Tugur, Luh Gumbreg, Luh Kenten. The scene background all took a place in Bali. The time background happened in the morning and in the night. The social background was in situation of the patrikiart era. 3)Inequalities gender in “Tarian Bumi“ novel by Oka Rusmini has inequalities gender included 5 things. (a) Women marginilitation.     Does Off-farm Employment Enhance the Welfare of Rural Households in Indonesia?

    This study examines whether taking advantage of off-farm employment as an alternative income source improves the welfare of rural households in Indonesia. Using a panel data set from rural households in Central Sulawesi, the effect of off-farm diversification examines on total household income and economic mobility over time. A fixed effects and random effects model with an instrumental variable is applied in analyzing the causal effects of off-farm employment. The findings confirm substantial growth stemming from work outside of a household’s farming, which is shown to improve income and economic mobility in rural areas. Off-farm work was found to positively affect total household income, which increased by 63.20% in real Indonesia rupiah (IDR) in conjunction with the number of men in the family and cocoa cultivation. The results also indicate a need for a policy that encourages off-farm employment, particularly for value-added activities that are accessible to lower-income groups to improve income and reduce poverty among the poo

    The role of teaching material in the learning process among other things help teachers deliver the material, being the main reference, a good selection of learning materials is a rigorous selection process so that the proper materials are used. Because not all teaching material that is worth used. So this research aims to find out what types of materials are used, along with the reason as well as to determine the feasibility of teaching material of economic subjects accounting material used in SMA Negeri 2 Lamongan based on criteria that includes four components BSNP feasibility feasibility component, is the content preparation, language and graph. The results of the research note that the teaching material used in SMA Negeri 2 Lamongan is a textbook and LKS, textbook selected by reason of partnership between publishers with the school while LKS were selected to complement the existing deficiencies in the textbook, as well as component results can be seen after the eligibility and it is known all textbook got a percentage amounting to 91,45%, LKS 57,04%, which it does very decent textbook and LKS worthy.   Keyword : Identification, teaching materials, materials accountin

    ABSTRACT                Sanggau Regency is one of the farthest regencies in West Kalimantan Province which is directly adjacent to Malaysia. In 2020, the economic growth rate of Sanggau Regency will continue to grow, even the highest in West Kalimantan, which is 0.70 percent, while at the provincial and other regencies/cities it is experiencing contraction. For this reason, this study aims to determine the leading sectors that support economic growth in Sanggau Regency before and after the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis methods with secondary data sources in the form of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) data according to business fields in 2010-2020 originating from the Central Statistics Agency. The analysis technique used is Location Quetient (LQ) analysis, Klassen typology and Shift Share. The results show that the agriculture, forestry and fisheries se egctors have an important role in economic growth in Sanggau Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic. For this reason, it is hoped that the West Kalimantan Provincial Government in general and the Sanggau Regency Government in particular to prioritize the development of leading sectors as a source of economic growth without neglecting other sectors in development planning and implementation. Another policy that can be taken is to encourage the development of lagging sectors with special strategies so that they can spur better economic growth

Program Praktek Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta merupakan salah satu mata kuliah yang wajib ditempuh oleh mahasiswa program studi kependidikan. Tujuan dari program ini untuk memberikan pengalaman kepada mahasiswa dalam bidang pembelajaran, menerapkan ilmu pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dimiliki ke dalam kehidupan nyata, melatih dan mengembangkan kompetensi kependidikan untuk bekal mahasiswa sebagai sumber daya pengajar yang dibutuhkan dalam dunia pendidikan kelak nantinya ketika bergelut di dunia pendidikan yang sebenarnya. Sebelum melaksanakan PPL selama kurang lebih 10 minggu, yaitu dari tanggal2 Juli sampai dengan 17 September, mahasiswa PPL UNY telah melaksanakan observasi yang bertujuan mendapatkan informasi dan data guna melakukan penyusunan program kerja PPL. Program PPL selain sebagai wahana untuk pelatihan dan pembelajaran bagi mahasiswa, juga menjadi usaha Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta untuk turut berkontribusi dalam mentransformasikan nilai-nilai kependidikan kepada sekolah tersebut. Setelah melaksanakan kegiatan PPL banyak hal yang telah kami dapatkan, misalnya kami dapat lebih mengenal karakter dan sifat anak-anak SD secara nyata, kami juga dapat memahami pola pikir serta tingkatan pemikiran anak dan yang lebih penting kami dapat belajar mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan yang mungkin nantinya akan kami hadapi saat mengajar kelak dikemudian hari baik di lapangan maupun di dalam kelas. Adapun hasil yang di harapkan setelah melakukan praktek Pengalaman Lapangan ( PPL ) adalah mahasiswa membentuk,mengenal,mengamati sekaligus menerapkan apa yang telah di peroleh di bangku kuliah untuk di aplikasikan dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah yang mahasiswa ampu nantinya.     The teacher has to give education to the children even though online, because of the virus corona covid 19. The way to introduce subjects such as the concept of numbers to early childhood is through online learning. This research aims to describe and to analyzing about the concept of numbers introduction for early childhood 5-6 years old. The research uses the descriptive qualitative method. The subject research is a kindergarten teacher from AQ Assalamah school. The data collection technique used interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results analysis describes the implementation, children, and parents' response, and the obstacles during the introduction of concept number for early childhood tare place in pandemic covid 19 periods. According to the analysis result, the implementation of concept numbers are planning, implementation and assessment. The children showed good responses and were so enthusiastic about this learning and the obstacles that were found are not all parents have handphones can to support this learning and can,t afford the quota of the internet because of the economic factor.Pembelajaran online selama masa wabah virus corona ini menuntut guru harus tetap memberikan pembelajaran pada anak PAUD  tanpa tatap muka, pembelajaran konsep berhitung termasuk di dalamnya.  Tujuan stusy ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pemahaman konsep berhitung melalui pembelajaran online di masa wabah virus corona. Metode deskriftif kualitatif digunakan dalam studi ini.  Subjek penelitian adalah guru Kober AQ Assalamah. Pengolahan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dekumentasi.  Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, display data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian mendeskrifsikan implementasi, respon anak dan kendala kendalanya melalui pembelajaran online pada masa wabah virus corona. Hasil study bahwa.implementasi pembelajaran konsep bilangan terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan,  dan penilaiaan, anak menunjukan respon yang baik dan antusias mengikuti pembelajaran dan kendala yang ditemukan adalah wali murid tidak mempunyai handphone yang bisa mendukung pembelajaran dan mampu membeli kuota karena paktor ekonomi

    PERSPEKTIF ORANG TUA MENGENAI PEMBELAJARAN METODE QIRAATI UNTUK ANAK USIA DINI

    The Qur'an is very important for the life of guiding and directing human beings so every Muslim must read and practice the Qur'an in everyday life. The purpose of this study focused on looking at parents' perspectives on qiraati methods in early childhood learning. The methods used in this study are qualitative descriptive. The technique of data collection in this study is to use questionnaires, observations, and in-depth interviews with research subjects, namely parents/guardians of TKQ Al-Karim which numbered 20 people. This research is located in TKQ Al-Karim Karawang district. Data processing techniques in this study are carried out with data reduction, data display, and data conclusions. From the results of the questionnaire, interviews and observations obtained the results that the qiraati method is effective in learning, especially on aspects of religious and moral values and reading the Qur'an. The impact obtained from the results of the study is that parents have a positive response about learning in school, especially in terms of reading the Qur'an using qiraati methods. The application of qiraati methods becomes important to help provide character education related to aspects of early childhood religious and moral values. Al-qur’an sangat penting bagi kehidupan membimbing dan mengarahkan manusia sehingga wajib bagi setiap muslim untuk membaca dan mengamalkan al-qur’an dalam kehidupan sehari- hari. Tujuan penelitian ini berfokus untuk melihat perspektif orangtua mengenai metode qiraati pada pembelajaran anak usia dini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahdeskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan angket, observasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan subjek penelitian yaitu orangtua/ walisantri TKQ Al-Karim yang berjumlah 20orang. Penelitian ini berlokasi di TKQ Al-Karim kabupaten Karawang. Teknik pengolahandata dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan reduksi data, display data dan kesimpulan data. Dari hasil angket, wawancara dan observasi didapatkan hasil bahwa metode qiraati efektif terhadap pembelajaran terutama pada aspek nilai agama dan moral serta  membaca al-qur’an .Dampak yang didapat dari hasil penelitian adalah bahwa orangtua memiliki respon yang positif mengenai pembelajaran yang ada disekolah terutama dalam hal membaca al-qur’an  menggunakan metode qiraati. Penerapan metode qiraati menjadi hal yang penting untuk membantu memberikan pendidikan karakter yang berhubungan dengan aspek nilai agama  dan moral anak usia dini

    Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pembelajaran media loose parts yang perlu diimplentasikan sebagai bahan ajar yang dapat digunakan oleh anak usia dini. Media pembelajaran berbasis loose parts  dapat memudahkan anak dalam pencapaian aspek perkembangan motorik halus anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui implementasi media loose parts untuk mengembangkan aspek motorik halus anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dimana peneliti akan secara spesifik dan alamiah menggambarkan terkait data berupa fakta-fakta secara nyata dari pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian diskriptif kualitatif yang datanya diperoleh melalui penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan di TK Hardikasiwi.     MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MENGENAL KONSEP BILANGAN MELALUI KALENG ENGKLEK

    The concept of Numbers is a learning that applies a lesson strategy connecting, knowning the number symbolism, enumerating, and matching numbers. But many of the factors still factor in this well appropriatingthe lackof creativity of teachers at school to give children stimulus in implementing engifons. The research is using PTK (class action research) with the Kemmic and McTaggart cycles models. Research subjects are four to five with 13 people. Data analysis uses data reduction, target data, and conclusion. Research indicates that an engklek can promote a 4-5 year concept of numbers in the mother’s blessings. In the attainment of increased each cycles before 13%, cycles 1 (25%) and cycles 2(80%). Through an engineering can link tangible objects, count, mention and match to improvements.Konsep bilangan merupakan pembelajaran yang menerapkan strategi pelajaran menghubungkan, mengenal lambang bilangan, menyebutkan dan mencocokkan bilangan. Namun masih banyak faktor penyebab hal tersebut belum terimplementasi dengan baik yakni kurangnya kreativitas guru di sekolah untuk memberikan stimulus pada anak dalam menerapkan kegiatan kaleng engklek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode PTK (penelitian tindakan kelas) dengan model siklus Kemmis dan McTaggrt. Subjek penelitian adalah usia 4-5 tahun berjumlah 13 orang. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, display data dan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kaleng engklek dapat meningkatkan konsep bilangan usia 4-5 tahun di PAUD Restu Ibu. Dalam pencapaian peningkatan setiap siklusnya sebelum nya 13%, siklus 1(25%) dan siklus 2(80%). Melalui kaleng engklek anak dapat menghubungkan benda-benda konkrit, berhitung, menyebutkan dan mencocokkan sehingga mengalami peningkatan
