Effect of Air voids in Fresh and Hardening properties of Concrete

The introduction of air into concrete mixes has some different effects on the properties of both the fresh and the hardened concrete. In fresh concrete, the tiny air bubbles act as a lubricant in the mix which improves its workability and increases its slump. Also, in a sense, the bubbles function as a third aggregate. Because of their small size, the bubbles act as fines, thereby cutting down the amount of sand needed. Because air entrainment affords increased slump in same time it is possible to decrease the amount of water to get higher strengths without affecting workability. The requested parameters based on the technical specifications of concrete in some of cases are oriented in percent of air voids in concrete and in same time the compression strength of concrete. In this paper using the experiments and requested parameters we can analyze the relationship between the percent of air voids 6% and compression strength of concrete class C 35/45

Environmental issues and financial crises dismiss laissez-faire capitalism

This paper addressed the globally spread challenges that countries face, such as environmental issues, which have been accumulated for years, and financial crises, which have been repeated many times in the world’s economy during capitalism. Indeed, through a qualitative scientific approach, the article argued that laissez-faire economics or laissez-faire capitalism (as an economic system or doctrine, i.e., a liberal and classical view of economics) is not the right way to overcome and deal with these problems. Instead, some interventions in the economy and cooperation between countries and the respective institutions are required so that these difficulties (environmental issues and financial crises), which do not recognize borders, are prevented and afforded properly. Thus, this publication presented how challenging environmental issues are, which are spread worldwide, and it also discussed financial crises, such as the 2008 Financial Crisis (also known as the Great Recession) and the Great Depression of the 1930s. Overall, this paper concluded that dual crises (environmental and financial crises) are the robust proofs that dismiss the extreme form of capitalism or economics, known as laissez-faire

Comparison of Support Vector Machines and K-Nearest Neighbor Algorithm Analysis of Spam Comments on Youtube Covid Omicron

Every time a new variant of Coronavirus (Covid-19) appears, themedia or news platforms review it to find out whether the new variantis more dangerous or contagious than before. One of the media orplatforms that is fast in presenting news in videos is YouTube.YouTube is a social media that can upload videos, watch videos, andcomment on the video. The comment field on YouTube videos cannotbe separated from spam comments that annoy other users who want tofollow or participate in the comment column. Indication of spamcomments is still done by observing one by one; this is very inefficientand time-consuming. This study aims to create a model that canclassify spam on YouTube comments. The classification method uses the SVM (Support Vector Machines) algorithm and the KNN (K-Nearest Neighbor) algorithm to identify spam comments or not with comment data taken from Omicron's Covid-19 news video on national news channels. The classification results show that the SVM method is superior inaccuracy with the Linear SVC algorithm of 75.12%, SVC of 76.11%, and Nu-SVC of 77.11%. While the KNN algorithm with k=2 is 65.67%, k=4 is 64.51%, k=6 is 62.35%

Qëllimi i punimit tim të diplomës është paraqitja e organizimit të shtyllës kurrizore të Paisjeve të Qasjes, Rrjetit transmetues të Kosovës realizohet nëpërmjet kabllit optik, nëpërmjet sistemti transmetues PDH/SDH, në skaje të të cilave janë të lidhura paisjet komutuese të qasjes të cilat komunikojnë mes vete nëpërmjet protokoleve IP, të menagjuara nga disa qendra rexhionale nëpërmjet programit të quajtur SOFT SWICH. Programi në fjalë shërben për konfigurimin fillestar dhe monitoron e abonentëve sikurse edhe për mirmbajtjen e të gjithë infrastrukturës nga distance të Paisjeve të Qasjes kudo që janë përfshirë evitimin e pengesave, konfigurimet, rikonfigurimte, ndrrimin e shërbimeve, reduktimin e shërbimeve dhe freskimin me apliakcione të reja, të cilat ndërveprojnë softverikisht nëpërmjet protokolëve SDH, IP, SS7, ATM, me qëllim që abonentët të kenë shërbime sa më të mira të zerit, brezit te gjerë BB (broad band) dhe të sinjalit televiziv video. Puna ime me këtë punim do të jetë vendosja e ekujlibrit të mirmbajtjes së sitemeve të paisjeve të qasjes, vendosjes së të dhënave të të gjithë abonentëve, dhe përcjellja e shërbimeve sa më të mira të zërit, internetit dhe TV me shpejtësi të kanaqëshme. Për tu arritur këto rezultate, ne duhet të ofrojmë mirmbajtje nëpërmjet monitorimit të stabilimenteve komutuese, rifreskimin periodik të të dhënave dhe matjen e shpejtësive drejt nyjeve të qasjes brenda Kosovës dhe serverve tjerë testues në distancë, gjë të cilën e kam trajtuar në fundë të punimit. Operatorit të telefonisë fikse për momentin, është burimi kryesor i të hurave financiare të Telekomin e Kosovës. Përshkak të konkurencës dhe ofrimit të shërbimeve të njejta nga telefonia mobile, të hyrat në Telefoninë fikse janë në rënje të vazhdueshme së bashku me penetrimin
